The Most Capable Doctor I have had !! Almost imposible to replace

Dr. Gallagher has been our family physician for almost 30 years. We have followed him to different locations because of his professional caring, his wonderful staff, and his osteopathy credentials. We have been lucky that our insurance company changes always recognized and accepted Dr. Gallagher so we know any medical needs we have will be met by someone who knows our histories and cares about our family.In late July, we traveled to the Keys and realized my husband had forgotten all of his medication. The CVS pharmacist did not want to fill the Rx because some of them were ones that were mailed in bulk, but the ones that were most needed. I called the office, just before closing, and Mary, once again, became our hero, and had those Rxs and other dailies sent to the pharmacy within minutes and saved our vacation.Once you become a patient with Dr. Gallagher, you become part of the family. If you are lucky enough to become a new patient, youll always know that your good health and happiness is their goal.

Ive been very happy with this practice for years. Sandy is very thorough. Ive moved out of the area, but I still see them for my annual exams. They are all wonderful.

The reception girl is rude, disrespectful and lacks of ethics and not to mention threatening. I called for appointment and when I showed up on the date with papers they asked to print and fill appointment was never made by them. I asked for a reasonable explanation she threaten me to call police. She claims I was yelling, well Im sorry I speak loud. I will talk to my insurance company and do everything in my power including public media to stop this abuse towards patients. They have no idea how inconvenient this is.
