They never answer the phone. I have waited minutes and minutes with the music on the phone and it says “ please leave your message “ , then when I tried to leave the message, it said“ message box is full, goodbye “… Maybe I have an emergency and have to see my doctor tomorrow, why you do not answer the phone?!?!!! This is my 3rd time . It is happening every time I call your office!!!

Dr. Mahnaz Qayyum has changed my life in more ways then a simple review could ever get across. I have struggled with PCOS for years and from many other doctors it was looked over as something that I just had to live with. From the first meeting Dr.Q was so enthusiastic that we were going to get this under control; This was an experience I have never had with another doctor. Very refreshing to say the least. It made me confident that for once there was someone who believed my health goals were achievable. From getting on birth control, having laser hair removal on my face, and weight loss options that worked for my body I can not say enough about how forever grateful I am. At this point I have recommend multiply friends and each would attest to there experiences being similar. I highly recommend anyone to use Dr. Qayyum because she knows what she is doing and knows how to get you to where you want to be.Thank you so much!

Two stars because the communication with the clinic receptionist is terrible. With every appointment request, I expect the clinic staff to determine whether there is a need to see the doctor and have the courtesy to inform patients the approximate copay amount. I wanted to request a Covid antibody test from the doctor which easily couldve been a referral. But instead, I have to set up an appointment with the doctor another day. The clinic staff called 5 minutes before the appointment to request the copay. It caught me by suprised since there was no mention of this in my first phone call so I figured asking for a referral would be exempted. Anyways, the conversation with doctor took 5 seconds and she agreed to have the test ordered. I dont mind paying the copay but it honestly was a waste of time to jump through the hoops. And then it got worse from thereSince it was a phone appointment and the call was 37 minutes late. I was in the middle of another task and so I didnt have time to talk to the staff to set up a lab appointment. I called them the next business day and they referred me to the drug refill line which no one picked up. I tried calling back the office twice and it went to voice mail twice.Dr Qayyum is as pleasent as a doctor can get and she is a great doctor. But it is just a nightmare to deal with the staff who is unclear regarding giving patients appointment expectations and seems to transfer every call to either the doctor or other department wheher there was a need to.Ive been to many different doctor in New York, Seattle and Orlando. This is probably one of my worst experieance.

Dr. Qayyum is a fantastic doctor! She knows exactly what shes doing and always ensures all her patients are taken care of. She is extremely thorough. Her practice is fantastic, clean and her staff are friendly and professional.

Dr Qayuums staff is the friendliest group I have ever encountered in any doctors office. You feel like family and that is of the utmost in importance to be comfortable. Michelle, Frances, Matthew, Caitlin and Maria along with the good doctor are truly professional caring people. I would recommend anyone looking for a family practice doctor to call them immediately.

DR Qayyum and her entire staff at the Elysium group are extremely helpful to me with any issues I have. Shes very friendly, and truly cares about my health. Extremely thorough, and makes me keep up with routine blood work, which is important. Always makes recommendations as to what I need to do, and changes I need to make to feel better and stay healthy. Never had a Doctor that took time to really care for me the way she does. Lots of Doctors overbook, and are rushed during appointments. Never the case with Dr. Qayyum. I would recommend her to anyone searching for an Excellent Doctor for their family.

This doctor is terrible!!! Do not go here!!! She has lawsuits filed against her and many complaints. Takes forever to make an appointment and they never answer the phones. I waited over an hour and she was rude and inconsiderate. Staff was terrible. Will never go back and would never recommend.

Had a bad experience with receptionist.I called in (as a new patient) last week after finding this doctors on my providers website. Called in to make an appt, and she said there was one available the next morning.I said that works, and then she asked if their company was in network. I assumed it was since they were on my insurance website, and she said well you need to call them and make sure. I asked her well what kinds of insurance do you take? She seemed offended i asked, She said they DO took my insurance but i still had to call and ask. I said fine, but if she could give me the appt for the next morning. She refused. And said id have to call back.I called back after verifying and got vm, left a msg and never got a call back!Worst receptionist ever. A good receptionist would know what insurances they take also a good buisness pratice is the WANT a customers buisness. She could have easily taken down my insurance info and called and verified on her own, if SHE wasnt sure, which is what receptionist usually do.Needeless to say i took my buisness elsewhere.

Dr. Q is amazing. She has helped me to get my cholesterol numbers and other blood tests where they need to be, while also losing weight in the process. The office staff is pleasant and they always remember me, which seems to be more and more uncommon these days. Also, they accept BlueSelect insurance. Im very happy I found this location.

My mother, Alba V. hasn’t stopped raving about how wonderful her new primary provider and staff treated her! This provider took her time to listen and understand what my mothers concerns were. She took action and for the first time in a long time, my mother can say, she’s confident she has found one of the best family physicians out here. 💯% recommendable.

I started seeing her three years ago and best doctor I have ever had. The staff is great and she is very thorough. There have been many times when she not only gives me medication but asks questions about my life style and offers suggestions on things that I could change in order to get healthier. I actually look forward to seeing her. She truly cares.

I have been seeing Dr Q since 2012. She is very personable and easy to talk to. She takes the time to listen. Scheduling an appointment at a time that works for me is much easier now with two office locations. She is one of the best family doctors I have ever had.

Dr. Mahnaz Qayyum is the best doctor! I only wish i found her sooner! She knows her stuff! Be it related to family medicine or med spa services, and she not only offers the best of both but combines the two to improve your overall health and appearance. She customized a plan for me including a weight loss plan, cool-sculpting and endymed treatment for stretch marks - it is going well and i wouldn’t trust anyone more than Dr. Q!

Not using my real name because I posted a review of my personal experience and the doctor confronted me about it. She would not release my prescriptions until I either edited the review or deleted it.My spouse and I have been going to this office in both Dr. Phillips and Celebration for a few years. In the last year or so this office has become very disorganized and has a high turn over. A couple different staff members said it is because the doctor will not provide them with medical insurance.Jennifer the PA was nice but would always tell us she was a cancer survivor, many times during the visit and it was just annoying and had noting to do with our care. More than once I would leave the office with incomplete lab orders or my prescriptions were either wrong or never sent to the pharmacy.I am applying for Social Security disability and it took this office over a month to respond to multiple requests for my medical records delaying the process.Overall Dr. Q was a nice doctor and has a great deal of knowledge and experience. However our Experiences with this office staff in both locations was awful. We do not plan to go back to this office.

I had been searching for a family care doctor after my previous one retired. After much research and finding that the quality of offices in the area is poor, I found Dr. Qayyum. I just finished my visit and physical. The staff is among the highest in quality customer service I have found. The doctor was pleasant, personable and professional. I did not feel rushed, but I did feel like my time was valuable to the staff and doctor. I have found my familys primary care.

Where do I start ? Amazing doctor , amazing staff, clean office, modern machines. I recently injured my back and had an awful primary doctor who wouldnt even tell me my mri results or put in the prior authorization my insurance needed for me to get my medications. My appointment was 10am and I was seen at 10am. The nurse took her time with me and let me explain everything that was wrong without guessing or being rude, she was so compassionate and then explained all of it to the doctor so I didnt have to explain all over again. When the doctor came in she so knowledgeable and spoke to me on a equal compassionate level, she never spoke down to me she actually listened to me and did everything in her power to help me. After we were done I had a chance to speak with the office manager and check out lady who both were so nice and professional i will never see another primary doctor again and I have already told everyone I know to switch over to her!

I moved to Florida 4 years ago i been thru heart attack triple bypass and i had one of the best doctors in ny. since i been in Florida i been having a hard time finding a good doctor i can trust and put me on the right medicine dr mahnaz makes me feel comfortable she reminds of my doctor back home she knows what shes talking about i do recommend everyone to go to her she will listen and understand ya body

Just left Dr. Qayyums office and will never return. The little man at the front desk greeted me with an embarrassing you owe us for a missed appointment back on June 15th. The way he said it was that he was trying to embarrass me. It drove me crazy all the way home as to how I could have missed an appointment without calling...and then it hit me, he was probably right. My wife went into labor at 11:00 pm on June 14th and gave birth early morning on June 15th. To say that I was a little distracted would be an understatement however it was my bad. I get it. But that still doesnt give this guy the right to speak to me like that. If I had a dollar for every time I had to wait past my appointment time for a Doctor, I would be rich!!!! Just a really poor way to handle this situation in my opinion.

After years of fighting high blood pressure and other issues Dr. Qayyum has gotten my blood pressure back to normal and I feel better than I have in years.

The communication in this office terrible. It doesnt matter what day or time you call they never answer the phone. You leave a message and they dont call back. How is someone supposed to cancel or reschedule an appointment if no one picks up the phone?
