Worst office Ive ever been to. One time I was left in the waiting room for over an hour. I looked up and I suddenly found myself alone--the entire staff went to lunch without saying a word to me! Another time the staff forgot to call in my prescription and I didnt find out until after their office was closed for the weekend. I had to contact the emergency doctor to get it filled. I went to this doctor for 6 months then refused to go back. When I wouldnt come back the office called me SIX TIMES and mailed me an UNAUTHORIZED appointment! I told them repeatedly to leave me alone, but they just kept calling--I never heard of such a thing! This office was so bad, I requested a copy of my medical records to see if theyd messed that up too. It took 2 trips to the office and 4 phone calls but still nothing. After 2 MONTHS, I had to get corporate involved to get my records. When I finally received them I found 4 lies and 2 mistakes in the records. Bottom line--untrustworthy and unprofessional.

I think hes great. Always listens to my concerns and works out whats best for me.
