I used to love this office, but the phone going to a central location for EVERYTHING is a MAJOR step backwards. It took me over 30 minutes to get the central office on the line, and when I asked them why the actual office had called me, because the voice message they left for me wasnt clear,. After a few minutes, they said they would put me through to the office, but that was a LIE... they didnt put me through to the office, they put me on hold for another 10 minutes and then came back with what they thought was the answer to my question. When I have questions, the answers usually create other questions.As long as they stay with this new phone system and way of handling things, their ratings are going to go WAY DOWN.This is why I switched to a different specialist. I may have to do the same with my GP. They are going to loose patients/customers with this system.

They take over 20 minutes to pick up the call & the call drops & you have to call back & spend another 20-25 & pray the call doesn’t get dropped again.They have been dealing with this problem for over a month.It literally took me two weeks of calling during my breaks or lunch time to finally get an appointment scheduled. Only to receive a cancellation text. So, I had to call again & spent 45 minutes between calling & getting my call dropped. Finally, got someone on the phone who could care less about the aggravation.I’m definitely going to start looking for a new physician.

Dr. Martich is amazing. She treats my whole family. We have come to think of her as a family friend and not just our family doctor. I cannot recommend her enough. If you can are able to to get into this practice - you are blessed.

Very rude. I tried to schedule an appointment and she wouldn’t allow me continue explaining my insurance. No help.

Ive been seeing Dr. Martich for a couple of years and really like both her staff and her care. She is thorough but not an alarmist. Quickly diagnosed a problem I had on my last wellness visit and was able to give me advice on how to take care of it without tests or prescription drugs. Ive had afternoon visits both times and did not find the wait time excessive.

I love Dr Martich! She knows her stuff and is always very thorough. I appreciate her good care for many years now.

I really liked Dr Martich the first time I met her. I had to wait a really long time, however felt at the time she was worth the wait since I dont have to go to the doctor often. This was just for an annual exam and flu shot. The next time I went back was for an actual problem (Id gotten DVT due to bedrest while pregnant, this was a follow up to that). This time I spent literally hours in the office, of which maybe 10 were with the doctor (90 min in the waiting room, another 45 mins in the exam room waiting for the dr after the nurse left), she was fine but nothing special worth the wait. She also had some comments about my new baby that kind of rubbed me the wrong way.I went back again a couple of months later for another follow-up, this time I finally *only* had to wait 30 mins (sad thats an only). She commented on my weight loss comparing my current weight to the last time she saw me (remember Id given birth a few months before so my body was working its way back to its natural state!) as if it were a bad thing, we wouldnt want you losing more weight. Even if I hadnt just given birth a few months before, my BMI was a little high so she should be encouraging me to be a healthy weight not saying I shouldnt be losing weight.After seeing her three times Ive decided that while shes a fine doctor, shes not that great and definitely not worth the horrible wait times.
