Ive been a patient of Dr. Mikes for well over 15 years. Hes has always taken the time to thoroughly understand what I needed help with or to explain fully to any questions that Ive asked. I am a punctual person and value that he keeps his office running on time. I find it so rare that a doctor treats my time with as much care as he treats his own. And, although it is certainly not a requirement in a doctor, I love that he has a great sense of humor!

Dr. Young exemplifies the true meaning of a doctor. He cares and he listens to your every concern. I do not ever feel rushed while in his office. The entire staff is very professional and always meet my needs by going over and beyond to make sure my concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Absolutely love Dr. Young!

One would think that a well run business would operate to serve clients, customers, and potential future customers. This business is not one of them. This business is poorly managed, poorly run, and allows patients to be poorly treated. Last I checked, that’s not something a good business does.Long story short, a patient was late due to a pet emergency. They were late by 15 minutes (it took 5 minutes to be acknowledged because they were talking with another patient when they tried to check in). The patient that was late due to the pet emergency attempted to contact the doctor and alert them to being a bit behind schedule. The doctors office phone system was not working and they could not get through. Then, when they got to the office, the staff refused service to this patient despite multiple attempts to communicate with the office. Now as we know, our health care system in America is pretty terrible, and it takes a long time to get seen by your Primary Care Doctor. Adding terrible service to the mix doesn’t help. This appointment was scheduled months in advance and the patient attempted to contact the office but the phone system wasn’t working properly. So, instead of apologizing for the phone systems not working, the patient was told “we won’t see you today because you were late so let’s schedule you 3 weeks from now.” The appointment was to help diagnose a medical situation that needed immediate attention. The patient was refused the opportunity to be treated, diagnosed, or otherwise cared for by a “Primary Care Physician”. By the lack of business savvy, the lack of compassion for the patient, and the pure lack of care the “manager” Samantha (although she does not fit any manager qualifications or qualities) seemed to have... I HIGHLY recommend you STAY AWAY from this “business”. They did provide a urine test for part of an issue, and although it showed signs of needing further testing, they still would not help the patient remedy their health concerns. Bad business equals less business, and eventually leads to no business. May this review help you avoid a terrible experience.

Do not pay any attention to the negative review. Dr. Young is thorough and diligent in determining the best course of actin for your health plan. He is very professional and possesses a calmed demeanor. He also directs you to the perfect specialist for any specific care you may need. I have been with him for 12 years and together we have gotten through a few serious health concerns successfully.

Best Doctor Ever! Very short wait time (like 1 minute if you are on time), great and friendly staff, and the Dr. has great bedside manner. I would recommend this Dr. to anyone. So far, there are 4 of my co-workers who also have Dr. Young as their doctor.

I have all the reasons to say he is a very good doctor, have patient with problems that I cannot deal well with, he is respectful and I am sure if one or two people had a problem with him, as I saw in the reviews, it was a misunderstanding. Always had everything running well and smooth in the office, never had any problems with him or his staff, if you cannot reach them by phone, stop by, you will surely be welcome and they will take care of your concern. Feel like I am in right hands.

They are quick to make you pay the 50 dollar fee. I was sitting in my car since 7:30 because the window said hours of operations was 8:00am and I didnt remember what time my appointment was, my appointment was at 7:30. They told me they couldnt see me until I paid the 50 dollars because I missed my appibemtb when I was sitting in my car since 7:30.

Terrible service . I been there 8 years only because it was close by and the nurse practioner was really nice. Now she is no longer there. I had to wait over a month for an apt for just a physical. Then I’m a few minutes late and they won’t see me. They won’t refill my medicine even though it’s the same medicine for years. They are so quick to charge 50$ for not being seen even though they aren’t busy and could have seen me. Also they charged me 50$ last month to make this apt and said I missed an apt when I know I didn’t . And no one here reminds you of your appointments. They are very rude. They charge you to print your own records. I didn’t want to take any chances of them withholding my records because I refuse to pay 50$ for them not seeing me. When my insurance copay would be 0$ today. So I paid for the damn files. They are so rude and terrible practice. It is always hard to get through to the front desk. And when you finally do it’s like dealing with an automated system. She must have a sheet she reads off of.What ever happen to treating clients with respect? Without clients , businesses will not stay in business. This is terrible customer service .And to top it off. I saw the dr walking around the halls and stare at me. While he could have been seeing me for what I need.Terrible terrible place to go. I recommend going anywhere but here. Now I know to check reviews too before committing because this is a disaster. And I have dealt with the short comings here just because my file was here already and the nurse was so nice. But she probably left because of the bad service here too.

The office refuses to give Dr Youngs Florida Department of Health license number. When asked they refuse to give this information. This is very concerning. I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Youngs office for 5 months. My paperwork has been faxed many different times. We have verified the fax number many times. We have fax confirmation from our fax service provider. I had been referred to the Doctor from my Dermatologist who I respect greatly. Be very cautious. They discriminate and profile their patients. They do not act in a professional manner. This is an actual review of my actual experience.

On October 25th 2016... I contacted Dr. Michael Youngs Office! Asked them if they were accepting new patients. The lady at the front desk With Greasy Hair Told me of course and that it would be a wait of at least 3 weeks. Which was ok with me. I downloaded the paperwork and dropped it off at their Office COMPLETED around 3:30pm that day! I patiently waited a little over 3 weeks and Called them on Monday the 21st of November. The Receptionist informed me that Dr. Young has all of my paperwork and it is sitting on his desk waiting to be reviewed.... Didnt make sense, but I played along. I called Back the following Monday the 28th, Same response. My paper work is sitting on the Doctors desk and they are just waiting for him to sign off. So I called back the following Monday, the 5th... SAME STORY!!! Gave it 1 more week! The 12th, Same Story. So I decided to go there and brought a friend with me on Tuesday the 13th. The greasy Lady said There is nothing she could do, and that the paper work was just sitting there! She Then Continued to ask me if I shopped around for another Doctor... WHY THE HECK WOULD I DO THAT? Im not applying for a JOB?!! I told her no, and asked if I could please have the paperwork so that I dont have to do the waiting game again!... She said No because its Dr. Youngs and since he hadnt reviewed the paper work I could not receive my records???!!! What in gods name, can I ask is wrong with this picture? My friend even told the girl she was wrong. However, I ended up finding another doctor and recently decided to call and report Dr. Michael Young to Florida Blue because he is a providing Doctor for them. Today just minutes ago I received a call from The GREASE BALL where she states, I am not a good fit for their office... I just reported them the other day and I get this call??? So Im curious as to if it was a result of me reporting them. I called Florida Blue to ask if they had spoken with Dr.Youngs Office about my report. THEY DID! He responded with my paperwork was taking longer than expected to come back and that as soon as they received my paperwork they would call me. TOTAL LIE, They had my paperwork before November 21st, and its been sitting on their desk since then!!! Unless they never got my paperwork at all!!!! I saved the voicemail I have and Im prepared to let Florida Blue and anyone else who would like to hear it listen. They screen their patients for some odd reason... I have normal people issues, maybe Im not sick enough or my pockets arent deep enough for this practice. I hope people really read this and do not go to them. It took from October 25th to January 12th and a complaint about how unprofessional they were, for them to call me back. FORGET THESE MORONS!!! Go else where.!!
