The office staff is friendly and professional. I have been seeing this doctor for more than years now. They always see me at my scheduled time. Thank you Dr. Tartibi for providing excellent care.

First time here and very impress! Upon arrival, staff was friendly and attentive. What I appreciated most was Dr. Tartibi did not just conduct an eye exam, she asked what my concerns were with my vision and what would be ideal for me. Additionally, she took her time explaining her findings. Never going back to a chain vision location again!

Dr. Tarbili is the most caring, professional person. I has been under her care for the last 10 years and greatly appreciate her care.

My eyeglasses broke--I called Dr. Tartibi office to see if they could repair them--- they obliged. I went in to his office, ten minutes later my glasses were fixed--FREE OF CHARGE. I did not even purchase my glasses at his office. Excellent customer service and I will definitely use his services in the future.

Ive gone here for many years. I have never had any complaints and had a very good experience with her and the staff. I will go on seeing her and wish her continued success.

The front office is very unprofessional. They dont even sit down with you to see how the glasses fit. The frames are cheap cheap cheap. Just plastic. The selection is very small. my insurance pays $200 and she probably pockets the unused portion. I have switchedto Walmart where they have a huge selection and everybody is very polite and they sit down with you, help you pick out frames etc.

I was appalled at the unprofessional ATTITUDE of the staff and the unscrupulous sales tactics and deceptive explanation of the contract they have with Florida Blu Medicare Advantage. I reported them to my Insurance for the fraudulent misrepresentation of my benefits in an attempt to upsell frames that my insurance already provided a $200 allowance for [frames] within my coverage. They did not want to honor the Insurance Contract and Process my benefits as written in my policy! VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

Love the doctor here.However I agree that the front desk staff isn’t great. Unprofessional and nobody answers the phone. I have tried to call multiple times to find out if my glasses came in.

Wow, Reading the reviews on the staff just makes so much sense as to why Ive called now 12 times and only have had someone answer 3 times. I went here a year ago and Im just trying to get my prescription emailed to me.The first time she told me they were getting a new scanner in, ok thats fair. Then she never sent it.The next two times the receptionist said she would email them to me later but again never did.I am going to have to go in to this office to get my prescription emailed to me? How do you expect me to come back when I need a new prescription if you treat your customers this way?

The doctor is very good but the staff was very inattentive.

Dr. Tartibi has a great attitude and I like her as a doctor, however the staff is rude and unprofessional. My first disappointment happened when I was trying to schedule an appointment. I already had one made over the phone, however, when I checked online, I found they have some for earlier times. That is why I scheduled it online. Even though I received a confirmation e-mail, and called many times to cancel the one over the phone, I was told that the system did not take my new appointment. The explanation about how their system works online was ridiculous. Then, when I came to the office I was told that my son does not have benefits, and his eye exam is covered every two years, not one. To my understanding for excellent customer service, used by many practices I have been so far, this should have been communicated before my arrival. Another complain is that the office floor was dirty, they do not follow any safety precautions related to COVID ( the ladies upfront both did not wear masks, as well as they did not have any hand sanitizer on hand for patients, which for me is unacceptable during pandemic times). I will definitely try to look for another eye care office.

The Dr is wonderful, my kids and I have 3 years came here and the staff wasn’t the best but today the woman at the front desk was horrible, so rude; I tried too many times to confirm but nobody took the phone call, she wanted me to look in my phone when she called me but I don’t have any calls from there and any messages also I received two messages the day before to confirm appointments.

Love coming here- very quick and friendly. Both my son and I have our annual exam here.

Unprofessional staff..bad actitud..they tell you the glasses will be ready in 14 days..I called day 14 and then they said oh..is 10 to 15 days ..on the 17th day I called..and say...nobody has called yet..and they said..we wait until the end of the day cus were busy..then pick up the glasses for my daughter and guess what..doctor never confirm and verify that everything was ok..so..NOT GOOD AT ALL..ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Visited this office today and I want to say that I was greeted with politeness. Receptionist Natasha was so healthy full from the start and to the finish. While waited to be seen over hearing such great business ethics, choosing the correct words to income calls and handling walk-ins on an emergency issue, the patient was not turned away, showing empathy the person was seen with no hesitation. Meeting with the rest of that staff they were extremely knowledgeable in the functions of a better work flow and showing awesome team work. The wait time was responsible and so much better then any doctors office I have ever visited. They all showed professional pleasantries that made me feel I was not a number. They provided individual care to all patients. It was the best place, that I actually enjoyed or never enjoyed at other medical offices in my life.You all are the best. ❤

The employees at this office are awesome! Natasha at the front desk is very focused and knows what she’s doing and the two technicians there are very intuitive and friendly. Kathy, the manager is very polite and Dr. Tartibi is a great doctor! If you need your eyes checked, go to this office!!

More than one hour for the pre exam and then 30 more minutes for the exam by appointment.the attention is good they are friendly.the doctor is wonderful but the coordination of appointments and the place does not have enough seats.Im sorry but its the first time in my life that I have to wait so long for an eye exam is not justified at all..

My son and I had a terrible experience and will never go back. Our first exam was given and when our glasses came back we couldn’t see at all. We were told “well that Dr likes to make your eyes work”. So they made us take another exam from a different Dr. both times our glasses took weeks longer than we were toldTo get and even after calling us to tell us they were ready, one of them still wasn’t there. The staff openly pointed dingers at other staff members as if they knew many were not competent. They even commented when we couldn’t see out of our glasses that, “this happens all the time.”I’ve worn glasses for 30 years and it has never happened before. They also do not seem toHave up to date technology for the exams.

AMAZING SERVICE!! I was there today and though I was there for awhile it was worth it. The receptionist were very friendly I was having problems with insurance and they took care of it for me. The Dr she was amazing and listened to my concerns and at the end they gave me a good deal on frames I wanted for my son. Definitely going back!

Me and my family has been going here for over 10 years. Great place nice variety of frames and prices are reasonable that wont hurt your pocket. Very friendly associates that works there and Dr Tartibi is a wonderful person she explains everything to you and she answers all your questions

Have to be honest this was my second time coming as my first experience was not good at all! However, as I believe in second chances I did come back and I must say WOW! Super nice, helpful and answered all of my questions. The front was a super sweet and helpful woman. I believe her name is Kathy hope im not wrong so sorry if thats not it. Doctor was very informative and helped me out a lot. Got me into a new pair and brand of contact that is suited for my needs . over all GREAT! thanks ladies for allowing me to see you all in a different light. definitely changed my first opinion

The doctor herself is very friendly and great with my son. She is the only reason this office gets two stars! The staff is ridiculous! Ive never encountered anyone who was kind, even in the slightest. I have always felt unimportant and like Im a bother. Theyve never been nice to my son and hes asked me before, why theyre so rude! There is also absolutely ZERO communication skills with the staff and the customer! Im beyond frustrated with them and regret ever stepping foot in this office to begin with, with the exception of the doctor herself!

Theres always a long wait for everything. I got contacts that didnt come in until 2 months after my initial appointment. After the first month I showed up to pick them up and they had not recieved them and I had to wait half an hour for them to figure out they didnt have them. The second time I waited just as long. The staff is terrible, not professional at all until they get in trouble. Theyre always stressed and complaining about difficult customers.
