Sabrina is wonderful. timely, very professional, thoughtful and concise. I have had sisterlocks for a year and transferred from NJ. Sabrina shared so much information with me about how to better take care of my baby locks and I could not be more pleased. My hair is softer, well moisturized and my gray hair now sparkles like Christmas tree tinsel. The premium care that I receive at Queen of Roots is invaluable. Sabrinas knowledge of hair, products and how she executes her services is top notch. Her no nonsense approach and pleasant disposition in resolving issues is impressive. In this time of Covid19 I also find her and the salon clean and CDC guidelines are followed.

My first experience at this salon was excellent. Sabrina the stylist was knowledgably and offered sound, practical advice on how to take care of my natural hair. Sabrina was detailed about what she was doing the entire process of caring for my hair and I was able to ask my questions and get honest feedback. I will definitely be returning to this salon for additional hair services.

Sabrina is everything you need...and then some more. Seriously! I was extremely nervous to start my sisterlocks so I wanted to make sure I got the best loctician who was professional, honest, skilled, clean, knowledgeable, and has a great personality. I found all of these qualities in Sabrina. The bonus that I received is her time management (she is so fast). She has taught me so much about my hair. I didn’t know my hair could look so good. You have to trust her with your natural hair and locs! She KNOWS what she’s doing and it shows!

I met Sabrina today. I normally don’t give review but seeing the negative review I feel I need to speak on my experience with this hair salon. Sabrina at first sight seems unfriendly but as time went on and I observed her and I noticed she’s just really an excellent professional who does not talk a lot because she wants focus and do the best job she can do. I must say she is a little pricey , however she is very efficient, super fast and very caring. She told me I know your hair is bad but I want you to give me one year to invest my love into your hair. That is all I had to hear to understand shes a person that doesn’t do her job just for the money, but also because she genuinely cares about her clients; so for me to give her five stars, it’s because I think she’s highly efficient and very professional L. I will definitely be going back .

I met with Sabrina today and I had a wonderful experience. I’ve been natural for 5 years and never allowed a stylist to touch my hair. I’ll start by saying I was late (first time at the location). She graciously accepted me in her chair. She was very gentle despite my hair posing substantial difficulties. She spent time detangling my nearly matted hair, trimmed it and conditioned it. She even educated me on managing my sons hair. By the time I left, I felt like I had a new head of hair. My hair is so soft. I am happy that I found her and I highly recommend her service to anyone in the natural hair community.

I have been a client of Sabrinas for 3 years. First, she really educates a person about his or her hair. I have learned so much about caring for my sisterlocks from Sabrina. I get so many compliments on my hair, and how healthy it looks. She is fast and very meticulous when it comes to her work. It is easy to schedule an appointment online. Her prices and policies are stated on her website. She is worth every penny that I pay because my hair looks and feels great.

I went once and NEVER went back! She ripped through my natural hair with a rat tail comb! Id never seen so much of my hair in a comb! I felt the urge to stop her right then and leave but I wanted to trust her as The Queen of Roots. Bad idea. Her attitude was, at best, tired; not warm or welcoming at all for a first time client. I was her last appointment so it was almost like she just needed to get me done and out, no matter the outcome of my hair. I left with box twists, loose on the ends, lookin like an eight y/o girl! AND SHE IS NOT REASONABLY PRICED! So, because Id paid for it, I felt compelled to give it a go at work the next day. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Another bad idea. I was teased! Coworkers thought Id done it myself, and they couldnt believe the amount charged! I washed it out immediately after work and cringed at the loss of hair and money. Choose wisely!

Sabrina is extremely knowledgeable about Locs. By the time she was finished with my Locs, my hair was so light that I had to touch it to feel that it was there. I didn’t realize how heavy my hair was.

Sabrina is an awesome person to go to for locs. When i searched online and found Sabrinas shop,i had just recently moved to the area and was searching for someone to do an awesome job on my hair. I went to three people in the area prior to finding Sabrina. Prior to Sabrina,one lady took 12 hours, yes,12 hours to complete my hair. Sabrina completed the entire process from wash to completion in about 2 hours. I knew then she was my person! Shes quick and does a thorough job. I have been going to her for over a year and will continue as long as Im in the area. It doesnt matter that i drive about 45 minutes to get to get salon,its well worth it. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for everything!

My experience here was great Sabrina. She gave me helpful advice about my hair she went through every little detail with me on how to take care of natural hair . She really knows natural hair and to get great results and my hair feel so soft. I would be definitely returning so she can be my guide through my natural journey.

Im giving you 3 stars. Please dont feel bad. it really does show when you are understressed. Plus you charged me 100 plus dollars just to wash and condition. I bought a scarf or a hair band. I signed up for maybe a 50.00 wash and condition with no blow dry, no dryer. You were very mad because my hair was not unbraided. I had a wig on with bad shoulders. I had just left work, and drove more than 30 minutes under traffic.1st impression is everything. But God bless you with you business. Still rooms to grow and work on yourself to take some deep breaths when things cant go well. God is the one in control of everything. Treat everyone the same.

I received a good cut and though it was late at night and we were both tired she finished the job. Sabrina was also very open to giving information to help you maintain your hair at home.

I found queen of roots ( one person named Sabrina) on Google and decided to make an appointment to have my hair done. As soon as I arrived I regretted this decision. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes before I was seen even though I was on time for my appointment. While doing my hair I had to correct her several times. It was as if this was her first week doing hair. After she was finished I was not pleased with my hair style. The prices are also different than what is listed online. She is not the friendliest person and has a really bad attitude.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

If you’re looking for a great loctician, look no further, Sabrina is indeed the Queen of Roots. I recently moved to Kissimmee and was searching high and low for a loctician. Came across Sabrina through google maps. After carefully going through her reviews and that of several other locticians, I decided that the “Queen of Roots” was worthy to take care of my crown. Had my first appointment today and she did not disappoint. She actually exceeded my expectations. Being that I’m from New York, I’m use to long wait times, etc, but this was not the case. She was right on schedule. Warm, friendly and very professional. She was very knowledgeable about the type of products I should and should not be using. She has found a life long client in me.

Well I had a 12:30 appointment got a text from Sabrina that she still had a client in her chair was 1:00 ok so Im like good caz I was rushing to be on time. I get there my 1st time @ the shop & her client was still in the chair .. so no problem I introduced myself with a smile excited about getting my hair done, & Sabrina was looking @ me like Im crazy.. then she said I would let you sit right here pointing to another chair but my Butt would be in your face She had a serious look bland attitude not very friendly and told me to have a seat outside on the red chairs. So I sit out there for about 12min past my appointment time, she then sends me another text .. saying Im almost done. I was like .. I dont want anyone with that kind of attitude putting her hands in my head so I text her back & said Im Out 😡 Its true shes not very friendly bad attitude. I dont know about her skills to do hair, but her customer service skills is Out The Window smh
