Medical center in downtown Orlando. Nice well run place with multiple doctors. They have a large shady parking lot in back that fills up early. When the lot is full they offer free onsite valet parking. Theres also a limited amount of street parking out front on Mills Ave.

Both my parents and I have been going here for about 9 years. Our doctor’s name is Dr. Mayoral. Dr Mayoral is so knowledgeable and caring. My recent visit at the Mills Avenue location as in the past, has always been pleasant. All the nurses in my care were so compassionate and friendly.I highly recommend Center for Digestive Health!

Went to get colonoscpopy and endoscopy. Their estimate was around 550 with my insurance, but it was actually $1,600 when I got the bill, way off! I had already made two payments and was calling to split it up into two more to be done with it, yet they are unwilling to work with people. I was not expecting a huge bill, that much off or that expensive and the wife was out of work which was explained to them. They refused very rudely and said sending us to collections. Wow ok, I am not sure how people can treat others like this during a time people are in the middle of a pandemic. I will talking to the doctor about the billing staff and their attitudes.

Doctor Levine, nurses and staff are all great I’ve been going here for years - however, they need to seriously revamp this issue about having extra people sit around waiting to drive patients home. If I’m willing to sign a release form and take a taxi or Uber home that’s nobody’s business but mine. I’m gonna post this out on the medical legal site and find out what my options are for future visits. This whole litigious society of ours is getting out of control. And please don’t just post a “canned” response – find a workable solution or I will take matters in my own hands and find another place to go it doesn’t have these ridiculous rules!

I was very hesitant to go anywhere until Mrs. Christina Martinez (she is a nurse there), referred me. I cannot be more grateful. Dr. Giday and his staff are very loving and professional, they took great care of me before, during and after the procedure. I really felt I was in good hands!!! Mrs Christina also kept me informed throughout the process, she is extremely professional and caring. You can trust this professionals, great place!!!

Dr. Rafiq wonderful! Front office staff just ok, you wait there awhile (no big deal to me) to be seen, had some billing issues that I had to fix for CFDH & it still took billing department forever to update my account properly.

It was my first time in this facility and I was very impressed with the quality of service.From the entrance the person who checked my temperature was very nice and directed me where to go. The Front desk person wasnt nice at all, I wanted to ask her a question but she was rushing and did not let me say one word, she was actually rude but I just assumed that she didnt mean it. I did not wait too long when I was called inside where everyone I came in contact with was very nice. Dr Ilagan was very professional and took care of my health issues. He listen and explain in detail without rushing. Overall I had a good experience.

I was amazed at how busy this location was and in all the hustling around that everyone was doing everyone was so nice!! I felt very taken care of and nothing was overlooked. I was always informed of what was going on so there were no surprises. It is a real team environment and I highly recommend this group. Dr Marlon Ilagan was highly recommended to me and I am highly recommending him to others!!

Was excellent process from the time i walked in to the time I went home. I actually went home 15 minutes before my procedure was scheduled. Got there hour early as was requested and was whisked in a few minutes later.I must have interfaced with a dozen people working there. Each one of them gave me assurance that they were there to take care of me. I cant say enough about the staff. Top notch.

I have been a patient of Dr. Henry Levine since 2015 and have had 3 procedures at the Center for Digestive Health over the years. Dr. Levine is definitely in my opinion one of the top gastrointestinal Doctors in the country. He has managed my GI disorder in a way so I can have a near healthy lifestyle with medication, timely labs and recommendations. The surgical unit he founded at Center for Digestive Health is stellar and has been for as long as I have been a patient. The nurses are second to none, anesthesia team top rate and turn around time of results & follow up is very quick. After nearly 7 years in Dr. Levine’s care I can say even if it was a bumpy road becoming Dr. Levine’s patient was the best move I ever made. So thank you Dr. Levine, your staff & Center for Digestive Health.

I waited weeks to get an appointment for a possible ulcer that has been causing severe pain, sweating and nausea and I cant take typical meds to alleviate the pain because it interacts with my meds now. Doesnt matter of I eat or dont eat.They called 3 days ish before my appointment wanting to know my pcp name....AGAIN. I was busy and didnt recall until very late and just figured I would give it to them when I got there. I have ADHD combine type and GAD as a single mother with lots to manage and challenged executive functioning. Probably the cause of my stomach issues.Just got an email we are canceling your appointment because the doctor is going to be out. Okay if you plan to take a day off. Have someone fill in for you. Dont just cancel your day. They claim it had nothing to do with me not returning the phone call to give them my PCP name AGAIN. I find this very unprofessional.

Very efficient....friendly. Remember to offer six and a warm blanket. Easy day for me.from reception to leaving.

I was very impressed by the efficiency of all of the staff who helped me. The waiting time was short and they were so kind to help me fill out the forms. They were pleasant and considerate and made me feel at ease.

I just have to say that I just love dr. Zhu she is amazing. She is very understanding and she has done both colonoscopy and upper endoscopy she did a great job. If you are looking for a great gastro doctor she is the one. I was extremely nervous to do both of my procedures but Dr.. Zhu and her team definitely made me feel at ease.

Everything was so well orchestrated! Pre-op instructions were very clear, pre-op phone call with amount due, very nice surgical staff and Dr Levine who all made me feel very comfortable, and follow up phone call the next day! Called to schedule an appointment today, receptionist was short with me and clearly annoyed, call lasted all of a minute before she abruptly ended the call. I took my daughter there yesterday to see Dr. Korenblit for the first time. The office is easy to get to with a lot of on-site parking. Inside is big, clean and beautiful. Everyone from the front desk to the nursing staff, to scheduling were very nice and helpful. Dr. Korenblit was attentive and listened to all we had to say. My daughter has an extensive medical background and he was very thorough asking questions and answering ours. I am very pleased with him and all the staff. I highly recommend them!

I had a procedure here yesterday. It was my first procedure with my new GI, Dr. Levine. I was very nervous, but from the moment I was brought back, the staff really put me at ease. Cyndi was my intake Nurse, and she had me laughing so hard, I forgot I was scared. The nurses and staff here are incredible. I have had Crohns Disease for over 20 years, and being treated in a place like this, where I felt truly cared for, is such a blessing. And I cant say enough about Dr. Levine... he is skilled, smart, and he is passionate about helping his patients. I am so very grateful. Thank you!

When I mentioned my choking sensations to Dr. Korenblit he essentially made it out as if it was in my head, and wrote me off as IBS and offered me an antidepressant. I don’t think that would help with the gastrointestinal complications associated with scleroderma. Thankfully another physician has treated my SIBO correctly and tackling my swallowing issues with me instead of implying that they’re only in my head, as if having systemic scleroderma isn’t bad enough.

Dr. Korenblit and his staff are wonderful. My anesthesiologist was also very kind, caring and informative. I highly recommend this office for your GI needs! I have been to 3 other GIs in the area and they cant touch the kindness, knowledge and professionalism of this office and everyone who works here that I have dealt with. Im very grateful.

I’ve been seeing Dr Giday for years. He listens and offers an array of solutions. He is always pleasant and explains everything in detail. I hope he never retires! A great doctor along with incredible staff.

The doctor that I saw he was great and he Approach my situation with authority and he listened not like most doctors that wouldn’t listen to their patients. I’ve been battling with Crohn’s disease since 2009 and he understood my condition and we made a point of attack to control my flareups he didn’t say hey I’m gonna give you this pill and it will make you feel better he saw I was sick he sent me to the hospital to do the proper test and very thorough testing.

Everyone is friendly and Dr.Jason K. is always very nice and explains everything very well. They take good care of me. Thank you.

Went to this practice with my ex husband for test results. The Nurse Practitioner INCORRECTLY interpreted the results before the Doctor came in, where he delivered NOT the best diagnosis. It was very upsetting and I told him that his NP told us something different. This is negligent and I will be searching for a new doctor for my ex husband. Also I should note that my two children had to accompany me there, and I was told that they could wait outside in the car in 93 degrees heat. When I protested, then i was told they could sit in the front of the waiting room. Ridiculous.

I have had several procedures done at the Center for Digestive Health over the past 6 or 7 years. They are awesome. Always made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Giday is a special person. He is the most calming Dr. I have even been to. I had gotten myself fairly worked up before my last visit because of the way I was feeling. Dr Giday before the procedure with just a couple of words was able to calm me down. I am self employed so every year I always look at new insurance. The only requirement I have is that what ever insurance I get, it has to cover my visits to their office. I would recommend this office to everyone.

This is the worst place to go. The doctor who was completing my mothers procedure was 45-58 minutes behind. We arrived on time for the procedure and have waited over an hour, its just ridiculous! Everybody here including the Doctor needs to learn time management so you all can stop wasting people’s time! No one cares to fix the time management issue, according to the previous reviews the issue has yet to be resolved!

I have been going to Dr. Lavine since August of 2021. Diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. He is very passionate about his work and truly cares about his patients. He doesnt treat you like a number. He takes the time to go over everything with you. From the front desk employees, the infusion nurses, Dr. Lavine, medical assistants and Jackie nurse practitioner. Im very grateful for everything they are doing for me. Thank you

I really like this place to do my Colonoscopy. The nurses , staff and my Dr. Levine are great people.

I have been to this office once and liked Dr Zhu. However, its gone downhill from there. My time is limited and I can only call the office to set appointments on my one weekday off--Mondays. Im put on hold for a very long time, then transferred and placed on hold to wait again, then when I try to get an appointment for a Monday, Im told they have nothing for the same month, and Ill have to call on that Friday to see if theyve opened the next month for appointments. I have NEVER heard of such a thing for doctors offices. And then they tell me they are a call center to make appointments. You need to open more than a month at a time for both appointments and procedures.Oh, and when I finally got transferred to the actual office and complained about my problem to someone, they said they would put me through to a supervisor, and I was placed on terminal hold AGAIN! Another reviewer said this place was disorganized, they were totally correct. IM DONE!It is regretful, because I liked Dr Zhu, but Im taking my business (and it IS a business) elsewhere.... to a place that will treat me better than this place does.RESPONSE to Owners Reply: Ive seen this answer multiple times with relatively the same wording each time to every complaint you have received. If you were truly sincere, you would actually address each response individually... AND you wouldnt ask people to call you, you would call them to address the problem with your office. Why would I want to call you and either be placed on hold or get voicemail? I wouldnt. And PLEASE... DONT call me. Like I said. Im done.

This review is NOT of the doctors(they are great). Or even the ladies who answer the phones and screen calls. They have been most helpful and kind. I want to warn consumers about the business office! Be warned! They are running multiple businesses from the same office. Patients who have procedures done will receive bills from at least three businesses: the facility(Center for Digestive Endoscopy), the anesthesiologist (Endoscopic Anesthesia Group), and the doctors (Center for Digestive Health). This in and of itself is not the issue. Its a common business practice for many reasons. However, confusing as it is to the patient it shouldnt be confusing to the business office. BUT IT IS!! On 3 different events over the course of 4 months they have mis-applied my check payments to the wrong business name. And on every occasion, the office manager, Cheryl, blames me- the customer-for the problem. Stating that I have written the check out to the wrong business name. And EVERY TIME I have shown proof that the check was written correctly but it was the office that applied it incorrectly. One particular check had been endorsed (stamped) with the wrong business name on the back and the bank still cashed it!! One of our accounts was put to collections because they believed we had not paid. When, if the office had applied funds correctly, the account had a $0 balance AND another had a credit! I am extremely frustrated. Never have I done business with a more disorganized office. Not to mention the added insult that the office manager doesnt admit fault. And I have myself worked for some crazy ones in the past! Customers beware! And if the physicians in charge are reading this, please keep a careful eye on who you hire. You spend moments with the patient. The patient can easily spend hours with your office staff. They should represent you appropriately.

Care was excellent. Im an established patient and have undergone procedures at this location many times over the last decade. Everyone is friendly, courteous and timely. Had to wait in the car and experienced some process changes thanks to COVID, not a big deal! The staff from start to finish are exceptional. I would never go anywhere else.

My wife gets seen by Dr. Marlon Ilagan. He has the absolute best bedside manner! Always super thoughtful and considerate. The office visits are typically prompt but never rushed. He’s taken such good care of my wife’s medical concerns. She always feels safe when she gets her procedures done there at the center.Most recent visit through this covid, they had me wait outside the whole time. My wife went in, she said everyone had masks on, only 4 people in the waiting area. Checking in was uneventful for her, and her procedures were completed at the time stated. She is well and that is what is most important. Thanks, to all the kind smiles that took care of her while in their care.

The Center for Digestive Health is a first-class organization from the physicians, nurses, and administrative staff. I had a colonoscopy yesterday, which I had looked forward to about as much as a tooth extraction without painkiller.I have had four colonoscopies over the last 20 years, and this was by far the best and easiest. I wish to thank Dr. Giday, Dr. Vazquez the board-certified anesthesiologist, and Centers capable and friendly nurses.My thanks and compliments to all who were involved.

The nurses that took care of me in the procedure room were extremely caring, attentive, and acted quickly when I wasnt feeling well before I went in. I was so grateful to them because I was really sick from the prep and dehydration and felt a little frantic and was so uncomfortable. They sprung into action to make me more comfortable and I felt as if they truly cared about me as a patient, and we were able to make it through the procedures just fine. Its the worst when youre feeling sick and you feel like youre annoying whoever is caring for you. I never get that from this team. The nurse that cared for me afterward (blonde hair) was so nice and funny and she really helped to raise my spirits before I left. The team really made such a difference in my day as procedures and prep can be harsh and stressful sometimes. It left a lating impression that I really did pick the right place for my treatment. Dr. Levine and Dr. Jackie have been great to work with and theyre very thorough and efficient. I appreciate that I feel like Im being heard when I tell them how Im feeling, because sometimes its a lot that piles over time before I can see them. I am still on my journey to finding some relief from my condition and feel that I am in good hands moving forward to explore more options.

Wife and I have been using this location for years! We are 70 and 73 years old and value our health, therefore completing our recommended visits like clockwork 😀Great clean location and EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF, and of course Doctors 😀 Would truly recommend Center for Digestive Health to EVERYONE!

I was pretty anxious re: my appointment but my fears were calmed after talking to Dr. Giday and his PA, Al Febre. Both Al and Dr. Giday sat down with me, reviewed my bloodwork, the pertinent anatomy and physiology using analogies to help explain the content, and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or overlooked. Extremely appreciative of their professionalism, expertise, and warmth.

I’ve been a patient at the Mills office of this practice for many years. They are top notch professionals that do an amazing job of doing a thorough job but at the same time getting you in and out as quickly as possible. The nurse practitioner for Dr Levine is also incredible!!

Mine was a new patient visit. I was given a portal so that I could fill out all the paperwork ahead of my appointment with Dr. Giday. At the end he gave the OK to schedule all three of my procedures on the same day plus a new patient visit for my husband (who will be my driver) while I would be recovering. Very nice since it is a half hour drive for us to come. Everyone knew what they were doing and were very professional.

Dr Korenblit was excellent in my visit yesterday (and in my previous visits). I always appreciate him talking to me so easily and I appreciate his expertise. Furthermore, I feel like the whole Center for Digestive Health is high quality.

Friendly welcoming staff to this new patient. Quick and efficient appointment and check out process. Other Doc’s offices could learn from their efficient process.

Have never had an undesirable experience here. Was recommended to me by an MA from my Pulmonary office after i told her of the terrible experience I had elsewhere. Great all around place. Dr Rafiq and all the other medical personnel Ive dealt with made me feel comfortable right from day one and, most importantly listened to me.. Highly recommended.

Update: I can appreciate the quick public response on here though I left 2 voicemails with no return call. Acting like you care publicly won’t change the way you run your practice.Not a well run practice office at all in my opinion. As a 1st time patient here I was instructed to arrive 30 minutes early to do paperwork so I arrived 35 minutes before my 4pm appointment. The paperwork was provided to me 10 minutes before my appointment and I waited until 4:35 to leave without being called or told they were behind...nothing. Between the lack of communication and customer service I will seek another provider. There are other providers in Orlando and will give them a chance to earn my business as I did here.

I love Dr Levine and all the ladies in the Infusion center! Thank you Adrian and Robbie for being fantastic nurses and making my infusion a pleasant one. And if it wasn’t for Dr. Levine my Crohn’s would still be acting up crazy, at least I have gained some normalcy to my life and I am even working out again. Thank you to all the staff you guys are great !

Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I think the front desk person at the doctor office could be a little more patient friendly. Although I know they meet with several personalities it is not always pleasant. All the nurses and anesthesiologists and doctor was great, timely and made me feel comfortable during the whole visit. I’d definitely recommend you!!!

Chechen was great vastly improved from 18 month ago.Nurse was also very good. Dr. Mayoral always has good nurses.Dr. Mayoral is a great Doctor, I have been his patient for 18 years. Treats me like his family, very concerned about my wife’s health too. Many procedures with him, colonoscopies and others always good experiences. Go to him and will never regret and you will always be great fun to him.Appointments is the most challenging experience with this group, be patient and they will take care of you.

After coming here for over 3 years I will be looking for a new Gastroenterologist and I suggest you do the same. I booked a follow up appointment with Dr. Giday after a procedure. Come to find out the day before that it had not been booked with him and I had to rebook it for 2 weeks later to see him. It was also in an office 40 minutes from me versus my normal office which is 15. I arrive at my appointment only to be seen by someone that WASN’T my dr. After rescheduling and driving 40 minutes! I am SO disappointed, I feel disrespected and I will not be coming here any more. To make it worse I left a voicemail asking about what happened and when I received a call back was told that I should have just asked for him when I got there. I was in shock and am shy so no I did not do that but instead of apologizing I was being blamed of doing something.

Great staff! I have been Dr. Mayorals patient since 2011, he is very friendly, caring, listens to all your concerns, direct to the point with issues and recommendations. I also see his ARNP Carla Fuentes, she is awesome too! Anytime I have needed help with my conditions or have questions, I send email on their portal and get assistance fast. Would never change my team of Doctors here! They are the best of the best! A++++❤️

The whole experience was extremely good my mom didn’t even wanted go and they totally make her feel so well specially Dr Mayoral and Karla but I will say everybody overall was very attentive and being safe with their mask on and very clean and professional. Highly recommended

This was my first visit to Center for Digestive Health. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They all made me feel comfortable and Dr. Mayoral explained everything that would take place in my procedure. I arrived early and was done by my appointment time and on my way home. I really appreciated everything going so smoothly.

Visit to the Winter Garden Office and it was organized and efficient. Met with the doctor who explained everything to me, and they worked with my schedule for the best time for my upcoming procedure.

Had my endoscope done, and the nurses and doctors were super responsive , assuring, caring, and made me feel at ease the entire time. The process was fast and facilities were great.

Dr Levine and his staff take genuine interest in my health as demonstrated when I needed an unexpected appointment. A day later I met with a NP (Jackie) who was knowledgeable and explained what was most likely causing the symptoms. A methodical plan was discussed resulting in a diagnosis and solution!

What a highly inefficient office. The parking lot is a nightmare, the place is always full, and the office isnt run that smoothly. They schedule you for a procedure and tell you to call the number to schedule it. When you call there in never anyone there to answer the phone. It took me a week just to get the procedure scheduled. Two days before the procedure, I get a phone call telling me that my insurance doesnt cover their surgery center. This is something I would have found out had they done it the way every other place I have ever been to does it, schedule and do all the paperwork at the time of your office visit when the doctor tells you you have to have it done. After about 20 minutes, someone answers and tells me Oh, you have XXXX insurance. Thats with XXX Hospital and we cant schedule it here Well, why didnt anyone say that or so much as acknowledge that BEFORE scheduling me with their Surgery Center for the procedure? This is an important procedure. I dont like having wasted a month waiting for this procedure, adjusted my work schedule AND my husbands work schedule around it only to have it cancelled because of this offices incompetence? I feel like the reason this even happened is because the goal of that office is to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Something that could have easily been handled while at the office appointment turned into a debacle and now I may have to wait another month to get something done that really, really needs to get done.

Dr. Ilagan and the entire staff are caring, compassionate group. I have been with them for 11 years and will never go elsewhere. The staff from check in to recovery are very personable.

As always, I was greeted with great respect and genuine concern for my well-being. Dr. Korenblit and the nursing staff were friendly and listened to my concerns. They thoroughly reviewed my medical history to ensure I would have no problem with my procedure.The receptionist was professional, but not overly friendly. Fortunately, valet service is available because parking can be challenging.

I have been going to this practice for 15 years and I loved seeing Dr Ruderman and then Dr Ilagan. However I am making a change to another GI practice due to the inefficiency of the office practice. I had an appt with Dr Ilagan over a month ago and the office was supposed to call me regarding scheduling a colonoscopy. They never did. I called the office 6 times with an average hold time of 20 to 25 min. I left 3 messages to call me and they never did. I tried one last time today. I called and was on hold for 20min, 9 callers ahead of me, then finally someone answered the phone. I told her about the issues and she put me on hold again for 15min. I give up! During the times on hold there was this terrible screeching noise on and off. Anyway I think the physicians in this group are good but unfortunately not good enough to put up with all this.

Let’s be honest nobody wants to go for a colonoscopy but you really should as you get older my experience at the Center was phenomenal even during the Covid crisis they had they run a very very slick operationOn arrival very easy paperwork meet by the nurse who was super cool for the life of me I can’t remember her name but she was phenomenal I met with the doctor fantastic service put me at easeQuick procedure consult with doctor after gave me a package complete with pics and evaluationWould highly recommend

Even when crowded, I have not had to wait very long to see the doctor. Really like my doctor. He listens to me and gives me feedback. It is a good give and take relationship. Staff is helpful and kind.

Everyone was very pleasant and very organized. I saw Dr. Ilagan and he was very thorough and gave me information I didnt know. So glad my friend referred me to him. Would definitely recommend this place and Dr. Ilagan.

This people are such professionals and the whole staff is just amazing, clean environment and they make sure everyone is safe i always have a nice experience when i have an appointment they look like a big happy family.

Dr. Ilagan is knowledgeable! I wish he would be my PCP... he explained me that as an East Asian, I have high risk of Hep. B and C and wanted to screen for that. No other GI doctors informed me about it.Thank you!

The check in staff were great. There was little to no wait time to be taken to the exam room. The exam person (I dont know her name, a young pregnant Hispanic woman) was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Korenblit entered the room minutes after the check in exam. He has great bedside manner and professional. I was supposed to schedule a scan after this visit but Dr. Korenblit had the exam done immediately. The scan tech was nice and efficient. The entire visit was less than 45 minutes.

Very efficient staff.... Really enjoyed meeting Dr. Giday and glad he is my doctor.

I was surprised at the huge number of patients being treated in the endoscopy center. My first concern was that I would be treated as a number, not a person, but that was definitely the case. Every person that took care of me did so in a caring, professional manner and the whole process was well orchestrated. Every aspect of my experience that day was excellent and I am very grateful to Dr. Giday and his staff for their service.

A fantastic experience so far. Staff is very nice and Dr. Zhu took her time to get to know my concerns and give me an in-depth explanation about my upcoming procedure. I was referred here by a friend and now I know why.

Ms. Larrea and Dr Levine were great to work with and were clear on managing reflux and the steps to take in the future.
