DO NOT EVER GO TO THE OPTOMETRIST(S) IN THIS PEARLE VISION!! I had my first appointment 7 WEEKS AGO and still do not have my contact prescription. It took them at least a month just to get my samples after I called multiple times. The doctors hours there are so limited that it was nearly impossible for me to go pick up the samples because the doctor had to be there and I work 8am - 5pm. I finally convinced them to let me pick them up without seeing the doctor. They told me that they would email me the prescription so that I could order elsewhere since I no longer have eye insurance having started a new job and being in the 90 day probationary period. They never sent the email. I called AGAIN a few days later and asked them to email it AGAIN. They never did. Not to mention, I cant tell you how many times I called and left voicemails and they never called me back. I finally had to find out the number for the doctors primary office and called there and thank god they took care of everything immediately.Dr. Bissesar is awesome but I strongly recommend that you go to her primary office. She accepts the same insurance. The customer service at Pearle Vision is horrendous.

Dr. Lisa Bissessar was advised of an allergy that I have. She did not actively listen, did not empathize, did not attempt to find a solution. She and her staff is unprepared, not knowledgeable, and Dr. B lacks people skills. She asked ME to reschedule so I can go home and get my own contact solution and glasses. I decided to cancel.It is important that an otomologist know and understand medical issues surrounding the eyes and solutions to support a patient.The scheduler was very flexible and helpful.

Attached to Mall but entrance is from Parking Lot. Pleased with staff and Covid-19 precautions. Glasses arrived in two weeks as promised even with start of school rush!

The Dr. Kindly fit me in at the last minute after something strange was happening with my eye. She did a full eye exam, was friendly and cheerful kept me feeling calm and relaxed the whole time. Shes great! (As was the wonderful person, (Vann) who helped me get my glasses.

My wife and I visited this location today. She got an exam and two pair of glasses.LET ME BE VERY CLEARNorma is the reason this location got 5 stars. If she wasn’t there to help us it would be a stretch giving it a 4 star review. She was super nice and knew exactly what we wanted.Getting anybody to pick up the phone here is nearly impossible. The doctor was ehh and the technician was okay. Norma is a rockstar and as long as she’s there we will return.

Ive gotten several pairs of glasses here and the service is always great. The Technician Maria fixed my broken glasses last week free of charge and gave me new nose pads too! Their style selection is really nice too.

Dr Nguyen is the best I have been to, I have been going to her for years.

Let’s put it this way. After paying these guys for an eye exam I had to go get another new exam by another doctor due to them giving me not only the wrong prescription, but made me wait over a month for my contact prescription. I ended up going to a new eye doctor yesterday and left with my vision and contact lens prescription same day. The two prescriptions didn’t even match up.. I’m glad I went to some place else. I can actually see the road signs now.. thanks for all your help. I walked In Saturday Dr. N said she would email me the prescription Monday. It’s now Tuesday and I no longer need the prescription from her. Enjoy the $100+ I just threw down the drain. You need to train your secretary better and get your business back under control.

Dr. Lisa is awesome and very personable. She shows great care for the patient and explained each procedure she performed. She answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable throughout the exam. The young man who checked me in was very efficient and did an excellent job. The young lady who measure my glasses and placed my order was awesome and explained each charge. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend this Pearle Vision location to anyone.

My family and I have been going to this location for years. Maria is the sweetest! The Doctor is extraordinary! She always makes me feel comfortable, I never feel rushed. She is kind and very professional. Their exams are very thorough and very well explained. They have a beautiful collection of glasses and they take their time to make sure it’s the right fight fit for you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Excelente servicio!

Out of all the different places Ive had eye exams and purchased glasses from, I think Pearle Vision was the most thorough and pleasant.

Worst experience ever I stood at the door for a minute before a customer actually said Im allowed to walk in the girl behind the counter who I found that is Maribel just ignored me then when I walked in she screamed across the store wheres your mask if youre not wearing a mask you need to leave I had a mask in my pocket but I couldnt believe the way she was speaking to me I was the only one in the entire store other than the customer at the counter 50 ft away even the customer followed me outside and said I cant believe how that lady talk to you unbelievable rude unprofessional its okay I went to the eyeglass store across the street and spent $385 for the record Juan who answered the phone and had my prescription was very nice to deal with Im sorry he didnt the sale because of your unprofessional employee Maribel

Do not go here for eye exams. Ive been back and forth with them for over two months and still havent received my contacts prescription. They will never call you back and you have to stay on top of them. The staff is friendly, but they seem to lack proper leadership and organization.Dr. Nguyen is extremely dry and overly assertive. Ive been wearing glasses and contacts for 15 years and Ive never had such a poor experience with a doctor. This experience has been nothing, but a chore and I will never return. Many of the reviews within the past 12 months or less have similar, bad experiences which should be telling.

The staff running the place are rude and unhelpful. The blonde woman especially has a less than welcoming and helpful attitude. The optometrist was nice as I got my exam done. When I got my exam done their systems apparently went down so they were unable to help me with getting glasses that day, so that was their excuse, who knows. I went back to ask about my prescription and get my eye measurements done. The receptionist was already helping someone, asked me what I needed help with and seemed bothered to even have to help me when I started asking her questions. Instead of getting upset and putting up with her attitude I just left, I wont be returning despite needing help and would suggest others find some where else to get their exams done.

Used to be good two years ago, now that Blonde woman woow she is so mean, she does not even listen to you what you need, they TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED! The optometrist prescriben me a bad prescription, she is authoritarian, i just went there to replace my broken glases, not to get a wrong prescription, i had to go 3 times, and i have to go a 4th time to get my lenses with my previous prescription.

Norma was so helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me in getting my glasses.

It’s a bummer. This place used to awesome. Walked in to order a pack of contacts and the blonde lady working acted like she was busy for 20 mins instead of ringing me up quick. Slow service and no one greets you. Also, mrs nyugen is one of the worst eye doctors. Told her I had an eye infection and she thought it was the other eye. She just likes to overcharge and gives you too strong of a contact prescription.

I have been going to Pearl Vision for year and their products keep bringing me back.

Optometrist and glasses selection are great, they deserve 5 stars, but the Pearle Vision location itself not so much. I ordered my glasses a month ago on 06/06/2020 and I still have not received them. Even if they are done they never called to notify me that they are completed. Every time I call the store they never answer, you’re better off going somewhere else. Such a shame.One another note, my fiancé also ordered glasses 3 weeks ago and she received call that her glasses were done yesterday before mine. They left a voicemail saying they were going to open today, 07/04/20, till 4:30pm. Once we got to the store today the doors were locked with no one in sight. Like I said earlier just go somewhere else or come here and only get your prescription.

Love my new glasses! Dr. Nguyen was awesome and Maria really helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses while sticking to my budget. She even assisted me by adjusting the arms on my glasses for the perfect fit! I couldnt be happier with the whole experience. Thank you so much to the team at the Fashion Square Pearle. Giving Dr. Pauline Nguyen and her staff 1 star is too much. I have been coming to this location for at least 5 years. She has been the worse addition to this company. My last appointment was the final straw for me. She stated that my vision needs a stronger prescription (which is fine). She ordered that my glasses would be stronger but my contacts would remain the same. A few weeks go by and I come back to let her know about the discomfort that Im having and she wants to blame me for not alking out of the store with 2 different strengths. Ive never had a Doctor blame their mistake on the customer and on top of that the manager wasnt in and wont be back until December 26. So no one would help me. So all in all, if you want to waste your money on a wrong prescription, have a careless Doctor and staff who are sitting ducks then please go ahead and make an appointment here.

Twice in one day, once for a quick adjustment, then go figure...one hour later I dropped my glasses and stepped on them. Pearle staff fixed them right up like new. Just awesome, grateful for their service. Love both pairs of glasses purchased from Pearle.

This review is for the optometrist, I’d give Pearl 3.5 stars and since there’s no 3.5 I’d be okay with myself giving them a 4. They have some outstanding customer services and some who are mediocre at best, but they at least pick up the phone and do their best to help you. The doctors office however is very unorganized, they usually do not pick up the phone, are unreliable, and also irresponsible. I usually will suck it up cause it’s only once a per year visit however this year has been a nightmare and I will most likely not be continuing my business with them.

I had gotten contacts here about 3 months prior to my second visit. I ended up coming back because I had become allergic to the contact brand I was prescribed. Seeing I was allergic, I didn’t even open the next 2 boxes I had bought originally, because I couldn’t use them anymore. I brought in the original boxes unopened and they happily exchanged them for newly branded contacts. Also, the doctor I went to, Pauline, was kind and understanding. Thank you guys so much!

Worst experience ever. Had to go back 3 times to try to get my prescription right. Ophthalmologist and her secretary are the rudest people and no help at all!!

I chose to take my prescribe down the street as the people in the Pearle Vision Eye Glass area where not helpful they didnt even acknowledge me and I went in twice. Dr. Lisa Bissessar Staff was great but the Pearle Vision staff did not give the same quality of service. Maybe its the Saturday Service..

What a place no clue what customer service is. They told me they would call me when glass came, called on the ninth day day and they said oh yeah there in, After exam I got fitted and was told this is what you pay today , so I did 30 minutes after I left the Eye doctor calls that I forgot to pay her $10.00 co-pay can I come back, Told her traffic was bad but I would come by the next day she made so a deal like I was going to leave town, Really!! Im waiting on $500.00 worth of glasses and she is worried about 10 buck. 7 weeks later I called and told that was not able to see thing at close range with the glasses and the first thing the person who answer the phone said well we follow the doctors orders, making sure I understood it was not there fault, no lets see what we can do to help or it will cost more but let take care of the problem... no the got there money and now Im on my own...Be Smart stay away from this place its below the worst.Art Robles

Doctor side is great however the technicians on the glasses side are uneducated and can’t give you any information besides over charge you. The person was so unhelpful and got a attitude because I asked why the lens price was so high. I left and went to LensCrafters and was helped right away and got my glasses for half the cost and they were ready in an hour. The lady was nice to the others of her race and we waited an hour to watch them being helped. She did not provide the same service to us. She needs to find a new career.

This is our 3rd year going to see Dr. Leszek and getting new glasses. We always receive great service, very patient and thorough. Tommy, Robin, Wayne .....have all been wonderful with all of us. I do wish the glasses wouldnt take so long once they are ordered, but thats my only complaint, the staff is great!

Very easy to shop here. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Their assortment of eyeglasses was phenomenal! Will be returning here for sure!

Today I had a terrific eye appointment with Dr. Gregory Laszek...He explained my eye condition literally until I totally understood what he was saying to me...He was personable, friendly and patient...I was very impressed with his service today and he is a good doctor...I recommend him to anyone...Needless to say I was completely satisfied with my visit, my eye exam and the prescription for my glasses....Thanks Dr. Laszek

The best customer service.

Dr. Leszek and staff were extremely helpful this week. On monday, around 4:30, my wifes eye inexplicably swelled up to the point she couldnt close it. She called her optometrist, who couldnt be bothered to see a repeat patient having an emergency because they were leaving at 5:00. Centra care told her it would be a 2.5 hr wait, despite clearly being in pain and obviously something was wrong. Before heading to the emergency room, we stopped by Dr. Leszek, my optometrist. Although he was leaving at 5:30, he agreed to see my wife at 5:27. He examined her eye and administered drops that immediately reduced the swelling and pain. He stayed with us for an extra 20 minutes and even checked her prescription to ensure there was no damage to her cornea or vision. He gave her two bottles of drops and instructed to follow up the next day. We were charged a very reasonable rate, considering a walk-in, no appointment, kept him past closing, and she had no patient history at his office. Both Dr. and staff were pleasant and attentive at the follow up, and did not charge us even though we were told the previous day we would have to pay for the follow up. Kept one patient and earned another, as we will both be seeing Dr. L for our exams from now on.

I walked in today and only one employee working. I waited about 30min to speak with her and when she finally is going to assist me she has no knowledge on eyewear being sold. I was interested in an Oakley lens and she was clueless. Then she was unable to look up my insurance without card and blamed it on the software. I have purchased many frames/lenses from pearl vision but this experience has changed my view on the retailer. I went to Lens Crafters and the employees there. Thats right not one but 3 were very welcoming and were very knowledgable on Oakley and every type of lense and style I was looking for. They also were able to look up my info on computer no problem and delivered Exceptional service. Dont waste your time and go to Lens Crafters!
