I genuinely love this office and recommend it to all my family and friends. In total we have about 6 family members who love this office. The front desk staff were so friendly and willing to help. I was seen quickly and was given contact samples and solution that same day in office. I loved that I was able to walk out of that office seeing clearly. I received my contact order for 3 months of contacts and glasses pretty quickly. Great service, great doctors, great staff !

Horrible service!!!!!! I had to pay $2 for a copy for a referral that they gave me and When I called to the place that they referred me, they told me that they didn’t received any information. My mom had to wait 3 hours after the test for the results, and I went to ask the doctor what was going on and he acted like nobody was talking to him. I’ll never go back nor do I recommend it.

The optical outlet on east colonial drive is superior to any experience Ive ever had!store number 47My first time there about a week ago.I walked into a cozy very clean store n was greeted by a very friendly and polite staff!My eye dr was amazing ,kind and very thorough!Taking his time,and explaining everything making me feel like I really mattered there.I then moved on to Trisha who I just loved! Shes friendly,funny,courteous and extremely caring and she helped me with the glasses I selected!I highly recommend this place!Great job you guys!Terry Morin

I googled pediatric optometrist near me and this location was the first to pop up. I called them and confirmed that they would see children starting at age 5 which my daughter is, as well as take our insurance. We set an appointment and the front office staff were very pleasant and helpful when we came in. We sat in the waiting area and was eventually called back by a woman by the name of Dr. Tucker. She seemed nice at first but quickly showed her true colors. She was not friendly or kind to my daughter who was very excited to be there and she began talking down to us both and basically acted like my daughter didnt know what she was talking about, (shes 5 so I understand its more difficult than an older child who knows letters/numbers better) the way she was asking her was so fast and in turn confusing and I could tell my daughter was having trouble not because she couldnt see the letters, but because she was confused, I was trying to let the doctor know and couldnt really get 2 words out and she just put her hand up to shush me and said to stop talking, that she was the only one that needed to talk... I was taken aback by such a rude gesture but I didnt want to make a scene and upset my daughter or other patients. She showed me a chart of the results from my daughters vision test read out and said I know you dont know what any of this means, but I do this EVERY day, and she doesnt know what shes talking about Im not a fan of being treated as if Im an idiot, but she did the entire appointment. I took a picture of my daughter, while she was sitting in the chair to commemorate her first real big girl eye exam and Dr. TUCKER asked aggressively, ARE YOU TAKING PICTURES OF ME?? (Why on earth would I want pictures of this rude lady!?) I said, noooo Im taking a picture of my daughter, youre not in the frame she was so incredibly rude it was astounding!!!! After being so impatient and nasty to my daughter she said, I honestly dont know why youre here, were not for pediatrics, Im gonna ask that you find someone that deals with kids all day because I dont I told her that actually sounds like a great idea, and we were directed to the lobby area. I let the guy know how nasty and rude she was and he was apologetic and very friendly, giving me a card and looking up a near by dr. that was better with kids (and hopefully people in general) . I let him know their office was the first to pop up when I googled pediatric optometrist and he was unsure why that would happen? I would highly highly recommend that if you visit this location that you specifically request to NOT have DR. TUCKER for children OR adults!!!

Waited over an hour from appointment time to be seen. The staff was calling people who walked in way after us to be seen first.THREE hours we spent here for an eye exam.Update: They sent us the wrong glasses. This place is an absolute joke. 7 business days we waited and they sent us someone else’s order.Don’t come here.

Request an appointment 3 weeks ago motivated because I really need an ophthalmologist. On the website of my medical insurance they placed this company that has a doctor in this specialty. At the time I did the appointment in their offices they guarantee I have an ophthalmologist. The day before the medical consultation a lady calls me and told me that they have never had an ophthalmologist but an optometrist. If they had been honest since 3 weeks ago I would not be in this predicament now looking for another doctor and asking for permission at work again, which by the way are very difficult because of the covid-19. I give them 1 star for liars .... I prefer to think that than they do not know the difference between an ophthalmologist and an optometrist.Thank God the last lady was sincere and said that there are no ophthalmologists I could have wasted my time and money.

Worst optical to buy frames for your glasses.Went on oct. 19 to buy new glasses. Wait to weeks for them to arrive and they last just two days frame broke by himself. Went back they order a new frame. Wait two more weeks for arrival.Two days later same thing frame broke by himself.Went back they offer to change the frame but is been almost two months and I still without my glasses.Have been using glasses all my life and never have this kind of experience before.

Came in for an eye exam and to get my eyes dilated because I’m diabetic. Dr. Tucker was great with me and very patient. Cary helped me pick out glasses and spent a great deal of time making sure I was happy. My new go to place for all my eyeglass needs

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANY SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!so here is the deal. i next to never write reviews but when i call to check to see if my glasses were ready from being repaired a day after i was told i would receive a call at the latest (was told they would be back thursday and they would call me and it is now friday at 535 and no call so i call. i get put on hold for 10 minutes then they hang up and when i redial there we are closed for the day voice message is on and its still 15 minutes before close. this is after when i got them lest december i had to wait a month because they lost my order aka had never submitted it then submitted it to their in house manufactures so it would be done quicker and promised me a partial refund which i never received.

I have been going here for 3 years, and the eye doctor is great and very nice. The eye glasses they sell are not so good. The last two pairs i purchased did last 6 months, and i find the people selling the eye glasses and setting the appointments to be rude. I will be back to see the doctor, but will not purchase another pair of glasses here.

My daughter had an appointment and I was a bit annoyed with the services today. I was wondering why my daughter was called after another patient when we were there before the patient and then she was called right after that patient was seen. My daughters appointment was one of the first appointments, opens at 9 and her appointment was at 9:15am. I felt the doctor was a bit aggressive and I really didnt care for her attitude towards us when I was asking why were we called after the other patient she shrugged my concern off like if you dont like it you can leave telling me to go and ask them. Then after waiting for nearly an hour to be seen she was a bit aggressive when giving my daughter instructions as to her doing the exam for my daughter. So aggressively that I said she has an IEP she says Im just doing my job so I then say she has fetal alcohol syndrome my daughter was so nervous and scared she was about to cry I had to tell her Im right here more than once. I was shocked on how the was with her. Then she proceeds to tell me that she isnt tooting her own horn but she treats lots of patients and she knows what she is talking about in regards to questioning her lazy eye and there is nothing that can be done about that. I dont think I will be going back there again. I had brought my other daughter there over a year ago and she has a check up coming and unfortunately I will have to cancel due to this experience. This place I originally looked at it because it was conveniently located near where we live...

Dr Tucker was amazing. Patient, quick and knowledgeable. Ana helped us pick glasses and contacts and was super helpful and patient as well, she went over all the best options with and without insurance.I am super impressed by this location as we have been to 4 other Optical Outlet locations that were a bit hectic. This location has a great layout, patient flow is great and the staff and dr layout great as well.Hands down the best service, we will be back. We drive past 4+ other Optical Outlet locations to get to this one.

Supper nice staff and understanding of my son’s sensory needs and anxiety. The waiting is not long and staff always have nice comments, courteous and helpful. I have been taking my son to this optical office for 3 yrs and I am very satisfied.

Came in to order glasses, as the last office I went to failed to tell me they did not take my insurance for glasses but only the exam. I showed my prescription to the sales girl (Trisha) and she was super sweet helping me find great glasses and customizing them how I wanted them. I guess the insurance is having issues getting an authorization for new glasses, not sure if the previous office held something up. Either way once I get it figured out I will be back to order the glasses with them. Great customer service.

I work next door at Napleton VW of Orlando ,made an appointment for the next day. Larena and Dr. Tucker made the experience quick and pleasant. In and out 45 min . Would recommend to any . Spent $120 eye exam and 2 nice pair of glasses!!

I came in for an emergency exam, Dr Tucker was recommended to me. The office staff and Dr were wonderful and the Dr was able to refer me and uncover a medical issue I would not have found. Would recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend this location, everyone in reception was super helpful, even went as far as helping me pick out frames within my coverage, and getting me in and out quickly. I got glasses from here a while ago and they recently got bent and unusable. I took them in to the store and the girl at the desk Trisha was super sweet and went above and beyond to repair and fix my glasses. She did it in about 10 minutes and my glasses are like new. I would recommend them to anyone!

Since 25 years ago I am wearing eyeglasses. I never had a bad experience with an optical specialist like them. I have to eye-exams with them to figure out what is going on. at the end of the day they said sorry but they will fix the optical center in the lenses so I can see the doors or any straight line normally not curvature as it now in the lenses.

Dr Tucker is great! Best eye Dr I have been to. I was in and out in about an hour. Super friendly staff.

My wife and daughter have been to this location. The Doctors and Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They make the hassle of getting eyeglasses and contact a breeze. They office had little to no wait and glasses turnaround was about a week and the prices are great too. Thank You!!!!

Just came from the Colonial Office and did not find staff friendly, and though their ad states that they take Humana Gold Plus they lady at appointment desk said they didnt take it. I realize it is Saturday but the office was not busy at all maybe 4 people waiting.

At this location, there was an older asian doctor I was seen today l did not seem passion about her job and did not feel like she want to be there. There was no friendliness or smile so I thought that was rude. A smile goes a long way especially when you seeing patients. It says a lot about that person. She should speak to her patients in a courteous way, seem like she was mad from the tone of her voice. She needs to be courteous and needs to treat the patient with respect. I was not happy the way she spoke to me and my kids. Also was offended by how she said my kid needed glasses and there was no eye contact when she was speaking, I dont know if she was talking to me or the walls.

Dr. Tucker is wonderful, and the staff is very helpful. I didnt have to wait very long to see the doctor, and it wasnt as crowded as the other Optical Outlets location on Colonial Drive.

I came in on a Saturday and the doctor who was doing my eye exam was quite rude to my brother and I. He is 9 years old and she kept sighing, rolling her eyes, and shaking her head whenever he said he couldnt see the letters. I could see it made my brother uncomfortable and she still showed little to no patience. She was very impolite. She was an elderly, white lady (I do not know her name, unfortunately). The only positive thing about this appointment was the receptionist, who was polite and kind. The place is in general okay and the doctor did her job, but she was very impolite and borderline disrespectful to her clients.

I thought of going here. Since the Asian doctor has no manners the last time my husband was there. I decided to go somewhere else. If I had read how horrible the reviews are to this place before my husband went there, I would have taken him somewhere else. 2 customer lost due to rudeness.

Made an appointment online and when I arrive, an hour early, the girl behind the computer couldnt find my information. Instead of an apology and doing what it took to get me in today, she wanted my number to give me an appointment who knows when!! I told her I would go elsewhere where they want my business! Very poor customer service!

The Staff its very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful the doctor made sure i understood the whole process.

First day Nov 9th I was the first one there in and out with my exam but instead of checking out I had to wait on another patient to get their exam done because my prescription was not written on my paper that was a Thursday then Saturday I called to see if my TRIAL pair were in because those should come before regular pair I was told they were there an I could come pick them up I drove 30mins reached before the store closed at 5 I got there at 430 and was told my trial pair arent there it was two left eyes they didnt check properly waste of time an gas I called yesterday an was told they were ready and I had her double check so I wouldnt waste my time again so now today Thursday Nov 16 I go pick them up yay everything is there trial and actual contacts but I dont get a case or solution for my contacts every other place Ive gotten an exam they give you that along with your contacts Ive spoken to corporate supervisor who told me the manager will be calling me back and I have yet to receive a phone call from said manager. I called the store to find out about the case and she had to speak with other associate because she wasnt sure and said she would call me back I have yet to hear back from her as well my advice find a different company all together if you use this particular location 12950 e colonial Dr make sure you have them double check before you waste your time an gas for a blank trip

The doctor was rude and snarky to me and acted put off during the exam. I can say that I will never be back that us for sure. And acted like I was lying during my exam.

I want to first say how amazing the front desk ladies are. Incredibly helpful and nice. They’re the only nice thing about this place.I am very disappointed with the services provided by Dr. Tucker.Took my son to her for an eye exam, and we found out that he had amblyopia in one of his eyes.According to Dr. Tucker, 6 years old is past the treatment age for amblyopia, so she wasnt going put him on treatment, the eyepatch (because she said they wouldn’t work) and she wasn’t going to prescribe him glasses, because he has a high prescription in one eye and “they’re going to make fun of him at school” her words.I was incredibly dissapointed.. because first of all, it’s not her decision to make. If I want to risk my son possibly getting bullied but at least he can see better, then so be It.Went to my son’s Ped and she referred me to a pediatric ophthalmologist and It has been amazing! He diagnosed the amblyopia again but was appalled that Dr. Tucker decided not to treat him.The new doctor not only started treatment (eyepatch) but also prescribed him glasses. We have been doing this for a while now and his “bad eye” has improved tremendously, we’ve had to lower the prescription on his eye twice already and not once has he been made fun of at school for his glasses.I’m so glad I decided to take him for a second opinion!I’d give more starts to this review if the service would’ve been somewhat decent, but as I said, the only good thing about this place are the ladies in the front desk... Dr. Tucker is not only rude, but also impatient and condescending.

Dr was not rushing at all, took her time to the extreme to make sure I was able to read letters accordingly in order to provide right prescription.

Worst optical store for progressive lens, I had to go in three to get the correct prescription for my glasses, then the progressive lens was not right and would not do anything to correct it.

This place is a fraud !! Believe me the doctor is a joke ( she has no patience at all ) she told me that even with glasses THERE WAS ALWAYS going to be blurriness ,the receptionist is sarcastic, she hates her job and her facial expressions cannot hide it !! I havent got a new pair of glasses in two years and she told me in my face that I purchased a pair last year Im hoping a manager read this so they can put this place in order .

It is incredible how such a large and prosperous business can hire dogs to work in customer service, said people described (dogs) (customer service) TELL YOU THAT I AM REFERRING TO THE GRINGAS OR WHITE (2) OF 4 THAT ARE IN THE FRONT It happens that one of these afternoon they called me to look for my daughters glasses, when I went as normal I asked if there was someone who speaks in Spanish ... THATS ENOUGH FOR THAT ANIMAL WOMAN TO LOOK AT ME AS I WAS GOING TO EAT NOW DAR UNA PELA, (ONLY) for asking if I could speak Spanish,!I am going to recommend the manager or administrator of this branch to send these women to take a customer service course (URGENT) because I have several relatives who have experienced the same thing and because they are of legal age or elderly, they do not know how to complain about here!Today I echo this so that it does not continue to happen and that company is not affected by 2 (gringas) who believe that Latinos are worth nothing!
