Dr. Jolly and his Assistant Ryan were very professional, friendly and explained everything to me about the procedures I was going to have.

Everyone is especially attentive and caring. Kudos to Lauren and Kalonde and Dr Feiner.

Terrible customer service the Doctors are none responsive to following up with results which tests have cost me well over $3k, not answering voicemails, and too top it off they have yet another PA doing all the in person appointments so you never see a Doctor! But don’t worry they make you pay the same price. Healthcare needs reform big time in this country, these people are just con-artist with fancy degrees, they don’t have medical answers for anything. Burn your money its more insightful!

The doctor was great but the office is poorly run. i waited to be seen an hour after my appointment time. i could not get a return call from a nurse after leaving multiple messages before my procedure.

Nurse Ivan’s was excellent! She’s professional, friendly and caring. Ditto for Mike Jolly. He’s a terrific listener and has an excellent demeanor when providing patient feedback.

Dr. Aggarwal, Mike & Ryan & supporting staff have always given us the highest level of care. Weve been patients of theirs for many years. Their communication is clear, precise, with a sense of urgency & compassion. Last week my husband was experiencing symptoms we felt urgent so we visited the Gastro Health office. Mike & Ryan made an immediate diagnosis he was in need of emergency care. A life saving decision. He was found to be bleeding internally & received 3 units of blood in the ER. After 3 days in hospital and endoscopy hes home. Follow up endoscopy is scheduled to ensure proper healing.

I called for an appointment and the staff in charge were rude. I call to speak to the office manager and the person could not figure out why I would not make an effort to give them a chance, she said: personalities sometimes clash as if I Knew them personally. A specialist for serious disease, were you as a patient will most likely interact with office personnel than a doctor and if a patient is not respect by the very administration then there is no confidence on the doctors.

My review does not go to the Doctors. I received a very good treatment and care from the doctor. My review goes to the service. No.1 even when they are the ones who send you for exams, if they dont receive the results, you end up having to call the lab, image center to follw up on these. No.2 you end up calling several times, leaving messages to make an appointment, with no response. I am not talking on the same day. Several days pass by and you dont hear from them. You think you can call back, leave a message again and same situation happens. I call that, treating your patients with no respect.. Again this is not the doctors.. But the front office service.. I will get another doctor to treat me.

Doctor was treating me for ~2 months, finally found a diagnosis and that was it. No follow up, no medications, no further treatment, just a “good luck”.
