Dr. Kivett is the most knowledgeable, caring, professional medical doctor I have ever met. He goes way beyond the expectations you may have in a health professional to the extent of calling us at home following a health issue to see how we are doing. This personal follow up is not limited to those issues he personally handles but even to the specialist he sends us to! He is truly one of a kind and we are blessed to be part of his practice!

This office is the best team of ‘servants’ to their patients. Everyone from the front desk to those in billing and all the functions in the back operatories are caring, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Dr. Kivett is patient and takes time to explain your condition and really listens to you. You are truly a partner in your own health care. My husband and I feel well taken care of and appreciate all they do.

Everything about this place is off. Avoid!

Friday march 6th was my first time meeting Dr. Kivett and what a great doctor!!!! He was very thorough took the time to explain everything to me so I wasnt in the dark about anything. My appointment was for 10am I was called just a few mins after 10am so no wait the experience was great and glad I found a doctor who cares and takes the time to explain everything you need. He is also a navy vet so lets thank him for his service and protecting our country. Thank you Dr. Kivett it was pleasure meeting you.

I was at this location a few days ago and the staff member Bridgette** was VERY nasty and mean to a patient because she didnt have her copayment. The patient even offerd to pay with a check and Bridgette** yelled at her to Get out of her office I will Never go back there, very embarrassing and not a good way to run a business

I am medically aware, have lived in Orlando for 39 years, and have access to a vast range of doctors if I want. Ive been going to Dr. Kivett as my GP for almost 30 years. He is as diligent, competent and thoughtful as any doctor could be. He takes as much time as I need, not he needs, when I go. He is beyond rating.

Dr. Kivett has been my MDVIP Doctor for about 5 years in total. He is thorough and patient. Most importantly, he spends as much time as you need to get the service you require. Never waited more than a few minutes to see him (with appt) and never struggled to find an appt time. Relaxing atmosphere with excellent nursing staff.

I Love this practice the staff is warm, friendly and treat you like family and you always receive the best possible care. I live about and hour away but still come here because its worth the drive.

Dr. Kivett has been our family doctor ever since we moved to Orlando – about 32 years ago. We just can’t say enough about what a great doctor he’s been for us. We believe strongly that if not for Dr. Kivett we would not be in the relatively good health that we are today. His approach has always been to educate us about our health issues and provide a health plan to deal with those issues. Dr. Kivett monitored our health and prevented any health issue to become active. He conducted health information from each of us and monitored our health. Dr. Kivett’s focus on “prevention” and “education” has been something that we, as patients, have appreciated very much. He also has maintained a great staff of medical professionals that have assisted in maintaining our good health over the years. Worst place ever! First appt. made by phone only to get there and there is no record of it. Now today I had another appt. (rescheduled) still no record of it! Now isnt it a good thing I called first before exerting my time and energy to go clear across time. Lets just say, Im looking for a new physician!

Regarding the complaints of the previous review, I have never had an unsatisfactory experience. This is one of the best run medical practice offices I have been to. I had been a patient of other doctors in this office 6 or 7 years. Medical Insurance pays only for a 15 minute visit which I believe forces doctors to provide what I call BandAid medicine. I became an MDVIP patient about a year ago, which allows Dr. Kivett to spend much more time with a patient. Within 3 visits Dr. Kivett almost completely relieved one condition that had been treated by other doctors for at least 5 years. Another 5 or 6 Year problem (back Pain), he diagnosed quickly in the office (no specialists) and his explanation to me made perfect sense. Previous doctors had sent me to several specialists, and never explained the results. In frustration, I attempted to find the answer myself and concluded that it was caused by one of my Rxs. For several years I refused to continue taking it. Dr. Kivetts diagnosis and his explanation easily convinced me I was wrong. I resumed taking the Rx. I am a satisfied patient.

Ive treated here for over a year, the receptionist made an error on billing & now they call me 3 to 4 times a week, even left message on my job phone. Bridget has no sense of whats allowed by law, additionally the entire time Ive been a patient, I never treated with the doctor. Ive never met him or seen him. I will not return to this practice, I do t recommend to anyone seeking care,
