A very patient doctor! Its important with a doctor and you have eye contact. That she does. She cares for her patient. I wouldnt trade her for another. She also has a very nice respectable staff. When in surgery. I highly recommend, Doctor Jessica Navaris Lugo. I love my Doctor.

Dr. Narvaez is one of the best doctors I ever been. She is very respectful with patients time and concerns. Very friendly and human (not like a lot of other doctors out there). She takes the time to explain and make sure patients understands everything she explains. Wherever she decides to practice I will make sure I will go there. If I could give her more than 5 start I will go for 100!!

Dr. Narvaez is an awesome doctor. I have a complaint to make about the office staff in Dean Road which my daughter is a patient there and is being treated for crohns disease. Dr. Narvaez ordered infusion treatments, which she was getting at Dean Road and she was feeling great. In June 24th, she received a letter from a new infusion center stating that they are going to be working with Digestive and Liver center to move the treatments to them. Someone from at the new infusion center contacted my daughter to let her know that they requested authorization from insurance and they are waiting for it. My daughter received another call from infusion center letting her know that the insurance she has is out of network. Then my daughter contacted the referral dept @ Digestive and Liver Center and she was told that the vital center asked to do a different infusion medication because medicaid will not authorize the current medication. All this time my daughter is the one calling referral department. So far we have not gotten anywhere and the only medication she has been prescribed is not helping. Her condition is getting worse because she is not getting the infusion she needs. All she has gotten is the run around. I went to the office today and spoke to the Manager in charge but I feel that I also did not get anywhere with her. My daughter has not gotten her infusion treatment since June 2021 and is the only thing that has really help her with the Crohns thanks to DR. Narvaez. It is very sad that my daughter has to go thru this and I am pretty sure that DR. Narvaez does know that my daughter is not getting the infusion she needs to be having.

The first time I visited her I was very happy. She took her time to explain everything to me and didn’t show to be in a hurry. Then I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy with her and while in the procedure room, she took the time to greet me and to assure that everything was going to be fine, which in fact, was. I really recommend her.

She is very personalized and treated me with respect! She sent me diffent exams to find an answer for my problems, which never happened before with the other doctors! In very thankful for her!
