The receptionist never verifid the insurance. The patient is part of Orlando Health for years and they asked for a lot of information is already on file. Poor customer services, patient wait longer than hour.Dr. Goddard didnt provide his best service, he was acting during the appointment like he didnt have a patient in front of him. Poor answers. I dont recommend this doctor to anybody. Orlando Health needs to review his practice.

I have been seeing Cristina at Dr Goddard office for past 3 years but since she has left it’s not the same. Dr Goddard is a kind, soft spoken Dr but he hardly gives you any time, maybe 5-8minutes at max.The front desk receptionist is super rude, whenever you call the office, she will make you hold and when you ask for any appointment she will give you appointment 2-3 months far and they don’t inform you if there is any cancellations. There is never any appointment available, if you want to see the Dr in an emergency situation you will need to go to urgent care as your primary doctor is never available. I am also surprised with so many negative reviews on front desk receptionist complains and she is still working there, there has been no actions taken.I am changing my primary doctor as I am typing this. It’s been very disappointing dealing with rude front desk receptionist and getting no timely appointments.

Dr. Daniel Goddard is excellent and very professional. But I dont understand why he has such a rude person at the front desk, she bothers to attend the public and always with a bad face.

That horrible rude receptionist needs to be fired. I am a patient trying to seek help from a doctor, I wish to not be treated like the way i was. I was hung up by the rude receptionist while trying to make an appointment.

Let me start by saying there are good doctors and there are not so good doctors. I honestly feel that although, Dr Goddard seems to have a lot of ‘textbook’ knowledge he lacks compassion for his patients. He comes off as rude and judgmental. Also, I find it weird that he only makes his MA sit in with him with some patients but with others he doesn’t. Kind of odd?? Needless to say, I guess he falls in the bad doctor category.Lastly, his office staff is beyond unprofessional from the receptionist to the MA, are there nurses there? I am not sure but they definitely lack medical office training and etiquette. Thankfully, he is not the only doctor in central Florida, but sadly I have to travel further to see a quality physician which I am very grateful for. If you can save yourself to trouble, it is already stressful and anxiety provoking to visit a doctors office, let alone one that does not take the time to make you feel at ease or properly educate you about YOUR health.

I have had such a great experience coming to Dr. Goddard. I have even referred my family members to him and they have all been satisfied with him. He really takes his time to listen and make sure that all your healthcare needs are met.

I have seen many doctors from a young age and have also worked with a handful of doctors. Dr. Goddard is a great doctor in every possible way. I have never seen or worked for a doctor that was as knowledgeable and had such great bedside manner. A hard combination to find. I absolutely love the way my visit went. All my concerns were acknowledged, I was given a thorough examination, and given a clear explanation on the medication. Dr. Goddard is unlike many doctors who are quick to give you a prescription without informing you whether you truly need it or not and what your choices are.

First visit - Great, after that VERY POOR SERVICE. You are only a number!I paid $100 to see him but you basically only get to see the nurse. I came in with 3 big questions and 2 or 3 small ones and he told me to my face that he only has 10 minutes with me which is only enough time for 1 or 2 questions. I tried to tell him but I paid $100 to see him so I cant come in all the time and he cut me off- did not care. When he first walked in he would Not listen to me, cut me off right after I said hello saying he was going to listen to the nurse first. The nurse summarized the 3 big questions I had and that was it. When I went to ask the small questions I had he said if you have more questions then tell the nurse and ill be back and he Walked out and left! He went to see another patient! I had to wait for him to finish with the patient to come back.When he finally came back he finally started answering some questions (per the nurses notes of course). He also didnt check me at all. I have asthma, he didnt check my breathing or anything else. I wanted to ask him concerns I had about my weight loss program and he just said oh it looks like its working you lost weight 😐 I have some bruises on my leg that show up out of nowhere from time to time, I had pictures for him to see (because the bruises have faded now) and he didnt want to see it. I asked him for an annual blood exam request and he left out key checks such as cholesterol (Ive had high cholesterol in the past). I have more examples but Ill cut it off here.Im a number to them and your primary doctor should care about your health. If this is going to be a quick Q&A and your not gonna check me then lets just do this online and charge me $10 for the 10 minutes your giving me because this was terrible service. I told a little bit of the story to the front desk, and she told me the office manager would call me and she never did.Ive only been there 3x. The first visit I was treated very well but visit 2 and 3 I was treated poorly. I am done with this doctor.Whats the point of going to see the doctor if you cant talk to the doctor and he doesnt care about you?

Ive been going to Dr. Goddards office for over 10 years everyone is professional and courteous all the time.

Dont visit Goddard if you need birth control, even if it is for hormonal purposes. The doctor will let his religious values supercede your care. That is, if he actually takes the time to do a full assessment in lieu of blowing off your reasons for being there.
