It was very easy to find. Parking lot is a little small. Lobby is very clean & neat. Receptionist was very sweet. The technician that brought us back that did my sons MRI was very sweet as well. Once we got to the back there was a waiting area and that was super clean as well. They have lockers for us to put our stuff in. Once we got to the imaging area it also was very clean and neat. We got in and out. Thank you to the 2 ladies who were working on a Saturday.

Making appointment was easy and spoke with a real person! Once I arrived the receptionist was friendly and efficient. The Technologist got me in and out very quickly, but was friendly and explained what I needed to do .It was a good experience.

Quick and easy to get X-rays done. Always haven’t had this luck but usually wait times aren’t too bad here given the type of hospital this is. The staff is generally pretty nice as well. I find it odd though that they are one of the only medical settings that only allow 1 person in for an appointment due to Covid…that I’m not a fan of. Many places allow a second person now. The Covid check itself is also really weird. If you have ever seen the show Sweet Tooth on Netflix…that’s the vibes it gives me. You have to scan your hand through and will read your temperature aloud and then tell you to proceed if it’s within normal range. I am all here for safety measures being put in place…but what was wrong with just a normal temperature check with a contactless thermometer?! Very strange in my opinion. Regardless, I’m not going to let those small things interfere with my care and the great care I have received here several times.

I was able to schedule my lumbar Open MRI for the same day. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Wilma was my technician for the study, and she was excellent!!! She was very careful, kind and made me feel relaxed . She assured that I feel comfortable and fine during all the exam. I highly recommend OHIC!

Easy to find. Parking lot(s) not big but the tech was great & personable. FOA’s were not up beat but it was a Friday afternoon. I would highly recommend this facility. In & out in a timely manner. Wait time wasn’t long even though there was a mishap in scheduling.

Brett was so positive, upbeat, and accommodating from start to finish! We were so impressed and truly grateful. My daughter has had more than her share of procedures and appointments over the years, but this is the first time she has gone out of her way to talk about how much she liked a staff member administering a test. It is obvious this is not just a job to him, but he truly cares about the patient and loves what he does.

While the actually imaging technician was the best I’ve ever interacted with, the wait time and front desk staff were awful. They were running an hour plus behind and were rude when patients who were clearly in pain asked how long it would be. Luckily I wasn’t in pain but I felt so badly for the other people who were.

Great place with an open MRI machine, which is always nice. Unfortunately, there is not much parking there. Staff was friendly and attentive to my needs and efficient.

The technicians and office people are incredibly unhelpful. Everyone pawned off explaining what the IV contrast was endlessly. At one point a technician told me death was 50/50 chance. I knew that wasnt true, and i dont know why he said it. Eventually 2 doctors ( or a doctor and a nurse) came to explain everything because I kept asking to speak to someone. They informed me about and made me comfortable with the procedure. I appreciate them. But the images were never sent to my doctor and they never contacted me when they were ready. No email or voicemail. I called records to leave a voicemail and they didnt call back.. when I called again it seemed like they blocked me. So I couldnt call anymore so I had to drive out to pick up my images and report for my doctor, which should have been sent digitally.Im not the cheekiest guy in the world (cuz I experience daily pain) but Jesus christ you guys pushed back my recovery almost 2 weeks because of mass incompetence. The least I can do is give you the review you deserve.

I first got to know some of the Doctors and Nurses in 2017 when I was diagnosed with cervical cancer, but the first time I put my foot through the doors all the staff and nurses great and took care of me, they made me feel important, answered all my questions don’t matter how stupid I thought it was. I’m traveling from Lakeland and don’t mind the ride.Thank you Orlando Health.

We scheduled an MRI with the center because it has one of the few open MRI scanners in the area.Calling in to schedule an appointment was typical of the misuse of automated answering systems You are forced to listen to lengthy messages and multiple options before being able to select what you actually need.When you finally are directed to an extension you dont necessarily get to a human and are asked to leave a message.We required a copy of the MRI results for a second medical opinion. We called in to find out how to get a copy. We were told we had to go to the center and present identification to get a copy.We asked if a copy could be made so it would be ready for us to pick up when we arrived and were told that could not be done.We drove from Winter Garden to the center to get a copy only to be told they did not have a disk available to make a copy of the MRI and had to return another day to get one. The center has very limited parking and no space was available when we arrivedWe asked if the disk could be mailed to us to avoid the inconvenience of a second trip to the center and were told that was against policy to do so.Maybe we should require them to come to our home to collect payment for their services.They have no consideration for the patient and one has to wonder what kind of management allows an imaging center to run out of media required to make a copy of an MRI scan.I would use another imaging center to avoid the poor customer service provided by this one.

Dianna the NeurologistThis office is very unprofessional. They do not call you back, they lose your records and imaging disc. They will not call you back after having to come into the office and are notorious for transferring you to a line that no one answers. I highly recommend finding a new Neurologist. Dont make the same mistake I have.

Kind and courteous staff. The techs who do the MRIs are so kind when it comes to someone with claustrophobia. Both of them helped reassure me and keep me calm. Best facility ever. I’ve had dozens of MRIs and some had to be cancelled because of panic, but they were so great here.

Miracle Workers. Without their help, I would surely be dead. But besides all that, They have great staff and clean facilities, and I would say this is one of the better organizations my family has dealt with :)

Really sweet, funny, and caring staff. I’m going through my first pregnancy and they were very detailed and patient with me. I get nervous with needles and my RN even held my hand I feel so blessed to have had a caring staff helping me. I definitely feel safe to deliver my baby at Winnie Palmer.

Great medical facility!! I love my medical doctor and the staff are great as well very attentive and no long waits which I appreciate.

The reception was extremely friendly. The Nurse was not very friendly. The PA was nice but left me with orders ( blood test and scan ) and no one told me what to do with the orders. I had to figure it out myself

The Tech that helped me with getting my Ultrasound done was super nice and helped me with feeling comfortable with being placed in the machine. Easy and smooth appointment. I would have given five stars. However it is impossible to get anyone on the phone for help after the appointment. Also they do not return calls when you leave a message.

Brought my 88 yr old mother for an ultrasound. Office staff was great but the tech was rude and she seemed impatient with my mother. Mom requested that I come back with her for the procedure. If it’s policy not to have a family member assist a patient of advanced age she should have taken a moment to explain the policy instead of being rude. She must have been having a bad day.

I would totally recommend this facility it was nice and clean, staff was friendly and professional.From the moment that I walked into this facility I was immediately greeted by Amber a Very nice and professional receptionist she made the whole visit pleasant.

Staff is very compassionate, kind and understanding. I’ve had my mammogram, US and MRI done here. I would not go anywhere else!

The young lady that did my MRI on 6/3/21 at the downtown location on S. Orange ave had no compassion and was very dismissive. She came in after my MRI was completed released the straps, took the headset of my head and walked away. She never asked if I was ok to stand, or if I was dizzy, nothing, just ok. Very dismissive. This is the 1st imaging place I have gone to where the staff didnt care if when I stood up I would fall on my face. When I asked for a copy of my test, ok you have to wait upfront they will give you. Guess she was too busy with getting the next patient in and me out to keep her schedule. I was on time as a matter of fact I arrived early. Staff needs to have compassion towards people. Thank Goodness I was ok.

My husband, daughter and I have all received both extensive inpatient and outpatient care at Orlando Health and have been very impressed with the quality of care and the extra effort put into making the experience as positive as possible. 👏🏼

And I have a little bit of mixed emotions there is one Hospital experience with the nursing staff was incredibly thoughtful Pleasant to work with and really did care about mine need and there was the others that were just there darn paycheck

I felt safe secure and treated like someone cared about me and my health. They were friendly and caring. The guys in the mri area made you feel comfortable and proviided feedback while going through the entire process.

I have ALS , so walking is a challenge.The handicap is right in front of door. Not much to walk to front counter. Very professional manner to speak customers. Waiting time was about 15 minutes. Very clean also wiping down everything regularly. They have a wheelchair. I was surprised to see one, will use next visit.

This was the first time I visited this facility and I must say the front desk staff as well as the technician was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to have medical test done.

I am grateful for Dr.. Kaplan, Dr. Weinstein/the Jaimes and Dr. Aggarwal/Mike and the rest of the staff at Orlando Health. Their compassion and knowledge are lifesaving. I wouldnt consider another hospital or providers.

The front office staff was friendly and helpful. My tech (J) walked me through every step of the procedure. This made me feel safe and comfortable. I could not ask for more as a patient.Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. But, please fix the air conditioning. :)

Technician was very knowledgeable and informative. You can tell when someone loves what they do, she truly loves her job is kind, compassionate, with a side of sass!! It was my 1st mammogram and she immediately put me at ease from beginning to end. Absolutely will recommend Orlando health imaging!!!!!!

I love that there was a paper already filled out with my basic information and there wasn’t much that I needed to fill out. I like that they highlight what needed to be filled out. And honestly the wait was not long I got called right away and the exam was also fast. Thank you and I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Quick and efficient, even without an appointment. Great customer service. The only downside is it was kind of difficult to find--poor signage.

I was not 100% satisfied with how I was treated on my second visit by the tech (who I later found out was part time), and the estimate for cash price changed over a few days, which hurt my pocketbook, but was still much cheaper than the other 3 imaging centers I phoned for estimates. Ally took her time to explain everything to me compassionately and actually helped me feel more comfortable. I will return.

Horrible service. You better off going to Florida Hospital. Had my appointment reschedule twice just because they fail/forgot to pull my records from another facility. Both appointments I wanted over 1 hour to find out I have to reschedule. No one here seems to even care.

Quick, professional and the doctor was very clear explaining the tests/results during my visit.

Dealing with this center is extremely frustrating! My doctor requested a CT scan and informed me OHIC would be calling to make an appointment. Several weeks passed and I hadnt received a call so I called to make an appointment and OHIC did not have a record of my doctors order. My doctors office had to resend the paperwork again and I was called that day by OHIC to schedule an appointment, which I did at the Downtown Orlando location on a Saturday. I was called back the next day to reschedule because the Downtown Orlando location did not have a technician available on Saturday for the type of scan I needed, so I was rescheduled to Tuesday afternoon at the Altamonte Springs location, which is where I said I wanted to go to since it would be during the week. The day of my appointment, I arrive at the Altamonte location twenty minutes early and they cant find my appointment and inform me Im at the wrong location. The kind man at the Altamonte location says to head to the Orlando location and hell give them a call to let them know the situation. Just to be on the safe side, I give them a call too to let them know I was told the wrong location but would be heading that way and would be arriving only ten minutes after my scheduled time. They refused to take me because I was running late to the appointment. I even told them I was told the wrong location, that was not my fault. This was their mistake and yet they made it out as if I was irresponsible for running late and would need to reschedule. I told them I would be finding somewhere else for my CT scan. This place is just so disorganized and does not work towards finding a resolution for their own mistakes.

Jess did my CT and was amazing! Very knowledable, calming, and explained everything before she did it.. I didn’t even have to ask questions... front desk staff was great too!

I was out before my appointment time, which is quick! My appointment was for 4 and I was out by 3:50!

Appointment was scheduled for 1:15pm. Waited over an hour, and nothing. Asked receptionist how long I need to wait to get service, she did not know. If you want to spend time waiting and having your time wasted, come here. I rather go to a place that time is respected than here.

I have had recent testing at a number of imaging centers around the State of FL; this Imaging Center is staffed by the most professional, most efficient, most caring group of folks I have ever encountered, either here or in my home state of Conn.

This is my second time here and got to my appt early at 1 for a 130 appt. signed paper work, gave them my insurance card, they called me back to the desk because they forgot a form which was fine, they told me they were a bit backed up but that I would be next if not called soon. It’s past my appt time which is fine, fast forward to 1:55 they call me back to the desk to tell me that the person to do ultrasound is not in the office on Mondays and that I needed to reschedule... so while I waited in the office for an hour, no one said anything to me when I signed in or signed the multiple forms. They said someone called me the week prior but I had no missed calls from their office or voicemails. 🤷🏻‍♀️ After my reschedule appt, I’m going to another location.

CT technician was informative and put me at ease. The mammogram was horrible, still sore don’t remember it being painful in the past.
