I have been going to this practice for over two years and the staff and providers have been excellent. I was originally treated by Dr. Sara Colon and lately by Dr. Ivette Rosario, both are very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend this practice to friends and family.

Dr. Ivette Rosario is NOT a professional, this lady was rude, disrespectful, and displayed a condescending attitude and limited knowledge. My first and last visit to this PHCA chain of doctors. Apparently DR. Rosario is not a good fit at any of the PHCA locations since the complaints about her continue no matter where they transfer her to. As a former patient of Dr. Rego, I am looking for a DR who is wise, knowledgeable, and a respectful listener.(Please don’t respond to my review with the same automated response you provide all of your reviewers. If PHCA really cares, they would address all of these important reviews with company chain of command and doctors, thank you).

The worst condescending attitute from a doctor I have ever had in my life. I am currently looking for another doctor and practice. The office never picks up the telephone, it goes directly to answering service at any time if the day. They never return calls. I mean it’s total mess that office. It’s a shame!

The office has a high turnover of physicians. It is difficult to have a adequate patient - physician relationship. I did not feel good about the care either. I was a patient for almost a year and had 3 physicians and 1 NP during that period. Not good :(

Extremely disappointed with the way Ivette Rosario handled my my mothers concern today. Dr. Rosario was extremely rude & lacked profession. She kept looking through old records and ignored the current situation I was explaining. I specifically stated that the hospital sent my mom over for attention and she showed 0 concern. She also became annoyed when my baby started to cry and left the room because she cant concentrate & its too much for her-Cant imagine if she was an ER doctor! Lets not forget the 1.5 hour wait to get seated in a room.

I am a new patient with this particular practice and I was forced to leave my previous Primary Care physician by insurance issues. I have to say I have been extremely pleased with this practice. After a recent hospitalization I got a follow up call from a doctor from their practice that was checking on my post op status. When does that ever happen these days?!?

They dont take a long time to call you in and the staff is friendly and professional!

While Dr. Sara Colon is a caring and supportive physician, the staff support is horrid. They cant seem to get the smallest of details correct, and even worst on critical matters. Even when given 3 months notice to assure a letter was sent to my insurance provider, they still failed to follow through. It truly saddens me to publish this, but after several years, my patience has has been worn thin.

All staffs including Doctor in charge Ms. Ivette Rosario was not only warm, kind,and friendly but also professional. I will always be thankfull for their dedication to me.

Dr. Colon-Santiago is one of the best doctors we’ve ever had. She is very attentive, listens and gives great advise aside from treatment and medical care. We highly recommend her as a primary care doctor, internal medicine.

Dr. Sara Colon Santiago is an excellent caring doctor that takes her time to listen to your concerns, she is very detailed with all her explanation regarding your test or any other problem you may have, treat you with respect and have excellent bedside manner.I was a patient before with Dr. Armando Rego and so was my husband, since he retired, I started seen Dr. Colon and so is my husband and also taking my mother and I’m so happy to have made my decision in staying in the same practice, the nurses are great, the front staff are so helpful to all your needs with politeness and kindness. I highly recommend this practice.One happy patient !

The best doctors and staff!

What a great value it is to have an excellent doctor and a supportive medical office to help keep me healthy! I have been going to PHCA Colonial for years. First, with Dr. Armando Rego, and now Dr. Sarah Colon. Both are excellent, caring doctors.The office nurses and staff are also well trained and anxious to help their patients. This sets them apart from many other medical offices. Teresa has been a huge help with managing my prescriptions.

My experience was full of confusion and neglect. My tele appointment had to be rescheduled because they called me long before my appointment was scheduled. Then they did it again, calling me at 8am for a 10:30 appointment. After I spoke to the doctor, she said the nurse would contact me to schedule my next appointment and set up my lab work. That was on June 1st. It is now June 20th and still no word from the nurse. I may have to change doctors if this doesnt improve.

Great customer service! They really care!! My wife and I needed a medical certificate for our visa applications and they were more than willing to help us through the process by doing tests, check-up physicals, and writing letters in Spanish and English clearing us as safe and free from any pathogens. Dr. Sara Colón was so friendly and helpful. She really had a kind spirit and kept us calm during the whole process. We definitely recommend this place as a regular doctor office to use for any health related services!

I cant seem to get help finding the specialist I need I have worked with the referral coordinator. I have tried for 3 weeks and no luck

More than likely the doctor that you choose is not the one that will see you. You will see a nurse practitionerBut still pay like the doctor was the one that treated you. In my experience that is false advertising. I pay to see a doctor, I want to see a doctor. Not a nurse

I get to my appointment on time and dont have to wait to be seen. The staff treat you with respect and are friendly

They serve quite well, they are friendly but to answer the phone is a problem, they take too long. I guess its because of the number of calls. Also the address information is wrong when the answering machine answers. I was lost until they finally attended
