Screwed up my tint on my glasses by putting to much UV on glasses. So same tv and phones will go datk. Now wont fix problem. Never go here poor customers service

The doctor Mrs Rodriguez is truly the best around. She went above and beyond. If you need an eye doctor who will get it right she is the one. No complaints here at all. Satisfied customer.

Great staff! Best Prices! Everytime I go there they make me feel valued as a patient/customer. They have a new Dr and shes great. Very friendly and professional. JCPenney Optical in FL Mall has been my go to since I moved here 10 years ago. There was a hiccup there for a moment last year with a temp Doctor they had but Im glad to say the new permanent Dr is wonderful and order has been restored.

Worst Costumer service. .. Very bad experience with this place. . Never recommend to people come there. .1. They give me time 7 t0 10 days to get myEye glasses ready but took almost a month. .2. They gave me warrenty of 1 year but glasses got scratches in just 2 months. And then i claimed the warrenty then they exchange with non- anticlear , and cheaper one.3. I shop almost 300 $ on my eye Glasses but the lady refused to give me Cleaning cloth by just saying we dont sell individually,,even i said she can charge from me.

I had my vision test done at J.C. Pennys but before I purchased my glasses I checked out 5 other places to check out all these buy 1 get one free offers and ended up returning to Jc pennys optical for the lowest price and still got 2 pair of glasses for the lowest price !!

Horrible experience , we waited a week for the wrong glasses for my son and the wrong prescription for me and because I waited over 24 hours to exchange I was stock with glasses. No compensation for all the trouble not even an Im sorry.
