After telling him my symptons, Dr. Delgado refer me over to specialist, who took my info and the appointment was quickly set all in 15 minutes. Dr. Delgado is the man of his word when he stated, I will fix you up!

I am so blessed to be a patient in this practice. I have been here since 1965, Sam Stephens, now Frank Delgado. They are my family. They take care of me like I am family. This is a smart, caring medical practice. You know how truly good they are when you meet the staff and know that they are happy too. Under the circumstances of Covid, they are safe and thoughtful and remain caring. Even the lady at the front door taking your temperature is a delight!

Went to Dr. Delgado today as a new patient. Was extremely impressed by how kind the staff was and how efficient the entire office was. Dr.Delgado was extremely kind and thorough. I would definitely recommend this primary care for anyone looking. I live an hour away and would still drive here then go to anywhere closer just because of the great experience today!

I was taken back in a timely manner after arriving at the office. The doctor kept me waiting only a few minutes and was very complete in answering questions and reviewing my health. This is a great practice and I love Dr. Delgado. I hope to keep seeing him for another 20 years!

In certain situations like reviewing results of a blood test, and there are other situations as well. I really appreciated not having to drive for 2 hours round trip for a 10 minute review with the doctor. I love having this option and I hope it doesn’t get discontinued.

Its always a friendly place to visit. Ive gone there so long that I feel like I know Dr. Delgado and his nurses.

I was called in for my appointment close to my appointment time. The appointment was efficient & helpful.

I only had Epilepsy and a few other things wrong with me when I first started with Dr. Delgado. Epilepsy alone is a reason a lot of doctors wont take you on as a patient. It must do wonders for their malpractice insurance. I saw another doctor in the practice who had left. My daughter always said Dr. Delgado was the best in the practice anyway, so when my doctor left I began seeing Dr. Delgado. He saw that I was borderline diabetic...🙀😳...and treated me with Diet, followed me closely.One day I was on the toilet with weird weak feeling next in an ambulance ride that I dont remember. So, at 57 years old, a pacemaker at the same time they found I had a rarer form of Leukemia. Dr. Delgado worked with the new cardiologist and onocologist who were thrilled I had him as my PCP. Six months later Dr. Delgado found I needed to take pills for my diabetes, but I was allergic and spent three days in the hospital. Freaked out about any other pill, he understood and said if I want to continue to do insulin as they did in the hospital, ok. We laughed as most people were terrified of a shot and I was freaked out over a pill. This man truly cares about his patients. Ive had seizures in his office, once hitting my head, of course some blood... calmly handled, sent for an ambulance (Ive had other doctor offices totally freak out!) I have given him more than one reason to tuck his tale between his legs and refer me to anyone else. I would have NO other doctor. They dont take Medicaid and I still see him. As long as I have two cents to rub together I will always see Dr. Delgado over any other physician! If hes taking new patients, get him, but dont take my place!

Dr Delgado has been my wife’s and my physician for 10 years and we wouldn’t trade him. He’s smart, personable, and importantly has great doctors for needed referrals on tap.

I am utterly disappointed in the fact that I have faithfully gone this doctors office for over 10 years. I called to make an appointment and was refused the opportunity to see a doctor over $25 for a SO-CALLED NO SHOW BALANCE. I have NEVER had a balance prior to this one incident. They were not budging even though I really needed to see the doctor. NEEDLESS TO SAY my time with them is OVER!!!!

Unhappy... his recommendation for a trapezius muscle in spasm, x-ray and flexeril. x-ray no thanks, flexeril ineffective; I have been a nurse for over 20 years, I am an established patient at this practice. He is not a fan of the medication I take for this type of problem (Soma), but when a patient tells you they are not comfortable with generalized muscle relaxers and they have proven ineffective in the past,,,,,, and the medication they normally take is in their med profile, and has been prescribed by their normal health care professional...at...this....practice... maaaybe you should consider prescribing it, or at least walk across the hall and ask them about the patient.Yes I know Soma is a class IV, but I have an established history with it, and it always wasnt.... and if Im lucky/unfortunate.... I have to take it once a year. Soooo your compromise is prednisone and valium...GOOD JOB YOU !!!.... needless to say I would rather suffer with ibuprophen until I see my regular person than take Rx that are overkill and will not allow me to function at work...again GOOD JOB DELGAO....I will never have a positive thing to say about Dr. Delgado

Worst doctor experience of my life. I know, people dont like going to the doctor, but this was the worst experience of my life. I felt more like a source of income instead of a patient. Would not recommend going to this office unless youre a senior citizen (seriously, I was the youngest person in the place), the nurses are rude and pushy and dont care at all about their jobs (seriously, it wont kill you to smile and be friendly with the customers...err... patients!!). Dr. Delgado straight up within the first 30 seconds of being in the exam room ordered lab work for no apparent reason. He and his staff made no effort to tell me that lab work at his office wasnt covered by my insurance and that it would be an out-of-pocket expense. On top of waiting nearly an hour in the over-crowded waiting room, I had to wait an additional hour and a half for my lab work to be done! Dr. Delgado and his office are the poster-child for what is wrong with the American healthcare system. Ive never wanted privatized healthcare to be replaced by universal healthcare so bad in my life.

The docs and PAs at FMC have been taking care of me and my family since the early 80s. Dr. Delgado is a terrific, caring physician.
