I started coming to Dr.Do when I first moved to Orlando in 2014 because he was the nearest eye doctor to my house that accepted my insurance.After several visits I really liked how friendly the staff was and how much Dr.Do cared about my vision needs.I have astigmatism and glaucoma runs in my family and every visit Dr.Do runs all necessary test to make sure that my eye conditions are not getting worse.One of my favorite parts is picking out new frames, there are many different brand frames available and the staff members are very eager to help you pick out frames and if you don’t see something you like you are able to order them. In 2017 my job transferred me to Alabama and I still come to Orlando for my yearly eye exam and I will continue to keep coming to Dr.Do no matter where I live.The excellent customer service given at DV Eye Center is uncommon and I am not interested in visiting any other doctor no matter if they cost less money.I really enjoy having Dr.Doe as my Optometrist and my children will be also using him when they are it is time for them to go to the eye doctor.Thank You for everything DV Eye Center.

I couldnt gush enough about this place, the doctors and the staff. They are attentive, reliable, relatable and do everything to make each visit done with professionalism, courtesy and safety. Its such a wonderful practice, and they always go above and beyond. I have coming here for about two years, and dont plan to go anywhere else.

I can’t say enough good things about DV Eye Center. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by the staff and was asked the standard COVID screening questions and had my temperature checked. Once I filled out the paper work I was amazed at how clean the office was and noticed that the staff was constantly moving and cleaning and made sure that our safety was their top priority. When I Met Dr. Do he was extremely professional and friendly and answered all my questions and explained everything really well so I could understand what was going on with my eyes. They also have a huge selection of eye glasses. I highly recommend DV Eye Center.

After getting a prescription my right eye was completely blurry, reading, computer and distance. When I called needing an urgent appointment not a single one was a available for 6 business days. This is a 15 minute recheck. I went and had the lenses read. They are fine. I had two pair cut and I told them that. It’s completely unethical. You fix this situation because I’m left for three weeks with a bad prescription. I have to work. They put me on a waiting list only to find out on a follow up call i wasn’t on a waiting list. I explained my situation to my spouse who then said their eyesight wasn’t great with new glasses and he said the same thing “oh your prescription changed a lot”. On the same day two of us got bad prescriptions and have to PAY to get rechecked, recut glasses and now for 3 weeks I can’t see at all out of my right eye. When you have a client who can’t see you figure it out. You ask them to wait. You give up your lunch and you wait after work. You figure it out. You don’t say “come in a week from tomorrow. Now I’m paying to go elsewhere. Don’t go here.

Highly professional and skilled staff that were thoughtful enough to explain in great detail the process of my eye exam. Dr. Do treated me like we were family and really made me feel at ease. He took the time thoroughly explain my prescription. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Plus he has an amazing selection of reasonably priced high quality frames! I recommend him to EVERYONE!

Went to see Dr. Do for a routine exam and new glasses. While doing the exam Doctor Do found that I had a torn retina and was able to refer me to a retina specialist for laser treatment within a hour which probably saved me from a detached retina and loss of vision. Dr. Do was very thorough in his examination! In addition his entire staff was professional and very attentive to my situation. I am looking forward to a long association with Dr Do and his office.

On a busy Friday afternoon I got an emergency appointment right before closing. The whole office was accommodating and willing to ensure I was seen. Wonderful experience! Very friendly and knowledgable office staff and Dr. Do and Dr. Vien are both very nice. Dr. Vien performed the eye exam and I saw Dr. Do to follow up on signs of possible glaucoma. So glad I can just go here for all my eye care needs instead of a separate ophthalmologist like I have needed to do in the past. I also got a really cute pair of glasses and I like the fact that the lenses were installed so well without the annoying white rim around the lens that I have with my other pairs. I can’t say enough good things about this office and staff. Very good office hours on top of it all!

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Do explained everything to me in simple terms and took great care of me and my son.

My son needed to get an eye exam. He was very nervous and scared. I am so beyond pleased with The Whole experience from walking into the door to having to sit my impatient son through an eye exam ( super sweet and helpful staff) to getting his prescription! I would definitely recommend DV Eye center to anyone who prefers a great experience .

I went in about a week ago for a typical exam and purchase of glasses. The receptionist was this blonde, snooty, mean girl type. She acted like there were a million other places shed rather be than helping me. The tech lady was fine. I couldnt understand what the doctor said most of the time because he was snacking. Checking for an allergy in my eye without washing the remnants of food from his hands. I left. Screw that. I have an allergy; dont need an infection.

I was very impressed with the Dr. and staff. The Dr. was very patient and gave a very thorough exam. The staff are also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The office was exceptional in its organization and the choices of eye wear is great.

I have only been to this eye doctor since October, and I have been nothing but pleased with the service of the staff and doctor. He takes his time with you and gets to the bottom of the issues with your eyes and gives you options. We were just in the office with my 6 year old and he loved it as well. They are prompt on calling back and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

My family and I travel 45 minutes to go to DV eye center due to the personable experience with Dr. Do and his staff. He has updated technology in his office and specializes in Glaucoma. I was told I might have Glaucoma at age 26 and had to look for a specialist. Ever since ... Dr. Do has always stayed on top of tracking to make sure nothing has furthered or worsened. He gives honest feedback which is huge. Dr. Do does not allow my youngest son to wear glasses although he desperately wants glasses. My daughter went see them in december for and eye exam and diabetic referal at the request of her insurance company. They refused the referral because they had a machine that would do the same thing for $45. over the insurance. Gave us a rx for the glasses. we had it filled at another store and she could not see out the glasses. this rx was filled out for exactly the same for both eyes. had her glasses check at another store and they matched the rx. Had another eye exam which i paid for and any resemblance to their exam was a co-incidence. please be very careful when seeing thme

I am writing this review from my wifes computer. My name is Bill Graziano I moved to Orlando 2 months ago and needed to see an eye doctor. I came across DV eye which is 10 minutes from my house. From the time I made my appointment till the time I received my glasses Dr. Do and his staff were very proffesional and caring. Dr. Do took time and explained everything to me took care of me like I was his only patient. He informed me that I needed progressive lenses which I could not get adjusted to so Dr. Do exchanged them for a pair of reading glasses and a pair of distant glasess for no extra charge. My wife has had pressure in her eyes for about 7 years and in NY they informed her to just watch nothing she could do about it. My wife went to Dr. Do and he noticed the pressure in her eyes was caused by narrow angles which was never diagnost in NY. Dr. Do recommanded more test and we found out that my wife needs laser surgery to relive the pressure in her eyes if Dr. Do did not notice this my wife would have gone blind. I thank Dr. Do for his professionalism and knowledge for catching this in my wife.I highly recommand Dr. Do and his staff if anyone ever needs there eyes checked and live in Orlando there is no other place to go. The girls at the front desk especially Becca are alway very pleasant and professional. When ever I go in there it is like they know me a long time and treat me like family.

GREAT doctor and staff!!! My mom called in a panic because my eye infection had gotten so bad and I needed to be seen immediately. He told me to come in and saw me right away. My eye infection finally has gone away! If you need an optomologist, you should go here!!!

The lady up front if Im not mistaken her name was Jennifer was extremely rude did not take the time to assist me with my glasses . The doctor barely let me ask a question like he was a mind reader of some sort soo left with no knowledge on what condition I was being referred for. I wouldnt refer anyone to this office .
