The staff was super friendly, my daughter took very well to the nurses and doctor there so that made me feel at ease. I appreciate that they are pro choice and don’t push you. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the wait to be seen . It was a little long for my liking , but aside from that we found our new pediatrician!!!

I have been bringing my children to The Franz Center close to 7 years. I have never had a bad experience. All my questions or concerns on the wellbeing of my children have always been met with kindness and patience. It is a busy office and they do a good hob of handling the volume so everyone can be seen. My children see Tracie currently and I couldn’t be happier. She is truly amazing and I look forward to our appointments with her. I feel she genuinely cares and is very thorough.

Wow! We just had the most incredible experience at the Franz Center. We have been going here for 3 years and this visit was truly PERFECTION. My son caught a cold so I called and was immediately offered a same day and next day appointment. When we arrived we were brought in within 5 minutes by the FRIENDLIEST woman who took the time to make friends with my son and make him feel 100% comfortable as she weighed him etc. She made him smile and laugh even though he wasn’t feeling well and so did Liza. They were amazing. Next we went into a room where we waited for the doctor. She came in within 5 minutes and spent a lot of time thoroughly checking on my son. She offered us natural treatments which I LOVE and he is already feeling much better. We got I to the car and he told me how much fun he had at the doctor. Wow! I am blown away. Everyone there today went above and beyond and blew me away. I highly recommend this office and want to thank the office for such an amazing doctor visit!

IF YOU HAVE A CHILD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. In late August we established my son as a patient, we reviewed their vaccine friendly policies, all went well.In September my son had a week of diarrhea. I had to call for 4 days straight to get him seen for an appointment just to be told that Dr. Franz doesn’t see sick patients in person and will only handle sick visits via virtual visit. When I asked if I could simply speak with a nurse to get advice on how to handle his diarrhea, I had to leave a voice message for the nurse. I never received a call back and we ultimately had to go to the ER to resolve his diarrhea.Fast forward to October and it’s time to schedule his 12 month well visit. Now Franz is no longer seeing ANYONE in person (well or sick), and that all appointments are to be done virtually. Ok, so for a check up I’m just supposed to hold my kid up to my camera and then what? How is his general health being assessed?And here’s the best part of all-I have to pay a $50 registration fee to even set up the virtual appointment. HUH? So now it costs $50 just to display my son on virtual visit?Franz has the worst office administration I have ever experienced and has shown me that she has zero ability to care for my son. Now I have to scramble and find a Pediatrician that will actually provide care for my son. I wouldn’t put a stray dog in this woman’s hands. If you’re second guessing this place, you’re right to do so. Save your time and put your child’s well-being into the hands of a physician that actually cares to get out of bed to see their patients.

For the first time in 13 years I find a doctor that really cares to listen and explain. I am absolutely amazed with the practice. I call my self and awaken parent and the holistic approach is a perfect fit for me and my family. It’s like we speak the same language. 🤗

Very compassionate doctors and staff! Always there for our family, from birth through parents! We absolutely LOVE the Franz Center! So knowledgable and truly, genuinely concerned for the health of their clients. We are so blessed to have this practice!!! Most importantly, seeing Dr. Franz is like visiting an old friend , who truly cares about you, and your child, as the whole person. She is a wealth of information and she truly knows her stuff. She genuinely cares, and that is a rarity in todays medical world! I have to admit I have taken my son here since he was 5 and at the start the care was fantastic. As time went on it drastically decreased and the amount of time they allow you to wait when you have to be 15 minutes early to your appointment is just unprofessional. Now as of recent when I want to feel safe with where I take my child for care. I am told they are not seeing anyone and I have to go somewhere else of do a tele-visit which would not help my child that we think may have a UTI and needs to be tested. Will be finding another pediatrician. Such a shame they went downhill and forgot the most important things. The patients

I love to see that so many people love Dr. Franz and have had a wonderful experience with this facility. While I am not completely disappointed, I would not be telling the truth if I said I was totally happy. My family never got to meet Dr. Franz and I am sure there is a reason for that but I am grateful to have had decent service with the doctors we did get to see. My disappointment lies with the front desk. I was informed that the front desk staff was not the greatest when I was referred & I have to agree since the very first time. My recent experience pertained to my sons physical format. I scheduled a check up specifically for this form as he was to start preschool. We got the form after the appointment but misplaced it during renovations at home. I revisited the facility for a copy. The copy is $15...no problem. I am informed they dont have the form on file so I am confused and asked how can I get the form. Front desk told me that I rejected the form & needed to fill out another form for the doctor to complete & email me within 48 hours. I asked how...as my son isnt present, no new appointment was made and there is no form on file for the doctor to refer to for accurate information. Ill stop there but it doesnt make sense to me. I paid the $15 dollars because my son needs the paper by tomorrow. Headed home to find the form I got after the appointment. Either the emailed form or the form hiding in my home will shownup first.I appreciate what The Franz Center offers and that is why my family still chooses the facility. I would like a more friendly nurse experience and better explaining front desk.My suggestion: keep smiling because everyone has a bad day...especially nurses who tend to unpredictable babies all day and carefulness may bring joy out of them and always always request, save and properly store your childs documents for future access.Happy Thursday. ❤

This was a new patient visit. The place was very neat and children friendly, staff were courteous and patient. The provider who saw my son was very friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable with my choices for my child health care as a caring mom. She was pleasant and playful with my son and knew how to make him feel comfortable for a smooth visit. I would recommend them.

We are always very happy with our visits. We love miss Tracie, couldn’t ask for better. She’s always very attentive and hears what you say, whenever possible she looks if there are multiple ways to help or find a solution. Such great people.

Dr. Franz has always gone above and beyond to serve my family. She has assisted my girls through challenging hormonal imbalances, emotional issues needing counseling and so much more. I trust her medical judgment and I really love the holistic approach. There has never been a condition affecting my girls that she hasn’t been able to treat effectively. She has a wonderful network of professionals whom she refers us to for anything that the office cannot handle. I am always in awe of her knowledge base and experience We have been seeing her since the past 12 years, possibly more. I am always grateful to her and her office staff for always accommodating us in a timely way for our problems.

We love the NP we see at the Franz Center. However, getting an appointment is close to impossible. Most of the time you call you will not get through to anyone. The prompting leads you to email if you need an appointment but can’t get through. Most of the time you will never hear back from anyone. When you are able to make an appointment, you are guaranteed to wait at least 45 minutes past your appointment time. The staff is very friendly, but front office management seems to be run poorly.

The Franz center staff and Dr Franz herself are super friendly and helpful! Dr Franz is the best and makes me super comfortable to talk to and is amazing to my son! So happy we found a doctor who understands what we want for our child is our decision because it is what is best for him!!

My husband and I brought our little girl here and we love them! I was referred by someone in a holistic group and it was totally worth the drive. The staff was all fantastic to work with. My daughter was a mess just because she’s getting to the age where strangers are scary but the nurses were very understanding and not pushy at all. The services are a great price too. Highly recommend.

We love Dr. Franz so much!! She is always so wonderful, answers all of my questions and takes her time with my kids. The entire family adores her!!Today we were able to go to the Lake Nona location for a Well visit and thought it was a great option and will absolutely go to this offices again!!

Having The Franz Center understand the way you want to raise your kids it’s absolutely amazing. The natural approach to illness is the best way. We drive an hour and a half to see her! Worth it!!!

They evaluate the whole child based on common sense progressions of growth and milestones, and work with parents to ensure a plan of health that is personalized to them, specifically. Highly supportive of breastfeeding. Not obsessed with the growth chart. We thoroughly enjoy our visits.

Love the Franz Center! We had Tracie for the first time. I felt like she really listened and help me find paths to take for solutions to my concerns. She was sweet with my son as well! It was just a smooth visit and I didn’t leave feeling defeated as I have in the past with other pediatricians. Love love the Franz center and all of their practices!

We weren’t looking forward to a new doctor since Dr Franz isn’t seeing patients for annual check-ups anymore but we enjoyed our first experience with Dr. Tracy! We live an hour away and taking our children to the Franz center is worth it!! We are so grateful to be at a pediatrician where our holistic approach to health is supported and encouraged.

I’ve been coming to the Franz Center since the birth of my first baby 7 years ago. Im now on baby #3 and just brought her in for her newborn wellness visit. They have always made me feel so comfortable in knowing that my children are going to be well taken care of and that they listen and are pro parents choice. I love their holistic approach and is the main reason I’d continue coming to them regardless of insurance coverage. I’m grateful they now accept more insurances. Only bad thing I’d say is there is a revolving door of staff. I loved certain staff members that felt like family who are now gone. Happens every where in the healthcare field so it’s not something that will effect my decision in returning. The new nurse practitioner Erin, was amazing. She took her time with us, answered all questions and concerns, and was very attentive and encouraging.

Extremely friendly and informative staff! This is also probably the fastest I’ve been in and out of a doctor’s office. We were called to the back before the time of our appointment and once called back we were not waiting for long. This is super helpful as a mom of 3 because kids do not like to sit for long. As a newbie to Orlando, I am grateful to have come across a holistic pediatric doctor as I’ve been on the hunt for a few years but the cities we’ve lived in did not have it as an option.

It’s great to have a doctor who is not afraid to be a doctor for the good and health of the child first!!We finally got into see Dr. Franz herself after a long wait ( mostly covid induced ).I finally feel my child has a “captain” of his team. My son is special needs who is mentally and medically injured and his care is complicated. After leaving our appointment the other day I finally felt as though we have someone who is giving my son the attention he needs. She took the time to review blood work other doctors didn’t, a comprehensive review of his history and created a plan in which to start turning his health around.One of my all time favorite lines I’ve ever heard from any doctor we have seen for my son was her saying:“ let’s get him healthy to NOT be a patient anymore” .So many doctors we’ve seen in our wake this was awesome, inspiring and refreshing to hear!!!Thank you Dr Franz and staff we are looking forward to you driving team Hayden to the championship game of no longer being a patient!!

The lovely licensed medical professionals at Dr. Franz’s office are absolutely wonderful. You don’t ever feel rushed when you’re there. They are very thorough in their evaluations. I appreciate that they listen to the parents’ experience and trust that parents know their children best. If possible, they look to treat with natural methods before drugging up your kids. I appreciate everything about this office!

I have been taking my daughter here since she was born. I will admit that Doctor Franz and Nikara are amazing. However, the office staff is TERRIBLE! Ive had nothing but issues with getting a hold of them or a returned call or email from the start but its gotten drastically worse. I am now on day 13 of trying to contact them just to get a copy of my daughters physical for school. MANY, MANY phone calls, voicemails and emails have been sent to no avail. I even drove down there (an hour from our home) just to show face in person to ask for the document and was told the only person who knows how to do this is at lunch, Ill pass on the message) that was last Wednesday. Unfortunately, office staff is what makes or breaks a practice and in this case, it 100% breaks it. I will be switching doctors. If you want to avoid a constant headache, dont bother choosing their office.

Been going since my daughter was a newborn and now shes almost 10. Always great customer service and all the doctors my kids have seen have been awesome. I like how I can always count on the Franz center to listen, and they give referrals to double-check the issue instead of sending me home with a prescription. I recommend them all the time.

Maybe the best pediatric doctor visit I’ve had yet, but the Franz Center has been awesome since my son was a newborn. Hardly any wait, very friendly staff, knowledgeable and efficient nurses and doc. In and out in record time; just as it should be for an annual wellness visit with a healthy kid!

Its an awesome practice that goes beyond big pharmas paradigm. I highly recommend for parents who prefer holistic approaches. It may be hard to reach them but definitely worth the wait. I travel all the way from Clermont since its hard to find practices that dont discriminate these days, for one reason or the next.

All of my children and foster children have been to The Franz Center pediatric clinic. It is an international practice for me because it incorporates wisdoms from Europe and Asia, as well as Western medicine offerings. Its the best in the world. These doctors, PAs, and Nurse Practitioners value my opinion as the parent. My children have had their well check ups, tinctures and creams for different conditions, and we now enjoy virtual visits since we have moved. I highly recommend The Franz Center for your children and your family.

The nurse practitioners are Amazing! We really enjoyed who seen my son. She was friendly, funny, and made you feel very comfortable. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because the wait time is way to long in the lobby. Our appointment was at 10:50 and we had to wait over 40 minutes before getting seen.

I normally LOVE the Franz Center and the providers are wonderful but I cannot say the same about the office staff. Recently my son had RSV and I was told he needed a follow up which I scheduled. After driving an hr the day of his follow up I arrived and was told he had no appointment scheduled. Today he has a well visit that I ran into some traffic getting to. I called an hr before his appointment and ask if I needed to reschedule since I’d be about 15 mins late. I was told it was fine, to come in and was met with very rude office staff. The attitudes at the front desk need to improve.

Dr. Franz and the team truly care for the patients. My son arrived yrs ago to the clinic barely breathing after been under antibiotics for months and as soon as the practitioner saw him said that it was asthma and was referred to a professional and has been with Dr. Franz ever since and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. They are accurate, treat him with the medications that are needed and I trust them completely.

We love the Franz Center ! We welcomed a baby boy last week and were thrilled to hear that there was an integrative pediatrician in our area! We wouldn’t have chose any other way with our little boy! We love the quality of care they provide through their holistic health practices. We will be using the Franz Center for all of our babies heath needs! They accept insurance but if you don’t have they offer affordable payment plans for baby and family! Front desk is super kind and helpful as well!

Today’s visit was excellent and efficient. Despite the office being busy, we were seen on time and treated well. Erica and Nikara are lovely and caring. Two thumbs up!

My kids have been going here for 13 years. Dr Franz and staff have been consistent on providing excellent care and giving alternative options to traditional medicine. My kids have truly benefited from their care. I highly recommend!

Not only do my children love the doctor experience now, my husband and I appreciate the promptness and consideration of the staff. We drive over an hour to their office, due to professionalism we receive from our medical standpoint.

Trust me when I say being a patient at this clinic will be a complete waste of your time and money. My children were patients of the Franz Center. One of which was put through a plethora of blood work on multiple occasions (suggested by the office) for antibody titers. The results of these antibody titers determined that my child did not require certain vaccines, so The Franz Center documented them as a permanent medical exemption on her immunization form. Years later my child entered Kindergarten at a public school & it was determined by the school system that her immunization form would not pass state regulations because the doctor failed to write EXEMPT in the line next to the exempted immunization & did not provide an explanation as to why the immunization was exempt in the permanent exemption section of the form where it explicitly indicates this needs to be done. I thought, ok so they messed up, I’ll just call to have them fix the form… and this is where their complete lack of patient care began. After several attempts over a 4-week span of reaching out to the office via phone & 3 different emails with no response, the doctor finally returned my email with “Please do NOT USE THIS EMAIL for any future correspondence” and that my “concern is being addressed. Then finally, a response from the nurse first indicating that the exemption was not issued by The Franz Center (apparently, she failed to look through my daughters’ chart in their EMR) followed by another reply which stated, “FL shots generated the form is how it is printed” (failed grammar & all) and attached an immunization form that changed my daughters’ permanent exemption vaccine to a temporary exemption with a two-month expiration date. So, The Franz Center determined it would be easier for them to change the permanent exemption to a temporary exemption rather than taking a moment to correct the immunization form to meet state regulations, state regulations which were simply typing exempt on the line next to the one vaccine & adding a reason for exemption in the section below. Not only will The Franz Center waste your time and money with extra appointments for titers but when the time comes to documenting the immunization form properly, they will choose to ignore the reason they sent you out for titers in the first place and take the easy way out by changing your exemption status. Save your time and money and choose another medical office.

The medical care here is average to above average. We havent met Dr. Franz, but did feel well cared for my the other medical staff, including the nurses.However, Im rating the Franz Center poorly because of the front desk and the lack of communication. I was charged a copay for well-child visits that I did not owe. Upon confirming with my insurance that I didnt owe this copay, I asked for a refund and was told they could only give me a credit. Although its annoying, I let it go.However, with another one of my childrens newborn visit, I was required to pay out of pocket, as they thought that she may not yet be added to my insurance. Again, this is a reasonable assumption. However, my insurance has paid them for the visit, (so theyve been paid twice--both by myself and BCBS) but my efforts to be refunded have not worked. Ive called and left messages on their billing line three time within the past two weeks, emailed, and left feedback on their website, yet no one returns my messages.Ignoring me in an effort to not refund money that I should receive is unethical and unprofessional. Furthermore, my communications with the front desk are never positive. I was told that I had to pay the copay (that I knew I didnt owe) if I wanted to be seen. I was told that if they were charging me erroneously, they would refund my money. However, that clearly has not happened, and on the contrary, was told that they would only issue the credit instead of refunding my money (in spite of the fact that they wouldnt see me unless I paid the copay that I assured them I didnt owe).I feel like the Franz Center knows that it has parents in a position where they can manipulate you. I dont want to seek medical care with a provider that doesnt respect my wishes, which is why I went to the Franz Center. However, I feel like they realize they have a monopoly on the type of care they offer, and therefore can be sloppy about mistakenly billing for things for which they shouldnt bill and then ignore patients efforts to resolve the issue and get their money back.

Fantastic group. Very caring and knowledgeable. My kids have been going there for years...all 3 are happy and healthy. I contribute this to the excellent education and advice provided.

Was on the hunt for a better pediatrician for my newborn and 10 year old son and my husband and I could not be more pleased with the respect and care we received from the Franz Center. From front desk to the nurses to the NP who took the time to speak with us and answer our questions. We didn’t feel rushed but cared for. Grateful for offices like the Franz Center...it is done right!

We have had our children with the Franz center since day 1. Skilled innovative group of providers interested in what is best for children. They do not force their agenda but instead collaborate with you on the care of your children.

Nikara is professional and personable! She answered all our questions and concerns clearly. We know what to change and what to keep doing and how to better prepare for our next steps. My kids (17) & (14) and I all felt great after their appointments. We appreciate the health education we received during their well (virtual) visits.The staff was well organized and made the virtual visit process smooth and seamless.

I chose the Franz Center for my baby because I wanted a pediatrician with an integrative approach to care. We purchased the care plan that gives us 15 visits and have been very happy with that option! So far, I have not had trouble waiting long for visits and the nurses/PAs that have seen my child have been very friendly and thorough. Today, I needed an emergency sick visit and they got me in within an hour time. Im very happy with my choice to use the Franz Center, so far.

We didn’t know what to expect when taking our newborn to their first appointment but the staff at The Franz Center made us feel like home. A huge shout out to our amazing provider Tracey who helped us each and every appointment and rooted for us as first time parents. She was clear, informative and to the point and answered all of our questions. We love that we don’t feel pressured and can choose when to vaccinate and what vaccines and at our pace. It’s a place where the parent can make the best and informed decision for their child. The staff in general are very kind and friendly. Highly recommend The Franz Center!!!!!

I truly love the doctors here. We personally love meeting with Talanda! However, the front desk has only gotten worse since we starting going here. Our first poor experience is when we were trying to book an appointment and since it was a week before our child turned 9months they ask us to confirm with insurance that it would be okay for billing purposes. We were a bit confused, but decided to comply and call our insurance. After that we tried to call back and kept being put on hold and then hung up on. So my husband decided to block his number and try calling again. Once he blocked his number it went straight through. The next poor experience we had was today, and is the main reason I am leaving a review. The center is only doing Telemedicine visits right now. Our child had a fever the day before and at its highest it was 102. So we called to make an appointment for as soon as possible. They couldnt fit us in until the next day at 1:30pm. We said okay, but we never got recommendations to give her Motrin or anything and never received info on what to expect other than they will email us the link. So I called the morning of (after being hung up on 3 times) saying I havent received any info yet. She said I wouldnt get an email until up to 5 minutes before the call. She said we would get a call 10mins before to get all of our childs information like updated height and weight. At 1:30pm I still had not received a call or an email. At 2pm we called only to find out that whoever we talked to NEVER scheduled the appointment! Thankfully our childs fever went away and appears to be doing well, but this is ridiculously unprofessional. I really hope they get a handle on their front desk operations.

Absolutely best doctor Ive ever met. Very knowledgeable always staying on top of information and actually listens to her patients!! I wish I had met her when my baby was born. I would highly recommend her for anyone who needs a real doctor!

Check in was smooth, the nurse was the sweetest, and our ARNP was okay. Today was a faster process even though our appointment took a little longer but that’s also because it was 2 physicals.

Our family enjoyed getting acquainted with the Franz Center. My husband and I felt comfortable and like our decisions would be supported here without fear of not being listened to. I look forward to working with the Franz Center professionals in the future when making medical and health decisions for my family.

My kids have been patients of Dr. Franzs for 13 years and I absolutely adore her breadth of knowledge. She brings a lot to the table: Western medicine, homeopathy, and traditional Chinese medicine, all with a no-nonsense, tell-it-like-it-is approach. I had a good first impression of this location. My family and I moved to the Orlando area and needed to find a new pediatrics center to go to. After researching for a couple of hours, I decided to give The Franz Center a try. I was definitely not disappointed. My initial point of contact with the staff was over the phone. They were courteous and patient as they answered my questions. Today, I was greeted by an upbeat, friendly, attentive and sweet receptionist. The staff that took my kids vitals, as well as processed our check-out were friendly and were also patient with my questions. The highlight was the session we had with Nurse Talanda. She was positively engaging, detailed/thorough, and carried herself with a sweet demeanor in her overall interaction with my child for her annual check-up. As for the wait time, it took approximately 40 mins to be called in, which is to be expected at a busy facility. The environment itself is child-friendly, and I would confidently say that everyone we interacted with definitely understands how to comfortably interact with children, as well as help parents feel at ease. Parking was a breeze, as there is plenty of parking for incoming patients. Overall, I would recommend for parents to seriously consider this center for their children. I hope this review is helpful! :)

I really love this place! I been taking my three kids for the last 6 years and no regrets at all. Very professional, nice nurses and doctor.

If you dont mind the horrible communication from the front office and having your appointment canceled minutes after scheduling it then they do have some of the most caring providers. I scheduled my daughters appointment for 2.5 hours after I called. I get there and am told they texted some number I dont own, was told no and proceeded to cancel said appointment minutes after it was scheduled. I show up and am told I dont have an appointment. Needless to say they saw me in the next 15 minutes. Im not that guy. The doctor was awesome. She showed tons of care and shared tons of knowledge. Hopefully, my daughter heals soon.

We used to vaccinate but because of an issue we stopped. They have helped me figure things out and have become an amazing source of information to help guide us through an alternative way of care! I’m so very grateful for The Franz Center and the wonderful staff!

What an absolute blessing The Franz Center has been to my family. I completely trust the medical care that my children are receiving from this practice! For one, I love that they support parental choice when it comes to medical decisions that we believe are best for our children and their bodies. Also, I believe strongly in the holistic and homeopathic approach that The Franz Center provides. Every single nurse that we’ve seen have all been knowledgeable, listen to our needs and taken the time with us (we’ve never felt rushed), and are extremely detailed when taking notes which I really appreciate. Most importantly, my kids feel comfortable and are never scared to come to the doctor when they aren’t feeling the best. In fact, the first thing they say is that they need to go to get more tea! Haha! I’ve noticed that they’ve addressed the phone issues that they once had in the past as well. Thank you SO much for doing so! What a difference it has made!

We love the Franz Center. I know that I am getting medical knowledge and support, with a holistic and health-based mindset. I won’t get unnecessary prescriptions and My kids are not treated to just chase symptoms away, but actually to heal. I wouldn’t take my kids (or myself) to anyone else.

It’s so hard to find a good integrative medicine family or pediatric doctor so that’s a huge reason we’ve stayed with Franz so long; but their front desk staff USED to be so unpleasant, short, rude, and always seemed totally bothered to do their jobs. NOT the case anymore! Since they got new front desk staff, it’s so so great! Cheerful helpful ladies with wonderful nurses and doctors on top of it! Great knowledge in this practice and helpful alternatives when you need it to western medicine, while also well educated and helpful in medicine as we know it.

Ive been a patient for over a decade, even in my 20s Im very grateful to have a team of qualified nurses and of course Dr. Franz. Thank you for your practice. :)

My experience here has been nothing less than extraordinary. Every person I came across was helpful, and passionate about my child’s health. There was a a bit of a wait but it was very much worth it. They really do try to help every person they can and it shows which is why they are so busy. So just a heads up regardless of your appointment time there may be a wait but I promise you it’s worth it. Plus tbh, your health or your child’s isn’t something that should be rushed anyways, if so I’m sure there’s a bunch of other health care facilities that can meet those expectations. I love this place and the doctors. The only thing I have to complain about is the girl who did my daughters blood pressure. She did not say one word to her or I... my daughter was waiting to be engaged and she wasn’t. She probably shouldn’t be working with children with that attitude but other than that, I love Dr. Franz, I love every doctor I get when we come and I love this practice ♥️

We arrived at 8:05am for annual physical. (My 2 teens) We were greeted cheerfully and brought back to be seen promptly. Good experience, no complaints.

Disappointed with front desk dont answering the phone calls. Third day Im trying to reach out and make appointment, but after waiting around 10 min hold, they ask you to leave the voice message.... and they never return ur call. So, tell me, please, how Im supposed to make an appointment??? 🤔🤷‍♀️

I recommend this center for all my friends and family. Is a place we’re all my health questions have an answer and the problem is solved without tons of drugs. Love this place for their professionalism. They care about our health .

The Frantz center is like calling your grandma and asking her for a remedy. When my husband and I didn’t know what we were gonna do about who would treat our daughter, being that we didn’t want to vaccinate her, they took us in and have been providing great service to us! I come from Daytona. And I wouldn’t go to any other pediatrician. They really take their time and speak to you. And make you feel that they genuinely care about your baby. At every app I’m asked several questions to ensure that my babygirl is healthy. Finding this place was a prayer answered. I would highly recommend it.

My children always receive excellent care at the Franz Center. I love the virtual health option when the boys are not feeling well and need to be seen quickly. Grateful that our former pediatrician at Daybreak Pediatrics recommended the Franz Center before retiring.

I have had a pleasure in most every Franz visit I have had over the past three years, both in-person visits and telemedicine. They are as responsive as can be, and very dedicated to holistic homeopathic healthcare. I feel in good hands there with the amazing nurse practitioners when it comes to my daughter and her care.I recommend to anyone who believes in integrative medicine, or has a more Eastern-world philosophy in medicine. Chinese herbaceuticals are a prominent resource at the Franz Center and are a preferred medicinal approach. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Franz, Talanda and the Franz center. They are attentive, responsive and they actually listen to your concerns while offering natural solutions. I believe the body can heal itself when given the proper tools and I feel that so much of that is missing from our society. It’s refreshing to find a pediatrician that values your child and puts their health first. I count my blessings everyday that I found them.

Dr. Franz is more than a pediatrician. She has been a life line for our family as we navigated my teen sons severe anxiety during this turbulent Covid year. Her holistic approach to medicine didnt just help heal our son, but our entire family as a unit. For that I am forever grateful.

Dr. Franz is brilliant. She is like no other. She takes the time to understand each and everyones individual unique situation.  You will not be treated as a statistic here!  The Franz Center is filled with caring and compassionate people. The nurses are wonderful. Herbaceuticals:  We have been using IMMUN-A-TEA for over a year now to boost our immunity.  It has worked great for our family.  I have IBS and try to stay away from supplements due to how sensitive my system is and I find what works for most, does not work for me. None of us including my children had any side effects.  It is great for children who cant swallow capsules, sensory aversions to textures, and sensitive to tastes. You cannot taste this at all when mixed with liquid. It is so simple and convenient, only once per month for 3 days. We have not been sick in over a year now.  Elderberry is great to boost immunity and kids respond to taking it in the gummy form. However, why take gummy junk every day when you only have to take the IMMUN-A-TEA once a month for 3 days? You cannot go wrong with the cost either as it is inexpensive!

I wish I could give 10 stars! Love everything about the Franz Center. I recommend to all of my friends and they love it too!

Fantastic pediatrician; we’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience with all staff. It’s great to have a doctor that collaborates with parents, and allows parents to make important health choices for their child.

Wait was minimal, greeting was kind, nurse practitioner was warm and great with my boys for their well checks and willing to answer all the questions. We’ve been going to the Franz Center for years and are willing to drive 40 minutes now that we moved away!!

We see PA Traci and she is amazing! We recently were there and she really took her time with my daughter. Most doctors and PA’S spend 30-45 seconds in the rooms with their patients and she absolutely spent a lot more time then that and was able to help my daughter.

If you are looking for a group to care for your children with common sense, a group that looks at your child as an individual rather than a plot point on a chart, then this is the place for you. I absolutely love the application of holistic methodologies toward my children’s wellness.

I want to love the Franz Center. I love elements of it. I love some of the providers. I love their use of integrative medicine. I love they let parents decide their stance on vaccinations. Some of their providers are absolutely useless though. My daughter had UTI symptoms. They took her urine and got a negative test in office, I was told her urine would be sent for culture and was told to wait in the room for papers to sign. After twenty minutes I finally go to find someone only to find the office practically empty for lunch. The lady at check out finds the provider who tells her she has everything she needs. FOUR DAYS LATER I finally get ahold of someone in the office who informs me her urine was NEVER sent out for culture. My daughter is still having symptoms. And now I get to start from the beginning because of this provider’s incompetence. I would share her name if I knew it but she mumbled it upon entering the room. I don’t think we’ll be returning. This is the final straw.

My son on the spectrum and doctors have been an issue but this place was different they did an awesome job putting him at ease and making him and us feel comfortable

The staff and practioners are incredible. They provide exceptional care, fast appointments and Ive never felt rushed during a visit. Immun-A-Tea far surpasses any OTC multi-vitamin. Im so grateful to Dr. Franz for providing parents an option for Holistic care for children.

My experience at the franz center was hands down the best pediatric experience I’ve ever had. Our doctor included my son in his checkup , spoke to him and not at him and let us make our own informed decisions without a single push or shove. We got great medical advise, my son left with a huge smile and we got a plan set up for our newest addition while we were there.
