Ive been a patient of Dr. Posgai for almost 20 years and hes incredible.

Ive never been so rudely treated as I did with this office. Dr. Posgai is an amazing doctor as well as his nurse Sue but, dont ever cross path with the evil office manager Marie! I apparently had an outstanding balance going years back from another location, didnt know i did but, called the collection agency number and took care of the payment. In the meantime, shes telling me the office no longer takes my new insurance. MARIE IS UNREASONABLE, I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANOTHER PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATE EVER.

Ive seen Dr. Posgai since I was about thirteen (almost twenty years!), as well as my mother, father, and grandmother. I moved and went to another primary for a while, however, once I saw Dr. Posgai took my new insurance I ran back! He is one of the best physicians I have ever seen--if not the best. There is a reason he has been in practice for so long. Nurses and support staff may come and go, but those reviews shouldnt take away from the amazing Dr. Posgai.

The worst that that could have happen to a superb practice is Dr. Ingrid Fiallo. Sick for almost a month and she would not give any meds especially no antibiotics. This office collect payment for my insurance company for no services render. She rude and unprofessional. How can you work with someone like Dr. Posgai and not become a better doctor. Severely disappointed that they have lost the whole family beside this Dr. the steals and commits malpractice on a regular.

Today my office staff had the worst experience with the Office Manager their names Maria. This woman should be fired. She hates her job, and actually cursed about having to help a family who lost there mother (was a patient there). It was ironically the end of the day.. she hung up the phone, and when you tried calling back they were closed for the day!! if shes still working there, send your family else wear. I would hate for someone to lose a loved one, and be treated like they did not matter!!!!

I have been going to see this office for the last couple years. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Posgai and the staff. Debbie at the front window, Tricia, and Maria the office manager have always treated me with the utmost respect and have gone out of their way to help me when I needed anything.

First of all, my name has been changed to Tammy Harbour, since I was married 3 years ago, I dont see where I can update this. Lol I just wanted to give a shout out to Maria for being so helpful with questions I have had and alot of Insurance issues. She is always going out of her way to help us patients. This review is not in regards the Dr. Skills, but his office and customer services.Recently I received an automated call to confirm or cancel my appointment with Dr. Posgai, during the process I cancelled the appointment as I was not able to make it. A month later a received a no show charge of $25. When I called it to dispute, I was transferred ton3 different people before speaking to the office manager Maria. Initially Maria stated that would investigate it and get back to me. A week later, as I did not heard from anybody, I called the office back and I was surprisingly informed that their system confirmed the appointment during the automatic call, which I explained that I had cancelled it and it was a mistake on their system. Maria stated that would be reaching out to the doctor and getting back to me. A week later, again after not hearing from anybody again, I decided to call the office back and Maria stated that the Doctor told her to follow the policy and charge me. I understand the police and agree that if the patient does not show up they should be charged, but if you cancelled it and there is an error on their system, they should be fixing it and not fighting for 2 weeks and wasting our time. During the call Maria stated that Dr. Posgai does not want to speak to me unless I pay for the No Show fee. Maria abruptly hung up the phone on me.I decided to go to the office and speak to Dr. Posgai directly. Maria stated that the he was busy and didnt want to speak to me. Maria then stated that she wanted to call the authorities, which I agreed with, but she never did it. I waited for 2 hours in the waiting room and I noticed that the patients were leaving the office via a back door. Dr. Posgai did not have the respect to see me to explain why he was charging me for a mistake in his system. Very disappointed!!!! Maria is the most rude Office Manager I have seen in my life.This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have never heard a physician denying to see one of his patient.STAY AWAY from this office, they are NOT helpful at all!

I have been a patient of Dr. Posgais for many years. I see him several times a year for various health issues. Dr. Posgai is thorough in his research on how to treat a problem and careful, yet precise, in the treatment ministered.I know that I will always get the same good care everytime I come to his office ... from his office staff, to the nurses, to the office manager (who by the way has spent many long 3 way calls to mail pharmacy with me to get their mistakes corrected) ...I have had many doctors in my life and Dr. Posgai is among the finest.

My family and I have lived in Orlando for 20 years. The primary care physician and his or her staff are extremely important. We went to six different physicians before we got a recommendation for Dr. Posgai and his staff. Dr. Posgai and his staff are excellent. They do everything possible to make a patients visit a more pleasant experience. Dr. Posgai is always upbeat and takes his time with his patients. His good attitude provides a relaxing atmosphere. He is good at making sure he gets all the details so he can give the most helpful treatment or advice. Instead of telling the patient what to do, he explains several options of treatments. He discusses advantages and disadvantages of each. He also tries to find the most effective medication at the lowest cost. His staff is the friendliest, most helpful staff we have seen. Maria, Debbie, Tricia, and Dejon go out of their way to be kind and understanding. We give Dr. Posgai and his staff our highest recommendation.

Went in on Monday for being sick for 3 weeks and seen Dr Ingrid Fiallo. After being tested for flu and strep both came back negative. She put me on some cough pill that after 5 days still did not work. After leaving a msg because she was off and having to wait until the next day to hear back. The msg I got was there is nothing else that she can prescribe for my symptoms. So I left another msg hoping to hear before the weekend and of course they closed and I heard nothing so now I have to go all weekend without anything else and Im still sick and getting no sleep because of this congestion that I have. I bet she is sleeping fine knowing her patients dont have the care they need. I usually see Dr. Posgai and everything is fine. I will never see Dr Ingrid Fiallo for anything!!!!

WORST MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT do not go here. I went to see Dr Ingrid Fiallo here for back pain and numbness in my feet. She asked if I was on any medications I told her Adderall which she offered to write me a refill. She gave me the script and an order for an mri. Well I never got the mri results even though I called their office hundreds of times, I never got my rx filled because her rude staff will not fax the paper work to the pharmacy. I actually got a call from my pharmacist who told me she has never had a doctor/staff this difficult to work with and to change my primary! To top it all off my first wedding anniversary with my husband was 2 weeks after my appointment he had booked a getaway months in advance, because of my severe back pain I couldnt fly the airline was understanding and just needed a note saying I was previously seen for back pain -thats it to which Marie stated the Dr told her absolutely not, when I asked to speak with the doctor myself regarding my MRI I was screamed at your a patient your not allowed to speak to the doctor ever. After all these rude phone calls I called physicians associate corporate office, they did some research as to why my RX prior authorization wasnt put through and the DR stated that my MRI had come back OK and Adderall wouldnt be needed. You read that right the DR wouldnt put in my ADD medication because my MRI was back clear... something sound wrong here? Its been over a month since my visit and I still have nothing. Please save yourself the trouble and do not step into this horrible place.

I always have a pleasant experience at this office when dealing with Dr. Posgai and Ms Maria. Thank you guys for years of service.
