The staff and Dr Cruz are always amazing. Dr Cruz takes time to listen and don’t makes you feel like in a hurry. She truly cares for her patients. Love this place!

Looking for a local doctor, I called and requested an appointment with any doctor at this office. After waiting for three months, I received a call two weeks prior to the appointment informing me they need to reschedule. I tried to ask how the office operates and explained I had waited for three months. The lady would not let me finish my question and wanted to give me a different day I could not go to their office. I tried to explain my schedule, tried to ask how many doctors they have, she did answer they have 3 doctors and as I then attempted to ask if the situation is that one Doctor is on more demand and attempted to explain I would see any as this is a priority and I have waited this long, the lady became rude. Hesitant, she said her name is Jasmine, said I could not talk to anyone else, to my request as I simply wanted help and she would not let me finish a question and with that, I am again searching. It is unfortunate that Jasmine, would not let me ask, explain and see that a patient in need to see a doctor requests help and ask questions because health is a priority and her job is to be helpful, not rude. My family will not be back to an office like this. Three patients gone because the person who says is the manager could not answer some basic questions from a person trying to understand their demand after three months waiting.

Dr León Concepción listens and cares for her patients . The staff is also very caring . I saw her about three wks ago and she took good care of me. I am very thankful . Also love the location .

Dr. Doris Leon-Concepcion is an exceptional PCP. She takes the time to really understand her patients concerns and knows how to provide solutions. Two and a half years ago her knowledge and quick decision saved my husbands life.

I usually have a great experience here, but I had a horrible experience with the male doctor, Dr. Rodriguez. He was extremely disconnected, did not seem like he wanted to help me, refused to hear me out with my complaints, and was frankly rude. He even answered a phone call in the middle of me speaking. Nothing he was saying made any sense to me and seemed to counter me with everything I said. Definitely did not seem focused whatsoever. I went in to request a referral and he refused to give me one. It wasnt until a phone call after the appointment that he gave me what I needed. Why not do it in the first place? The whole experience was extremely strange and I hope that this is not happening to other patients.

My husband and I have been going here for a few years and shame on us for not switching sooner. I tend to not write negative reviews but I feel as a medical service provider, you must do better.If you call with an ailment, they rarely have time for you so they will send you to Urgent Care or the ER before even looking at you or asking proper questions to determine if a simple visit would suffice. Its a waste of time, energy, and money. They also do not have an on-call doctor on the weekends, so be prepared to visit Urgent Care or the ER if you call outside of normal business hours, or after 12 PM on Fridays.Additionally, if you have things that are wrong, youll need to come up with what kind of specialists you need to see, instead of the doctor making that call for you. She wont fight for you and really try to understand and maybe thats because shes too busy, but I dont feel at any point that my needs have been met.The staff is friendly, but we go to a doctor to stay healthy and expect them to take an interest in us. At no point in time have I felt this doctor knows anything about me or my husband, or has really attempted to solve any of our issues. I feel as a primary/family health physician, you should truly care about your patients and have decent bedside manor, but I have never felt this way.

Great experience. The Dr. Doris A Leon-Concepcion is a very caring and dedicated professional. She always made me feel comfortable and I trusted her in her valuable concepts. It’s a shame I lost her. I took the Ambetter plan just to follow her, but for an administrative reason that I don’t understand, they no longer accept this insurance company. I hope they do it again soon.

0/10!!!!!!! PHCA AFTER YEARS WITH YOU GUYS. YOU GUYS LOST ANOTHER PATIENT.I been with PHCA medical group for years (Semoran location) and specially because of their great attention. Unfortunately I changed plan and the only PHCA that takes my insurance is Hunter’s creek location. Made an apt asap and got my apt for this past Wednesday June 10 for 11am. After waiting 2 hours for the doctor, I finally got 5 minutes with the doctor. Explained everything that I had AND ALL THE MEDS OTC I TRIED BEFORE MAKING THE APT. (Plus They didn’t even filled my regular medication that I take everyday, had to call back and request them).Finish the consultation, doctors tells me to get some labs done and that they will call me on friday to go through the results and which med will be prescribed.Friday June 12, 1pm and no call. Symptoms persisted, decided to call.The response was “The doctor will give you a call before 3:30 today, if by that time you dont get a call back. CALL US AGAIN”30 minutes after, I got the call that MADE ME DO THIS REVIEW.“Rose Soto” calls me and tells me “the doctor is already out for the day, you have to wait until monday” I explained to her my symptoms persisted, and tells me to do an OTC medication that I already did and didnt work. And she only tells me “theres nothing else I can do” I ask to speak with a nurse or a manager that can help me out and her response was the same “you also have to wait until monday”I hang up already frustrated and mad.She calls me back and tells me that she was able to find a doctor WHICH I DIDNT SEE AND DIDNT EVEN TALK TO ME AND WANTED TO PRESCRIBE DIFERENT MEDICATIONS WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT I HAVE. I JUST WANTED SOMETHING TO RELIEF AND HELP ME WITH MY SYMPTOMS AT LEAST UNTIL MONDAY TO BE ABLE TO GET THE RESULTS AND GET THE RIGHT MEDICATIONS. I ASK HER “CAN I ATLEAST TALK TO THE DOCTOR THATS IS PRESCRIBING ALL THIS TO ME” and she said no. HOW A DOCTOR PRESCRIBE SOMETHING WITHOUT TALKING TO THE PATIENTAnd her beautiful response“Isn’t that what you wanted? Now if you want it take it, if not, IS UP TO YOU.”SO ROSE NO, THATS NOT WHAT I WANTED.As a person who works in health and patient care I have never seen someone so disrespectful and I have never and will NEVER tell to one of my patients “is up to you take it or leave it”SO ROSE SOTO I HOPE YOU NEVER IN YOUR LIFE GET SICK AND RECEIVE THE SAME “CARE” YOU GAVE TO ME. If you dont like your work, is easy you can quit and find what makes you happy.

Very welcome n carrying n understanding of my health and very organized

I chose this facility last year because I saw Dr. Leon had a few good reviews, she did my annual physical. I set an appointment several months later for gastro issues and they told me she was not available so I met with another doctor who was not very thorough, gave me a referral and I just found out is no longer there. I suffer from severe allergies, so I wanted to see my primary for suggestions as my voice has been almost gone since Friday. They set me up with an appointment same day, that was the only good thing. The Doctor that came in didnt even introduce herself, she simply said, Youve been sick since Friday? I said yes. Any congestion? I said mostly my swollen sinuses and my throat, minimal coughing. She walked over checked my ears, told me to scoot up checked my breathing, typed for about five minutes and said, Perfect, everything should be at your pharmacy What? I definitely was not perfect. I had to ask what the diagnosis was and she was very short and rude. She acted like I bothered her when I asked what she recommended for my allergies and she said NOTHING! It was just a respitory infection. THEN SHE LEFT! I went to see the girl at the desk and asked who the doctor was she said her name was Dr. Cruz. Then Doctor Cruz called her away before she could finish speaking with me. The girl at the desk didnt say, Hold on or One moment she just got up and walked away. I left bewildered in the most annoyed way. Dr. Cruz has a HORRIBLE bedside manner and I would not recommend the facility. I know they probably dont care but I am definitely looking for another primary care physician. It bothered me so much I called back and asked, since I saw Dr. Leon and heard the staff as I was getting my blood pressure and temperature taken state they had a short day, why didnt I see Dr. Leon, and the person who answered said she was full and I was a walk in. It is a shame to have someone like Dr. Cruz working in the medical profession, she gives this place (obviously from the other posts), with such a great location a HORRIBLE reputation. DONT GO. Sorry Dr. Leon-Concepcion had lost a patient because of this.

Bed side manners are horrible. Not personable at all. Didnt feel like a patient. Her attitude is very cold and robotic. Went in for my initial exam and she didnt even try to get to know me. Granted, she probably has a work load that she cant handle, but it doesnt mean she has to take it out on her patients. Im switching doctors ASAP.

Ive been a patient of Dr. León since 2009 when she was in the Kissimmee office. She is very professional, and provides thorough examinations. Not only she is an excellent physician, but also a wonderful person. She is very dedicated and shows that she cares for all of her patients.

I moved to orlando a 5 years ago, that when I met Dr.Cruz she takes time to get to know her patients on a personal level would not switch her for the anything. The nurse say are caring kind to all there patients always greet u with a smile as for the office staff you cant find any better people, on the phone or in person there friendly sweet always have a smile . You cant go wrong choosing this as your doctor office you will find no better .

I have been patient for 3 years in this medical office.When I am in need to see a doctor they Never have space for walk-in and always make you wait too long. My husband is with flu symptoms and they just say go to a urgent care like they don’t care they are very rude and nasty.

This is specifically for he Hunters Creek office... Really bad customer service skills... lack of emphathy and rudeness! So sad my mother has to deal with this office. They never answer the phone... she had to go in person after being at the ER with a really bad fracture in order to ask if she needed an additional referral than the one they gave her at the hospital. Instead, she was asked to come in the next day... people she had a showlder fracture! on her dominant arm... this is very painful! so I called to ask why she had to come in... after waiting for a long time being the “first in line”... I got someone that was going to ask the referral coordinator and ended up sending my call back to the main menu! I called again and selected to speak with the referral coordinator... waited at least 5 mins being “the first on the line” and a lady that did not even identify herself answered. I explained the reson of my call and she asked “when can the patient come in?” really? Did she hear what I was calling about? She was very rude. I explained again and she cut me off “ma’am I know what you said”. She said she spoke with the doctor and came back to say the doctor could issue the referral but she needed to be seen before Feb 1. Mind you, my mother has not been seen bu the specialist, we dont know if surgery will be required and coming in is what is important? I work in health care and compassion and empathy are key components of that world... Really dessiapointed and extremely upset with the lack of professioanlism of this practice ans the staff... I would not recommend this office at all!!!

In the month of February my daughter seen the office of Dr. Leon-Concepcion, and was sent to the laboratory with some blood tests, the doctor urgently sent her to do an emergency ct scan where she was diagnosed with crohn diseace, thanks To the soon intervention of the doctor my daughter is alive today, she is the best

Conflict scheduling an appointment- low availability to see a doctor

There service is horrible. I have been a patient for over 2.5 years.Takes over a month go see her and when you do, she spends less than 5 min in her office after waiting 45 minutes.

I have being coming to this office for several year but there has being three incidents that I am in need to see my doctor and the option that I am giving is to wait for an appointment in 3 weeks or so. I am looking to go to another doctor that I can count on.

I am a patient of Dr. Cruz for 2 years and excellent in her work, but unfortunately since a few months ago her staff here is lousy ... I have been trying to make an appointment for 2 months and they leave me on the phone waiting or hang up on me .. ..when they finally answer they tell me that for the day that I need they are full !!!! He considered it unacceptable and a lack of respect .....

Dr. Cruz is good but her work group MALISIMOOO they serve super poorly, The girl Hernandez Geiris (The one who gives the referrals) always has an incorrect attitude with patients, treats them badly, and even acts reluctantly towards others !!
