It was super nice and everything went smoothly. Chris helped my sister and I out and he hung in there though it was hard to find our insurance provider at first lol. My sister and I left satisfied and can’t wait to get our frames. Thank you again Chris!

Everytime I dont have insurance I choose Target Optical for my prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses and contacts lenses. I always extremely satisfied with my purchases. The Optometrist is the best Im always extremely satisfied with the exams.

Everyone is extremely friendly, informative and patient! The optometrists are professional and quick but thorough with the exam, frame try-on and fittings. I will definitely be going back fit my next exam.

Wonderful location, the staff was amazing.

Had such a great experience today with Beth from start to finish!! She was the first to greet me when I walked in, and we immediately bonded. I didnt have to wait too long to be seen by the doctor who was thorough in answering any questions I had. Afterwards the staff was easily able to explain my insurance benefits to me. Beth was kind enough to spend probably an hour with me picking out the right pair of glasses and sunglasses as Im super picky and had no idea what I was looking for. She offered great advice on what would look good with my face shape and skin color. This is the first time Ive been to the eye doctor since moving to Orlando and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks Beth for being my hype woman today!!

This location is always amazing and everyone here is outstanding!Today I actually came in just to get my glasses readjusted to sit properly on my face. The wait wasnt the best but thats understandable because I came in so late and there was a customer here already being helped.I just want to say though that Lauren, the young lady working here tonight is an absolutely outstanding professional. During my wait Lauren had a customer that was very unpleasant with her for no reason. When she went over the charges and coverage of the womans insurance (that has nothing to do with her) the woman became so irate, raising her voice, and even cursing at one point, all because she wasnt understanding why her policy covered what discounts she was getting (which she knew). Although under pressure, Lauren remained so cool, calm, and collected as she tried calling multiple times to find out more information to explain in detail why it was what it was. Even talking to someone on the womans phone line to explain as welll.Good job Lauren, you didnt deserve that situation but you never lost your professionalism. Keep doing such a great job!I will always be coming back to this location no matter where I am in Orlando. Ill go out of my way.

Seriously slow service everytime. I was hopeful today due to COVID, that they would be running appointments on schedule. Made an appt today and waited over 30min. Staff was less than friendly and no social distancing in place. Over 10 people here at once, nowhere to stand out of the way. Staff was socializing with optometrist from another Target instead of working. Convenient location aside from Millenia traffic.

Dr. Trinh Ton is amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, contrary of many doctors that think they own the world. However I was very disappointed with front desk ladies who left me there hanging and did not bother to help me to choose new glasses after seeing Dr. Ton. Well, I guess I will just buy them online.

The girls @ the desk were very easy to work with overall. After discussing options with insurance, it was better for me to come back in June because of how my insurance paid. This was my first time meeting the optometrist/doctor Trinh Ton, very nice guy. I look forward to returning.

Been waiting a month for my glasses and still havent received them. Called the office mutiple times, no answer. They dont bother to communicate with their customers at all. You literally have to sit at the phone all day trying to get a hold of them to see if your glasses are ready. First time around I managed to get a hold of them, they told me they were ready. I arrived to pick them up, I was told they were not ready and they broke during the lab test. Told me they would out the order in again. Called again after trying to call them all day just to be told they wont be in for another week. Its already been 2 weeks since I last spoke to them about them shipping again after my glasses failed the lab test.

Meyling was very professional & helpful. I’ve never been to a target optical before but she made it so welcoming. Definitely would shop here again!

This visit was awful the sales person Chris was extremely rude. He didnt greet me even though I was sitting right in front of him in the office.I will NEVER return to this place and will never recommend this place.

I would highly recommend this Target Optical to everyone! Andy took incredibly good care of me, and the optometrist Dr. Le also did a great job getting my prescription up to date. Seriously, if you’re looking for a new optometrist look no further.

There are two associates working there today (4/4/19 at 12:10pm). I walked in and browsed glasses for approximately 10-15 minutes and neither associate even bothered to greet me. They did, however, manage to greet a man that came in after me. I left and will NOT be coming back here.

Dr. Le is incredibly professional, nice and listens to all of your concerns. His staff is also very accommodating when it comes to financial concerns and works with you to optimize your insurance benefits as well as picking out frames that work best for you. I definitely recommend this place if its in your insurance network!

Front desk was rude,mean, short, and unprofessional. They call ahead to confirm an appointment, ask for last 4 of SSN, only to attempt to verify my information all over again on site; unorganized and unprepared...The body language was nasty, and Front Desk had the audacity to talk to a returning customer like this! ALL that due not knowing they don’t carry the high index I need for my lenses!I would reconsider the Front Desk Manager’s position to keep this business up and running. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Friendly service but glasses just never felt right. 2 years later I go to another optometrist to find out the glasses I got from them were not correctly positioned for my focal point?I went back to just ask them about it and the specialist said I should have brought it back in sooner.Eh, to think they would tell me to adjust and never go as far to check the glasses per their own prescription.They lost my business.

They dont answer the phone during working hours. Understaffed long wait times. Friendly staff if your willing to wait.
