I always thought Doctors and their staff were held to a high standard. Not here. Front desk was is always rude and the doctor will cancel on any appointment he doesnt think is worth his time.

He is our family doctor. I really appreciate that he takes time with his patients and has really helped my family navigate through some tough medical issues. He is frank and open about his opinions and down to earth. I would recommend him to anyone searching for a great family doctor.

Typical money grubbing doctor who will purposefully cancel his appointments with patients who have HMO, and make them wait months in order to get them to find another primary care physician. He literally does not care about your wellbeing, only your wallet. Also, the receptionist is the extremely rude and unpleasant.

Its now been 50min passed the appointment time I have not yet seen the doctor. No point in making an appointment if they wont see you at that time. The customers time is as precious as anyone elses. That shows the level of professionalism held at this place.

If the doctor doesnt feel like seeing you, hell cancel 5 minutes before your appointment. Front desk is extremely rude.

I have the sense that all Dr Miller cares about is $$ He does not care about his patients.. I will be finding another Doctor soon

Doctor will cancel on you right before your appointment. I dont know who angered the receptionist, but she comes into her job and takes it out on all the patients. This establishment acts as if they are the only physician office in all of Florida. Little do they know, there are hundreds of doctors close by who care for their patients.

Good experience so far. Doctor takes time to talk with you about any issues and answers all questions to my satisfaction. Courteous staff as well.

The worst ever experience. I had to wait one month to schedule a new appointment and they cancelled my appointment right before my appointment was. Then said they don’t take new patients at the moment. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to nobody. Don’t waste your time with rude people who care only about money.

Very kind and helpful Doctor. After my last Doctor left unexpectedly I had to find a new one and Miller helped me. Great receptionist too very polite and sweet.

Receptionist at the front office very rude especially over the phone they don’t have phone etiquette . I would like to ask from the front office manager to train all front office employees. They are loosing a lot of patients even thoug they have good doctors.
