Ive been waiting to get an appointment to treat an infection and once it was finally time to meet with the doctor for a virtual appt, no one ended up reaching out. So, I called 2 hours after my scheduled appt and the woman said she couldnt reach the office and that she would leave a message. Nothing. So, I called again the early morning the next day and the receptionist said that they would leave an urgent message since they could not reach the office AGAIN. Scheduling appointments is harder than necessary, most of the staff do not speak good english so that kinda sucks too.

I went to this place today for an appointment I had at 11 am. It seems is a pattern they put your information wrong because I see others complaining about it. They had my phone num wrong, the lady at the desk told me she will fix it and the nurse and Doctor will communicate with me via FaceTime or WhatsApp. It’s 1:27 pm and no one has called me. I called back and this Guy Carlos told me that my appointment was at 8am which I will never will schedule it at that time, plus the lady told me something different. Then he said that he can’t do nothing about it and that the lady that is the admin will call me back. At this point and with all the reviews coinciding, I will not visit this place ever. Be careful and pick a different place. It looks like they don’t care about the reviews either because they keep putting this automated message. Ridiculous!

If you care for your health this is not the place .very disappointed when they said the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy the never do . The referrals never get to the proper place .Not organized at all .when you call they leave you waiting for ever . My wife had body aches and cough 😷 the doctor told her is not Coronavirus but the next day she went to do the test came out positive 😡.after the results she been trying to reach out to them and never answer. You want one doctor not Sever they all tell you different things that you have and if you ask for a referral is really hard to get .If you want to died go ahead and visit this place perfect place .😡

I waited 2 months to get an appointment here for my brother. I get there the day of the appointment and find out they cancelled the appointment without letting me know. I ask why, and it turns out the person I spoke to on the phone took my number down incorrectly and when they called to confirm it said the number was disconnected (because THEY took it down wrong). I’m waiting outside and explain that I traveled 45 minutes with my baby to accompany my disabled brother to this appointment and they refuse to see him. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful of others’ time, as well as an incompetent staff that can’t take down peoples’ phone numbers accurately. I’ll have to go back as my brother has an HMO and he was assigned here, we’ll see how the actual appointment goes.

Truly disappointed in this group/practice. It took forever to get seen and then it had to be via FaceTime. I was told I could get labs done but they lacked to give me instructions. Recently called to get a prescription. Called at 9 am the receptionist had no clue of who my PCP was, which is Domys Peña a nurse practitioner who they insist on calling doctor. Long story short, no one ever got back to me about the prescription in spite of me calling twice and speaking to someone named John. First John said he would let the nurse know so the nurse could tell Peña. He then said he could tell her directly. I will be seeking my future medical attention elsewhere.

If you are doing research for a New Doctor, this is not the place. Especially if you dont speak Spanish. I speak Spanish and I still did not understand them. I have tried to get my medical records for months and I finally have them after I have signed several release forms which they said they never had. Every time I saw the Dr , it was always a new medicine given to me. I want meds to get rid of my issues not a band aid. Never ever met my Dr I always were given an NP and I been going to this place for 2 years. My last worst experience was that I asked for a refill for my heart burn meds and was told that I will have to set an appointment to see the Dr because I have not been there for a while, but the week before they refilled 4 meds for me and left that one out. Why will I do that and pay for an office visit or they charge Medicaid just to get my meds.Do yourself a favor find another Doctor.

Called to make a appointment to become a new patient and clearly unorganized and attitudes and put on hold forever . so I came to read the reviews because I was already not liking the vibe and sure enough I see so many horrible reviews !! They finally answered as I was reading the reviews and I immediately hung up the phone . The owner should be ashamed!!

I recently was prescribed a medication that was not approved by my insurance (diabetic med)so they wanted to substitute that med with a generic which my insurance would cover. This was 8/21. The pharmacy called for the approval for the next 5-6 days I also called numerous times to no avail. The pharmacy had to call the insurance company and in turn they had to call the Dr’s office who at 4:30( they close at 5:00) they were finally able to get someone who can only approve a 30 day supply because the Dr they spoke to was not my Dr. Here it 9/14 no one has gotten back to the pharmacy or me after leaving numerous messages, talking to their customer service call center and even speaking with someone in the office. I did speak to someone in the office today and was told that the Dr was sent another message. My Dr is great but the service and communication with the Drs is awful. Like I said I’m almost out of the medication and this person who I spoke with tells me that the Dr approved my meds I tell her that they only approved 1/3 of the supply and she says I was wrong. I have proof that I am not when I got my out of pocket/co-pay statement which clearly states I only got 30 day supply one injection pen when I should have gotten 3. I don’t know what is going on in that office but they need to get it together. Stop worrying about where you’re going to go to lunch and take care of your patients. One more thing if you close at 5:00 why do you stop answering phones at 4:30-4:445?

Hector Silva introduces himself as a doctor when in fact he is a nurse practitioner. Not even sure why he was the one contacting me for my virtual appointment when I was scheduled with an actual doctor. This whole organization is shady. Will definitely be doing my best to warn people about this facility.

Not easy to communicate with. I agree with all the other negative reviews because each one has happened to me. I am very disappointed with the treatment or lack thereof for communication and being told that You have to be patient! Ive tried to call them for 2 days and all I get are empty promises of a return call that doesnt happen. Good luck to any of you that ignore all these negative reviews.

Office is very nice, I like their team. It is a lot busier than when i first started coming. Dr. Acevedo is great. He answers all m questions and takes his time with patients. You really dont see that anymore. The new staff in the front are very kind and professional. I really like this group. Thank you.

This place is fantastic! Yes, its no-frills. Its basic, but gets the job done. EVERY time I visit, Im waiting only a few minutes before they call my name for my appointment and Im always out in less than an hour. All of the staff are so sweet. Not sure why it has such bad reviews.

Every time I come here the visits get worse and worse. This time I came to this office as scheduled at 930 am, waited until 11:45 to be told that there was no doctor available because she went home sick.. told to come back at 1230 and sat for another hour and was asked to come back at 4. I’m still sitting here waiting and they know I’ve been waiting since basically 930 am. My entire day has been spent at the doctors office for a prescription refill. This is EVERY SINGLE TIME. They do not care or acknowledge how long you wait and speak in Spanish the entire time regardless of whose around. Very unprofessional, will be changing my primary care doctor.

Great costumer service, the girl at check out was very professional and helpful. Dr. Acevedo was very knowledgeable and help me with all my needs. Didnt wait long to see the doctor. Overall it was a great experience. I definitely recomend this place.

I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The front desk people was professional and attentive. The doctor we saw during our visit was so helpful too.

Orlando family physicians alafaya office provided amazing fast friendly front desk assistance. All the front desk employees were very kind and knew what needed to get done. I was in the back quick to see Dr.Rodriguez and she helped me get my referral for a neurologist. She was also great at listening to what was bothering me. Her MA Lisette Robles gave me my injection fast and pain free. She was also very kind to me and does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable. Overall this office is the office my family goes to because we know we’ll get the service we need and our health is in great hands !!

We had an appointment at 3:15 and ended up waiting till 5 and leaving because I had work. Appointments are worthless and they have no idea whats going on every single time. There is no coordination between the insurance company and the staff in this place. The people working the front desk are nice and understanding but professionally weak.

Let me start off by saying that the Physicians here are great, Ive seen three of them so far (Dr. Alicea, Dr Jimenez and Dr Acevedo), and Im really happy with their care. But, the customer service of the front desk could be better. If the Doc is running late, they probably wont tell you, and once you ask how much longer until I can be seen, youll get a non-apologetic apology. Today I was told something along the line of well, the doctor is only 30 min late today, as if the physician being late is the norm that every patient should expect.Anywho, my final thoughts are: great medical team, below average customer service.

An hour and and 45 min and counting to see a doctor is unacceptable. Reception people are decent but they say that they don’t even know what order the nurse practitioner will be seeing my mother.No coordination whatsoever

I would give them no stars, but the minimum was 1. I needed a physician, so I scheduled as a new patient. They seemed friendly on the phone, so I though why not. I asked to meet with a female, and they scheduled me with a male doctor. On top of that, I am deaf and asked for an interpreter, and they said they would schedule one, but never did. It seemed to be a problem with my doctor when I told him I did not speak Spanish, being that I am deaf and was raised with English and later learned ASL (so, sorry for the inconvenience). However, it became most unacceptable that I asked for a prescription for my Cochlear Implant to get rechargeable batteries. I asked the doctor and the secretary, and checked in again with them twice before I left to make sure they had a prescription for my CI. They said to call in three days since it is electronic. I called and guess what they didnt have?! So, I am currently searching for a new physician...

This place have been totally disrespectful with my time several times, staff is nice, but there is no excuse for a 2 hours waiting for just a follow up, and it is not just something that happens once, it happens every time I come to this place... if you are ok wasting hours of your day waiting for a 2 minutes visit? It’s up to you.

It was a little wait due to it being very busy that day. However, I honestly am glad I waited. Dr Rodriguez and the MA Lisette were very knowledgeable and caring. I was in a bad car accident and needed a referral to a specialist. Oh, I can’t forget The front desk ladies were so polite and lively. Thank you everyone!

I literally got blood work done on December 1st at quest diagnostics through a referral given by this location and the doctors still have not received the results. On top of that I have called the location twice since the first of the month and the Doctors still have not tried to receive the results from quest, they also have no information in their system regarding the fact that they even gave me a referral. If you are looking for a professional physician in the Orlando area I recommend you choose another location, the people here do not really care about their patients and have proven themselves incompetent.

Best PCP i have been to after a long experience of sub-par PCPs in the Orlando area. The staff are professional and polite. They answered my calls promptly and handled all of my questions and concerns with accuracy. The facility is clean and taken care of.The Doctor was compassionate and treated my specific needs with the most current and relevant medication. As well as performing a comprehensive blood panel that addressed all of my concerns. Very refreshing to find a PCP that is still motivated in furthered education and is focused on addressing the patient instead of focusing on their turnover rate.Thank you Dr. Acevedo and staff!

So far as it goes, I am a fairly New patient to this office ( alafaya ) because my primary of 30 yrs decides to not accept my insurance anymore . Dr. Marilyn Rodriguez is Now my New Primary Doc. and I cant praise enough about how she was willing to listen closely about my current medical condition and possible concerns that I had about upcoming medical care with this practice. More importantly she was concerned on my Well Being not only at that moment but in the long term , As you would think that All Doctors Offices are this way and should be but as we know they are not. The staff is also very friendly from front desk and throughout the office as well. I only hope that I continue to have a good experience with this office..Thanks for the Great Care

This has to be the worst doctors office experience that Ive ever had. Let me first say that the people at the front desk are very nice and the doctor (Rodriguez) was nice as well. The office is nice. Ive been wanting to see doctor Rodriguez since December but when I called in December, they said that they werent taking new patients in the month of December which is the first Ive ever heard of. Ive seen a new doctor in the month of December not once but twice! So I ended up going to urgent care. When I called again the first week of January to schedule an appointment, they were booked until February 12 (today) which is outrageous to me. Ive had to go to urgent care twice in this time due to a skin infection. Today finally comes and my appointment is at 3:30. I get there about 15 minutes early. I didnt see the doctor until 5:20! The receptionist and some of the nurses had already left because they close at 5! I was still there after staff had went home for the day! Then I finally get in to see the doctor and I feel like she isnt understanding me. I told her I have scoliosis and would like physical therapy or a back brace and she prescribed me muscle relaxer and pain meds. She told me I need to relax more and that women like us get back pain from time to time. I know I have scoliosis. Its been confirmed by my last doctor and orthopedic doctor. But what do I know? I told her a few other issues Im dealing with and she prescribed medicine without doing a pelvic exam and confirming that thats the issue. Even if they dont do pelvic exams in office, it wouldve been great to get a referral or something. It sucks when you feel like you have to tell the doctor what to do because it defeats the purpose of the visit.

I had an appointment and needed a prescription. They sent part of my prescription to the pharmacy but gave me a paper script for one of the medications. When I got to the pharmacy, they called the office to confirm the prescription but they denied they had provided this prescription!! I had to call and they said they were going to call the pharmacy but never did........I had to go back to the office and after discussing with office manager and a long wait they said the doctor was busy but they were going to send the prescription electronically......but again, never did. Bottom line is, 2 trips to office and 2 to the pharmacy later and I still don’t have my medication and no relief of my symptoms.......Lack of resolution for something that should have never been an issue. Nobody seems to care?

I have taken my son here and wife several times and I must say they are very professional. Front staff is very nice and communicate with their patients. They always have a smile on their faces and make my family feel great when we go. The new manager is really nice and answered some of my concerns in a very professional matter. Since i dont have insurance she was able to orient me as well as Cristal who helped me too. Even though it gets a little difficult to follow up with no insurance, this office definitely is worth it. Dr. Rodriguez was very nice and helps me and my family everytime. I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez and her team!

This place is horrible after I waited 3 months for an appointment with kidney stones .here I’m waiting for my doctor to call me and one of the front guy Chinesse men told me you will have to wait 2 hours with app , so i went outside for 5 minutes for fresh air in front of the place ,came back and guess what they call someone else unbelievable. He said you will have to wait till 2pm they gave your slot to somebody else inaceptable.not going back .

I just got off the phone with an agent from the call center who was EXTREMELY rude, she said do you want the appointment or not I asked her, her name and she said I already gave it to you I told her I didnt hear her and she hung up on me. She was not very knowledgeable about the website, she was unable to assist me with the patient portal. The only reason Im giving it a 2 star is because I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor who was helpful

I could go on and on about the terrible service and care they provide here but Ill summarize it by just saying this:This office is horrible. If you have any opportunity to receive care elsewhere I would take it and stay far away from this place.

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Marilyn Rodriguez and her staff for going above and beyond at work. Dr. Rodriguez is an incredible doctor. After my hand surgery, Dr. Rodriguez text me from her personal cell phone to check on my health status. Her office is always available to take calls after hours. Additionally, when I was sick over the weekend, the on-call emergency staff promptly took my call and sent a prescription directly to my pharmacy. On another occasion, I was sick and I missed an exam at UCF. The office of Dr. Rodriguez sent a fax to UCF and my professor gave me the opportunity to retake the exam. I always receive my lab exams and results in a timely manner. With that said, I do recommend Orlando Family Physicians and I am honored to be a patient of Dr. Rodriguez.

Office staff have no courtesy or compassion. I work at a local business and had an elderly patient sit in my lobby. This woman needed the assistance of a walker to get around and was waiting for an Uber. The staff couldn’t be bothered to stay open 10-20 minutes longer or just accompany her while she waited. The area is not very well lit at all. I was saddened to see how she was treated and the fact that she was afraid and alone made me livid. I would hate for one of my family members to be treated like that, a little common courtesy goes a long way!

IF I could give this clinic a million zoros i surely would, horrible horrible clinic! From doctors, nurses, medical assistances, receiptionests, call center and management!!! First they dont answear there phones, waiting in lobby for hours, receptionist at front desk dont speak English well at all! Medical assistance also dont speak English well most of the time you dont know what there asking due to non English!! they dont ask for medical record from other medical offices to check your needs of what the other office has done and what you need rechecked! You tell them and they dont beleive you and only do what they want! The doctor will only give referrals to what he wants not what you need!! Will tell you if he gives you a referral to a specialist he will loses his perks from the insurance company so he will not cause he dont want to lose his perks!! You tell the doctor symptoms that you are having that are very serious and he only orders one test and if that test come back normal he ignores your symptoms and says its cause you either to active or not active enough! Light headed, dizziness, headaches and double vision, plus pains in my right side under my ribs is not from non activities or over active!! Dose not order blood test! Refuses to give referral for nephrologist when Im a stage 3 kidney failure! Will not give a referral to a pulmonologist when doctor was told that my last pulmonologist found lumps on a chest x ray!! Refuses to order the proper test! Will not listen to you or respect the your knowledge that you have of any of your conditions!! The doctors, nurses and medical assistances dont care wheather you even get the test that was odered done cause if the place thats doing the test have a problem with the order or the insurance company need more information they dont answear there phones,return calls or answear faxes!! And dont even bother to make any complaints the doctor will tell you it not them as well as the office manager!!! And please please dont try to get your prescriptions refilled specially important ones like breathing meds!! I as prescribed this med from the first doctor I seen and told him I had been on it for my breathing next time a seen a new doctor now I need a refill and was refused when I called and asked why they said they never give it to me but the other doctor that was in there office had but he was no longer with them (there word) so now this new doctor had to approve me getting it and they were waiting on him to see if he approve it or not but I say Im am out now and need it I have been taking it for a long time and it helps my breathing and it has been ordered by your practices before just a few months ago Im not a new patient and this is not some thing I have not been on! You ask to speak with the office manager and she is very rude will not give you her full name and makes more excuses just like the doctor!! This office will not take responsibility for any thing!! So they will not fix any problems!! My recommendations would be to close this office and any other office with these doctors and medical staff they are incompetent,unprofessional!! Please do not seek medical help at Orlando family phycians or any other office that uses these So called doctors, nurses, medical assistances and management if you want stay healthy!! 00000 Horrible horrible!!!

My appointment was today at 9:30 I ended up seeing the doctor at 11 o’clock.I just really don’t write bad reviews but this time I was really mad because I keep saying this will never happen again this will never happen again and it will keep happening every single time I go to see the doctorif I’m dying I would die in that clinic and no one would care. in addition none of the people who work there speak regular English that they call me to stop the medication after a week of prescribing it to me And I did not understand a word of the voicemail that she left me she kept saying um um um all the time.what kind of a doctor remember is that the medication shouldn’t be given to me a week later of my appointment I could’ve been dead by that time because of the medication!!!!On top of that my medication is always sent to the pharmacy three days after my appointment visit and my refills are always late every time I go to pick up my medications the pharmacy says we did not receive anything from the doctor yet.

Dra. Marilyn Rodriguez is great, she sits down with you and explains everything step by step. She’s been seeing me for over a year and wouldn’t change her for any doctor!!!

First impression, just walking on the front office is horrible. Front desk is chaotic. Medical Asst. does not know what she was doing. Doctor can hardly be understood. Very traumatic experience. WIll not go there again.

I have been to the Alafaya location 3 times and all 3 times I had a horrible experience every time. Let’s start with the front; there checking process is very disorganized all the patient sign in and stay at the counter and other times they are checking in and out at the front desk and they have a line while your personal information is been disclosed or the same receptionist is taking care of two patients at the time to be check in or out hello you could mix patient information HIPA. Second when you get call back by the doctors nurse they call you by your last name and they don’t even verify with you your full name and DOB are you kidding me yes my vitals where done twice by two different nurses because no one verify my info and there was another patient with the same last name. Poor management. Then my first appointment I meet the doctor nice person but I was there for a physical and I was not even examined he hurt my heart and lungs but other then that 🤷🏻‍♀️. Then on my second appointment I was scheduled with a different doctor to do my pap which I don’t mine but why couldn’t the doctor who saw me do it?? Well spring this visit I clearly ask the nurse if they receive the results of the labs that were order because I wanted to make sure they where on file for my next visit and she answered YES. So my third appointment comes I paid my $40 copay to see the doctor and get my results well guess what they didn’t have them in-fact they receive from quest a document stating that the labs where not performed on 01-08-2019 but no one in the staff took the time to open my chart and read it to notify me and get them repeat it. The nurse even printed the lab results for me with out looking and did not even realize what happened. Then my X-ray report was no where to be found the nurse brought a report from my previous pcp in 2016. So in conclusion I left work early wasted my time because I was there for 2 hours lost my wage and lost my money because I did not have a real doctors visits I just sat and waited to be told I have to come back another day pay another $40 copay to get my results because your office was not responsible enough to get it on time when I had ask. Now please what happened to your mission statement and I quote “ To provide prime ambulatory health service with the highest standards of quality and service through professional, friendly and personalized attention. Our goal is to meet the healthcare needs of our patients in a cost-effective approach that is focus in quality care, prevention and patient satisfaction.” Now you tell me is this what I got ?? Well only they friendly staff part I guess.

When I went into the office I felt that if you did not speak Spanish you would not get far. When I provided my diagnosis codes that medical assistant did not put the actual diagnosis into my chart, and then when when taking all of my information she medical assistant was talking Spanish to the other person. how was i supposed to know what she was talking about. when there was a referral that needed to be done it was done incorrectly and my speicalist was not paid because the authorization was not done properly. when i needed a stat appointment to a speicalist the office did not even know how to complete. i had to tell them what to do. how can i trust my care with the office that does not speak fluent english and that they dont know what to do to give proper care for their patients.

If I could, this place deserves a -1 star. Worst place ever, if you have an appointment at 1:00pm probably the doctor will see you at 5:00pm... you can be hours and hours waiting... but if you arrive 10mins late, they won’t receive you, even knowing the doctor will be with you 3 hours later. If you are late you are wrong, but if they are late you have to smile. The doctor will give you medicine orders and nobody will explain to you, what you have to do if you have some medicine prescripted that is over the counter. This place sucks.dont waste your time.

Im giving one star solely on dr. Acevedo. Hes the only caring and considerate doctor here. BEWARE of Dr. Jimenez. This guy is a joke! Hes rude. He has no bedside manner. And he intentionally bill your insurance for things unrelated, and unnecessary appointments just to charge you.You arrive in the morning for an appointment and dont get seen until the afternoon. This place is run poorly. However SOME of the front desk people are nice, they hardly ever answer the phone. Its hard to get in touch with anyone. They * forget * to process referals leaving the patient hanging for weeks.This place is a nightmare, so if you decide to come here for an appointment, make sure your day is open because youll wait for multiple hours before your seen. AGAIN, if you have to see a DR at this establishment, i refer Dr. Acevedo.

1.they dont answer their calls in time when someone trying to reach them, to let them know they are rescheduling or cancel2. Too long to wait either its few pple or alot of pple at the clinic.Now its 3:11pm I got here at 2:38.3.Traffic up here in union park is terrible!!! To get to the clinic on time.4.you have to wait for 2 or 3 months to get check-in quickly as possible.

Months to get an appointment here. I came here in the first place to be referred to a gynecologist for my annual gynecological exam... Well, doctor said she was gonna do a pap and see if I needed It, which i think is wrong cause what I need is an ultrasound to check if my IUD is in place and check ovaries, etc, it was just a checkup what i was asking for, i dont think you need to be ill to go to be able to go to the gynecologist... But anyways i was scheduled 4 the pap exam and then a follow up to tell me the results of that and blood test, all this was around another month. I go to the follow up and they dont have the results xD.... Then i asked the doctor a question to see if i needed a referral which i do since my first visit here but she said that since i didnt tell about that to the technical assistant she was not gonna take care of that in that visit but next visit in around 2 weeks which i couldnt assist so it was rescheduled for around 2 weeks more... Let me clarify that it was For a follow up of a urine infection hahahaha Im a doctor, right? You should have at least a negative urine test and negative urine culture to be able to drop the medicine but since see the doctor here seems impossible i just can assume Im cured. Besides, third appointment I had to wait for around 2 hours to be seen so I dont know what the whole appointment system is for. And, besides that, calling them and being able to speak with somebody is also a very hard task, and when you do they say theyll call you back and never do. Changing physician now, Im very disappointed.

She doesnt know NOTHINGGGG!!!!!! I asked her about something that I have in my hand and she when to her phone to do a research and I was like what?!! and she told me is not that she doesnt know is because she want to make sure if it was what she think it was but never told me what it was. I want to make this short but I really cant.. I will save everybody time going to this place. I shouldve read the reviews first but she was the only doctor that was accepting new patient. I went to my fist appointment to just get a birth control prescription and they didnt give me anything because they need me to do a blood test and they have to wait for my lab result and I was like what?! This never ever happened to me before they made me another appointment just to check my labs results and they told me that the next appointment they shouldnt charge me because is part of the first time.. AND MY INSURANCE COVER THE 3 FIRST VISITED AND AFTER THAT IS $1 So I went there yesterday and they told me that I have to pay $88 of deductibles that my insurance requires, they even told me that they called and asked why do I have to pay $88 because it doesnt make sense.. So I just called my insurance and they told me that that wasnt true they EVEN TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGED ME THAT AMOUNT TO KEEP THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!! SO PEOPLE BE AWEARE!!!!! THEY ARE AN SCAM!! I even told the receptionist to talked to my insurance and she told me that they cant do that. they told me that my insurance needs to call them.. So really? or you mean you dont want to talk because you are an scam? Lol This was ridiculous.. So my insurance company end up opening a case about this doctor Marilyn Rodriguez trying to scam people.. And of course I left and I just get another doctor.. And they tried to call me again trying to see if I want to make another appointment really? SAFE YOUR TIME FOLKS

HORRIBLE service. They can’t seem to get where the hell your pharmacy is and getting an actual human on the phone is like pulling teeth. Nobody seems to know how to speak English either & the office is always dirty. Don’t go here.

Dr. Peña is the best! Whenever I go he attends me excellently !!! They attend me 15 to 20 minutes after my appointment! Im late but I ask you everything !!!!!!!!! But in general, your service is EXCELLENT !!! And the staff too! Crystal the secretary is very kind !!! And always try to get appointments at favorable hours I have been with them for 2 years! And I dont complain that, DRA. PEÑA IS THE ONLY WITH THE Q M ATTENDING! ✌🏼

I had the opportunity to attend this group of Latin doctors and today I can say that I have not found a Latin speaking group better than this one. For this year, start with the insurance Oscar and regrettably I will not be able to continue with them. I recommend it, everyone is very attentive and its like being with family.

I have arrived for my appointment at 11:20 am which was scheduled for 11:30 am. But now being 1:18 pm I am waiting for my ultrasound order the service here is very very very very very very bad take too much time to assist you !!! Ahhh and as if that were not enough, I have my 2-month-old baby and the bathroom does NOT have a baby changing tableIf you join zero (0) to rate this place that would be your rating

The best medical team, the best services, the staff that is excellent, and not to mention the doctors, the doctor, wowww, I lost my mom, Im in a terrible depression and it was only to go in with that doctor. I knew something was happening to me, we need more doctors like this team.
