Dr. James P was very thorough performing the eye exam, the store has many fine brands like Cartier, Versace, Gucci and Silhouette, the pricess are reasonable, they take insurances and walk in appointments, very satisfied with the consultation

I have bees a customer more than 5 yrs and the service has always been excellent. The Dr. takes his time to get explain clearly What is best for tour eyes. Ms Rina is excellent in her work. Love this place!

This store is wonderful!! I’ve been going here for 3 year and i have no complaints. The staff has never been rude to me always helpful. They have a big selection of designer frames which is one of the reasons why i chose this place 3 years ago. The other main reason is they can usually get you an appointment the same day if you call ahead.

My glasses exploded off of my face and I needed new ones ASAP for work. Chelsea and the doctor whose name I cant recall well enough to spell were very friendly, explained everything to me as we went along, and pretty much just helped me to chill out while they fixed me up with a new (stronger) pair of glasses in hardly any time at all. They even thought they might have to order new lenses for me, and were going to let me borrow a temporary pair for work--luckily they did have my prescription, but I really appreciated the backup plan. ;) It took less than two hours to get my exam done, glasses made and put em on my face. Thanks guys!!

The team at Optical Images were incredibly helpful and didn’t charge me extra when they probably should have because of some mistakes I made.

Stay far away from this place! They havent got a clue as to what they are doing. They damage your glasses and let you leave without saying anything to you.When you call to complain, they say the Dr. will call you back.He never did.

When we got the glasses everything was great went back for scratch on the lenses and they were dirty forgot to wash them today and told them we wash them everyday. the associate their washed them and came out and told us how the warranty worked and told us that we were lying and that we dont wash them everyday and when we tried talking to her she rolled her eyes at us been doing business their for 2years will never go back to them

I came in to look for eyeglasses , I was interested in versace brand, a specific design that I saw on the internet. The rude lady said versace dont have that style at all, which is a lie because I saw them on the internet, she was still trying to argue and said that she is in business for 7 years and she knows. I felt uncomfortable , what kind of customer service is it when you argue with the customer about things like that, I said it seems like we cant find common language after I was asked to leave. Rude.

I recently went to optical images to get an eye exam. when I asked about copays with my insurance I was told that it was a $10 copay for the eye exam I asked if there was anything additional they said no everything is included the eye exam. then I asked about getting contacts and they told me with my insurance contact had a $0 copay and up to $130 covered anything more Id have to pay out of pocket. never once did they tell me that it was two different exam and that the contact exam cost me $60. at the end of my exam they asked me to pay $70 I asked why and they told me that to get fitted for contacts it was $60 when I asked again why didnt anyone tell me this they had no response except for sorry thats what you have two pay it luckily I had the money to pay for the two separate eye exam told in the beginning was just one exam and everything was included all I had to pay was $10. I was not happy with the service and I will never be going back because I feel they are a scam. the contacts they gave me to wear for the day were not my prescription I was not able to see and I could not wear my glasses with the contacts so I ended up having a headache do to the blurry vision so now I wasted $60 for contacts that I cannot wear because they are not my prescription again I will never go back to optical images horrible service

I shouldve read the reviews before going to this place in Florida Mall! They made me wait for 2 weeks for glasses that never came inspite assurance from Jas that it will arrive at a certain date from the time I ordered them (I specifically told them Ill be leaving in 2 weeks but Jas said they can do it)! Ive been calling almost everyday to follow up, even spoke to the doctor who said they had it shipped overnight. A day before my flight, they called to say it didnt pass inspection --goes to show the quality of their work! Now Jas is trying to renege on what she said! I had to leave without glasses and worse, theyre making it hard to cancel! This is the first time I had problems in an optical store! Stay away from this store!!!!

First off, we had gone to this locaton for years, despite moving and increasing our travel time to this place to almost 45 mins because they WERE good and and the doctor is nice and makes your appointment enjoyable. NOW, stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They screwed up our prescription for both my wife and I, had no empathy at all. I felt insulted about my job by one of the employees who is a complete mindless terrible guest/customer service employee. We have had to make FIVE trips, FIVE so they get things straight, because the previous 4 trips they could not do there job effectively enough. AVOID THIS PLACE. I also believe some shady things occurred during the transaction with insurance. Just an overall disaster, and you lost two really nice people due to your lack of professionalism and not saying simply We are Sorry
