This place is so clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. Their equipment is state of the art technology and no wait time. Just went for my first visit and it was a great experience. The doctor and staff were all very friendly and helpful. They have all the latest high tech equipment for your eye exam and they have a big selection of designer frames to choose from.

We have been coming here for 5 years with our grandson. The doctors are excellent. They take time to go over and explain everything and answer any questions. Our grandson can be hard on his glasses and Daniel and staff have been great when we’ve walked in multiple times to have them fixed or readjusted.We have been so pleased that my husband and I decided to switch to them as well. And couldn’t have been happier with our visit. An amazing vision center. I absolutely love the place. I had to drive 40 minutes, but they were worth it. They were friendly and patient with my mother. She left feeling upbeat, even though they told her she could not drive anymore.

Great place...State of the Art in Digital Eye Exams...I loved skipping chemicals and drops to dilate my eyes in lieu of all the Fancy computer tests instead. Dr. Piccione is professional, friendly.and takes the time to explains test results to you. I appreciate the low cost of the digital eye exams...these folks are the best for your eyes!

I went to them because I had bad experiences elsewhere...they took so much time with me at my appt...the equipment is amazing...they showed me things about my eyes that were very impt and informative...they took the time to hear my frustrations and concerns...and explained my conditions to where I could understand.....I ordered a pair of prescription polarized sunglasses...within a few days I knew they needed the lens remade...they made a second appt...and once again listened to my concerns....reordered the lens with changes...I picked them up today..and after some adjustments....they are perfect...I am seeing better for first time in 20 years...they gave amazing effort to making this right for me...I am so grateful for this experience. I highly recommend this eye group and will go back...

Best eye exam Ive ever had. They did tests with 6 hi tech machines and showed me images of my eye that Ive never seen before. Dr was very knowledgeable too and answered all my questions

This was my first time going to VHI. My 14 year old son broke his frames this past weekend and they were able to fit him in with an eye exam and picking out frames by Tuesday afternoon. From the moment of scheduling, entering the establishment (which is modern, spacious and clean), and the eye exam and frame fitting, the customer service was beyond friendly and impeccable. So much I will be making an appointment for myself in the next couple months. Highly recommended!

My Senior friend Ray needed a eye exam so I looked on Google and found Vision Health Institute.. After reading many of the reviews and seeing that they had good ones I decided that thats where he should probably go.. We made an appointment and everything was fantastic... All the ladies working here are very patient and easy going... Dr Perry and Dr Piccone were fantastic..So when my health insurance kicked in from work I went there myself... Once again all the ladies working the front desk and in particular the lady that helped me with my exam were fantastic...Dr Pic one and his intern were very very professional and great conversationalists I highly recommend vision health institute..

The office is friendly and appointments have always started very close to time. They have updated equipment and I always feel like My exams have been extensive and complete.

Excellent service. Extremely kind and friendly staff. Was having flashes and floaters in my left eye and they fit me in very quickly even though I haven’t been in their office for a couple of years due to location issues and Covid. Both Dr. Piccione and a wonderful intern saw me and gave extremely thorough eye exams to assure nothing was torn. Explained everything in detail and scheduled a follow-up. I will be getting all my eye exams at VHI now, even if the drive is a bit farther. Their knowledge, state of the art equipment, attention and care are totally worth it!

What an amazing place!! I called very last minute to get in on a Friday and they got me in right away. I called a couple other places but I chose this one initially because the lady over the phone had such great customer service and was so sweet. When I arrived the check in was very quick and easy, and they took me right back. The place was beautiful inside and very clean. The main doctor let the intern decide what to do and just acknowledged it was a good plan. Great way to teach. They were able to remove the foreign body from my eye and prescribe me an antibiotic so it didn’t get infected. When I came back for a follow up the next day everybody remembered me and asked how I was feeling which was so kind. It’s so hard to find solid customer service these days! What an amazing, professional ran practice.

I have never had glasses or contacts before. Vision Health Institute was very thorough in their search for the right correction and optics - I went with contacts. It took a few iterations to get me happy and seeing well, but they were very nice and patient. It is great not having to track glasses and the contacts feel great.

I moved here from NYC and was skeptical about finding new doctors- I am so happy I found this practice.I brought my 4 yo in for her first eye exam yesterday. She’s in a phase when she’s hesitant with doctors was very nervous about the appointment. Initially I thought we were going to have to leave bc she was scared of parts of exam, but the team (Amanda and Dr Piccione) were so caring and patient with her that in the end, she didn’t want to leave:) she actually asked me if we could go back today!
