The manager and office is awesome!! My wife recently broke her glasses and everywhere we went couldnt help us. As soon as we walked into this location, we felt very welcomed by the staff. They were able to find a frame that fit her lenses. We appreciate them taking the time to help us.

Dr. William Roberts is one of the most genuine optometrist I’ve ever met. His entire staff is very friendly and you can tell they all enjoy what they’re doing. Would recommend this place to anyone in the Orlando area.

We are out of town and and the emergency with my 14 yr old who forgot her contacts, the end of the world. We stopped by this store by Millenia mall to see if he can get lucky and maybe buy a box. The doctor checked her to ensure he is giving us right contacts. As established customers , he gave us few free samples , we were out in 10 min. Happy ! Great service !

I called this place to see if they had any Saturday appointments available. To my surprise they did. I was not too sure about this eye doctor place as I didnt see many reviews but took a chance. When we got there both my daughters were greeted, there was not a lot of people there to my surprise. When we met the Dr. He was very nice, greeted all of us, talked to my daughters and had a laugh with them. He was very easy to talk to and made my daughters very comfortable. I made my payment to purchases them new glasses, I expected the typical two weeks or more. Got one pair back in a week, second pair a week and a half. I can say this was the best choice I made, my kids are happy and I am very happy with the fast and easy service by all the staff.

Ive been holding onto my prescription for a while waiting to come across the perfect pair. I had been at this location before found a pair that I like but wasnt completely sold on it. I wasnt planning on going there today but something said just swing by and see. So I did, and Im so glad that I did because they had a buy one get one free promotion going on and I couldnt resist. Im happy with my purchase, the staff was friendly, and theyre werent pressuring me to buy the top most expensive lens. They let me choose and ask questions on my own and I appreciate that. The manager was very knowledgeable and the guy that processed the sale was very patient. So I recommending them to all of my 4 eyes in my circle, and I hope they receive the same amazing customer experience as I did. Thanks!

Amazing customer service!I was in a real jam having left my daily disposable contacts at home and in town for a weekend conference. I dropped in on these guys unannounced and they leaped to my rescue. All four team members were kind, courteous and understanding. They were able to contact my optician at home and get my prescription, and whilst they didn’t have my exact brand in stock, they thoughtfully got me fitted for a new pair in a jiffy. They saved my weekend! Fantastic customer service experience.

We were in Orlando on vacation from Miami and my husband forgot extra contacts and his ripped. I called and spoke with John, and explain the situation. He called me back within 15 mins and was able to find sample lens and gave us contact solution as well. Its a bit stressful for husband not having contacts but For Eyes was quick and extremely friendly. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I came as a walk in on Saturday when another optical couldnt see me. They checked my insurance and explained what Id be eligible for during my brief wait. The doctor took time to answer my questions about ways to support my eye health and ensured I was happy with prescription.

Yesterday I got something painful stuck in my eye and had the hardest time finding an eye doctor that would see me on a Saturday. Even places that claimed to provide emergency service wouldnt see me. This For Eyes took me right away with no appointment, no hassle.Dr. Robbins fixed me right up, did a thorough check of both eyes for more debris. (A gust of wind blew sand in my face) He explained everything he was doing, everything he found, and explained the drops he prescribed. The price for all this was reasonable as well. I will be coming here for my next eye exam.

The staff was friendly when I first walked in with a friendly greeting but the only issue I have is the staff doesnt work closely with you as for the fitting of your glasses. So whatever you pick out spend 5 or 10 mins taking off and on the frames for proper fit.

This is the best eye doctor Ive ever been to! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Roberts is an amazing doctor. Ive had a lot of bad experiences with other doctors who only care about making money, but Dr. Roberts really cares about his patients and doesnt force anything on them. He genuinely wants to help and listens. Before For Eyes, I went to Walmart Vision Center and they wanted to charge me $80 for contact fitting without even looking into my insurance. For Eyes researched my insurance and informed me that my contact fitting was free for a certain contact. I would have never known this without For Eyes! Its the only eye doctor I will ever go to from now on. 6 out of 5 stars!!!

Excellent staff, they answer all your questions and make you feel super comfortable, you can pick your glasses, (good brands) for good prices.

Been waitin on my glasses over 4 weeks still haven’t gotten poor service wouldn’t recommend to anyone
