I have been a patient at the Orlando family Practice for approximately five years. I am 78 years old an I highly like to be respected ,treated with kindness and always be provided with a sense of dignity.Dr.Zoila E Jorro,DO staff is efficient and if imperfection at times shows its ugly face, bringing it to the attention of Dr. Jorro or Ismael ,the matter is resolved immediately.I recommend Dr. Jorros practice to any individual that requires expert medical services given with the best of care.

Beware...Dr. Jorro is nice enough; however, any PCP that allows their staff (Ismael Jorro to be specific) to unprofessionally argue back and forth with a patient as well as speak in a crude and condescending manner vs de-escalating & getting to the root of the issue is not an office that Id recommend. The experience definitely left more to be desired, well happily locate another PCP as Ismael suggested, thank you!

My Moms been going to Dr. Jorro for many years, the dr always makes her feel welcomed, and I know that to see her takes awhile because she goes that extra mile for her patients. The past few months my moms needed a bit of extra care like therapy at home which Ismael has really been on top of, following up appointments with agency and Medicare which mom really needs. Dr. Jorro is a blessing to both me and my child. She has been our doctor since 2005-2006. She truly listens and does not rush you out. Yes, sometimes I do have to wait but I dont mind because I feel that it is valuable to have a doctor that listens to you and takes the time, even on the weekend to call you to check on your sick child. Whenever she has referred me out, it has been to other excellent doctors, that have taken care of me as well. Finding a great doctor that does not treat you like a number is a rare thing these days.

Commitment to continuously improve is one of Dr Jorros key aspect of her practice. A true desire to turn her patients concerns or complains into an opportunity to do better. Once, I rushed into finding another doctor because I did not like something related to the office staff. I regret it and after 2 yrs away with another doctor, I asked her to take me back. IM IN GOOD HANDS AGAIN.The following are the things important to me and the reasons I gave 5 Stars:1. A doctor and office staff that is able to communicate in Spanish.2. A doctor with empathy and caring attitude.3. A Highly clean and modern office.4. Getting an appointment within reasonable time. If I have a health (non-emergency) situation.... The worst doctors office in Orlando. If you want to come here take the whole day off from work. I went in for an appointment at 3 and wasn’t seen until 5. The manager is the worst. I canceled my moms appointment. When She came in for the next appointment she told her they couldn’t see me because She “no showed” when she canceled. She tried charging her for the visit because on their end it wasn’t cancelled. The manager yelled at her in from a full lobby saying she had to leave and she wasn’t going to be seen ever. This place is so unprofessional and inconsiderate of your time. The only good person there is Wanda she is very nice. I would highly recommend dr jorro to fire all the rude, unprofessional and disrespectful staff in order to have a better office.

If you wish to know exactly whats wrong on the first visit rather than having to return two to three times with pointless followups, then visit Dr. Jorro. Dr. Jorro is knowledgeable and honest and actually listens to her patients. Zero complaints about wait time. Location is also clean and conveniently located with kind staff.

Find a better place to go to. It’s really unprofessional there and hang up on you when they can’t handle when they did something wrong. They won’t fix it or even apologize for it. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jorro’s since 2006. Me and my family followed her from Florida Hospital since she was a resident there. She cared for my mother as we lost her to cancer. She was so kind and caring during those hard times, would call me to see how mom was doing. One of the things I like most about Dr. Jorro is that although she is also a pharmacist, she has always pushed me to eat healthier and exercise before pushing pills my way. Whenever me or family have needed a specialist, she’s always been able to call in some favors to get us seen asap.She has a great staff and wonderful PA Jessica who is just as kind and caring as Dr. Jorro.The wait can be long sometimes but I always have my fair time with the provider and they will always see me as a walk-in. I understand that my health can not be rushed. Dr. Jorro had many long appointments with me and mom to discuss her illness, I knew we were making her run behind but never once has she made me feel rushed.Thank you for everything Doctor.Que dios te bendiga doctora

The Doctor may be good- But: Worst medical office. Do not visit. Waited over 2 hrs with an appointment. The delays begin at the front desk as they take over 30 minutes to process your co-pay. Office Manager is saving the practice money by not hiring the help they need to run an efficient front office but the patients pay the price with long unnecessary waiting time. Find a better run medical office.

Sadly I was discriminated by team member named yimel her roll as manager useless threat me And made me go in person to tell me practice y could not help me worst experience ever I requested to speak directly with doctor and was denied hopefully she can reconsider her staff better to be more successful

Ive been going to the office for a few years, today was my last visit and already registered with another Doctor. Doctor may be good but some of the staff there leave much to desire. Dont plan to ever go back and will share my last visit experience with everyone I can...........

Dr. Jorro is a do-nothing crook. She only wants the money she gets when anybody crosses her threshold. I believe she also gets kickbacks for referrals, which is why she orders a myriad of expensive tests that have nothing to do with a patients symptoms or complaints. If you are a trusting person or someone who does not know to question why such tests are being ordered, AVOID THIS CROOK. If you dont, you will end up with thousands of dollars in bills which your insurance will not cover. She should be investigated and prosecuted!

45 minutes from my appointment time and I’m still waiting to be seen. I’m not even seeing the doctor. Yikes! Hoping this is only because I’m a new patient and this is not a common theme here. I believe in second chances so I’ll give this place one more shot.

What a horrible experience. Office staff is incompetent. Nothing gets done even after calling every day for weeks. You have to follow up and follow up and still nothing. Do not go to this doctor!

Been coming to this Dr for many years. My only complaint is the long wait. Usually takes an hour after your scheduled appointment time before seeing the doctor or PA.

Very bad service, very poor service and bad attitude from the receptionist. In almost 2 years that I visited in this place I never saw the face of the doctor, only the assistants, which did not last, and in the end the nurse attended me doing the part of the doctor. It took a long time to change my doctor. I dont recommend this place, they just want to make money and they dont care about your getting out of anything.

Excellent location in East Orlando! The staff at the reception is quite friendly, Dr. Jorro is an excellent professional, completely bilingual.
