I have had the same hair stylist for most of my life, but being across the country made it difficult to get haircuts when I needed them. It had been almost two years since my last haircut and after a lot of research, I decided on Privé. I happen to talk to the owner Patrick when I was making my reservation. He was incredibly patient and friendly, and helped me to book an appointment. From the receptionist, to the girl who washed my hair, to everyone interacted with I was impressed and felt comfortable and relaxed. The team creates an environment that you know you are in a high class salon, and surrounded by the best of the best. I had my hair cut by Marie, who was extremely knowledgeable, talented, and patient with me. She came highly recommended, and she met my expectations and more! I would ask her opinions, and she had a way of being able to understand what I was asking for when I wasnt even completely sure. I left with a fantastic haircut, feeling like a whole new person. I will definitely be using Privé for any services that they provide that I need. I just made my follow up appointment with Marie, and I’m so grateful to have found the best of the best salon. I had a great experience here. The receptionist was very friendly and inviting upon walking in, the place looked very clean and well managed. Taylor did my wash and it was wonderful. Brianna (I believe was her name) did my haircut. She listened to exactly what I wanted and executed perfectly. She kept going back to tweak things after my hair was dry to make sure I got exactly what I asked her. It was a wonderful experience

I always have a great experience at Prive! After wearing my hair natural for the last five years, I was tired of having hair cuts that didn’t flatter my curls when they were dry. Alexis is personable & professional and after one appointment with her, she was already familiar with my curl pattern! If your looking for a curly cut or extensions Alexis is the go to! Very impressed with the service from beginning to end! Was greeted by friendly receptionist and given a complimentary mimosa, then met my hair stylist Marie, who really knows her stuff. She made sure to take time during the consultation and ask questions. All I really knew when I came in was the length I wanted it cut and that I wanted layers. Marie made suggestions for what she thought would look best based on my answers to her questions, and it turned out amazing! Best haircut I’ve ever had!! Amazing place!!I have been coming here since 2015 and will never go anywhere else!I’ve been getting my color done by Christie and my hair cuts by Marie.When I originally came to see Christie my hair was damaged from box dyes and had a horrible copper undertone. Over time she made my hair so healthy and beautiful that it completely changed the way I looked at my hair! I now go in for balayage and highlights and I couldn’t be happier! Christie is very realistic and will look at the pictures you want your hair to look like and explain how/if it is possible or not. I appreciate that she doesn’t overdue and knows when to stop! I love the way my hair is turning out and I can’t wait for my next appointment!I have gone to a few stylists but Marie is BY FAR my favorite. She pays so much attention to the little details that will make or break your haircut. I have never felt like she is in a rush or has something better to do. I have been getting my hair done at Privé for a couple years now. I drive from an hour away just to get my hair colored by Queidi because I do not trust any one else with it and she always delivers to my expectations. She is so sweet and attentive to detail, she took me from really dark hair to light with ombré and full highlights. Really everyone is so nice there and they make you feel so comfortable. Barbara cuts and styles my hair and just like Queidi she does an amazing job. They’re are definitely my go to girls when I need a little pick me up (:They are being very precautious with following COVID guidelines to ensure you feel safe. So if you are needing a bomb transformation or just a little something to feel extra beautiful this is definitely your place to go.

Everyone was very kind and seemed happy to be there. They were also very busy so I know that played a factor in my visit.Its just I booked an appointment for color/cut and they boast about seeing different specialists for different things. The color was done earlier than expected (30min) so I had to wait for the cut. But then the person I was scheduled to have a cut with was running behind and it was another hour before I was seen for my cut... so I just played on my phone for 1.5 waiting around.Also the dye got on my skin in several places. They got most of if off but I spent the next day with a dyed forehead lol. Luckily I work from home so no biggie.

Tiffany the hair stylist is amazing, I gave her a rough sketch of what I wanted and I told her the rest was up to her. Im so glad I trusted her because Ive never felt happier with a haircut or so happy to spend $80+ on a haircut. I 100% recommend this salon if you want to feel like a million bucks.

I love the shampoo station, very comfortable and you can watch fashion videos while they wash you. Brianna was amazing, she gave me exactly the cut I wanted and she was very thorough with ensuring my cut was perfect.

I visit Orlando for work from NC and found this salon on Instagram. Wanting extensions for years and finally decided to get them in NC, but they were poorly installed. I had a good feeling about Veronica’s work based on her insta page and her experience with hand-tied method. As soon as I came into the salon, everyone had welcoming energy. The customer service is the next level and is the experience I was looking for (down to the yummy beverage choice and having lunch delivered for me) I’ve never enjoyed getting my hair done as much as I do at Privé Millenia. Ive never received so many compliments, and needless to say, I now visit Orlando for more than just work.

First and foremost, I want to start with the pros. The staff is very friendly and very nice. I would definitely have to say that I was always treated with respect.However, I literally spent 5 hours of my Saturday sitting and waiting to get my hair done and ended up spending over 350 dollars. I have lived in numerous metropolitan cities across the world and I have never spent that much money in my life. However, I would have excused it if my hair would have come out extraordinary. Honestly, I would describe the end result as “okay”. Spending that kind money for okay is completely insane. Unfortunately, I started having an allergic reaction (sneezing, coughing, watery eyes) so my experience was not great. I know they can’t do anything about it. However, when I mentioned it to them, they said they had a couple of people complaining about that as well. If that is the case, they should definitely look into it and do something about it. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.

Prive is my go-to salon to get the professional look I need and I am never let down! I’ve always had a wonderful experience with colorists and stylists at Prive but unless she’s not available I will ALWAYS choose Christie Parish! She’s got my color ON POINT and leaves me with photo ready hair every time! Her flexibility to squeeze me in with my unpredictable schedule is always always appreciated…. I got full highlights and a balayage done by Gabriella who was so incredibly sweet. I knew I was in good hands during our consultation and that she would make my hair look exactly as the picture I showed her. She answered all my questions and any concerns I had as well as advice I needed to take care of my hair since I had never gone this light before. Jay was also wonderful and gave me the perfect salon blowout look. I’ve gotten soo many compliments on my hair! Going from brunette to blonde was such a massive transformation for me and I’m so glad I chose Privé. I will for sure be coming back here, not only is this salon clean and proactive in following COVID guidelines but the staff made me feel so beautiful and welcome the entire time so I absolutely will recommend this to anyone who decides they want to do something with their hair.

First off, everyone gives off a fake vibe. The owners do not care about their employees and it’s super disorganized and over priced. The salon itself is clean because the assistants they hire, slave themselves for $10 an hour LICENSED, when they’re promised that they can take over clients and do their service. The company lies when they hire you and tells you if your licensed you will be doing hair within 2 months. But yet people are their a year assisting and still don’t get to have their own client. Also, some of the workers that have been there for over 8 years are rude and think they can just walk all over the new hires. Lastly, if an employee has a licensed friend that’s older they will use favoritism for those individuals & hire them as stylist before any other hire (especially some that have been in the industry (2-5 years). It’s Discusting & the owners themselves should really open their eyes instead of focusing on their $ for these over priced services.

Christie is absolutely amazing!! I’ve been going to Prive Salon for years now and they provide excellent service. Christie does such an exceptional job with my color, I don’t trust anyone with my hair except for her! She is so kind and professional and makes sure you look your best before leaving the salon. After five hours of hard work, Joanies work of art on coloring my hair a type-cherry red came out better than I expected! The salon is very clean and higher up in service and price. I will be coming back to get single process colors and maybe even change up my hair again in the near future.P.S They offer to pick up local food for you if you get hungry during your service, which can be convenient to those who want/need it.

Had 2 great experiences previously, however after my most recent experience I will not be going back. The person I saw must of been in a major rush. I had to have help fixing parts that were missed once I got home, as several parts were either missed by the stylist or not even with the other side. The end result was okay, but definitely not worth what I paid. The whole trip felt like they were behind schedule or something, and for $80 thats a little unacceptable.

Lizzy has been cutting and styling my hair for so many years...I’ve lost track! Her ability to just “get me” is impressive. When I arrive, I’m greeted with warmth, offered a drink and then taken to Lizzy’s chair. Lizzy arrives like a ray of sunshine, with a huge smile and warm demeanor. She consults before ever starting, to ensure she knows what I’m looking for that day. Then I’m whisked off for a nice head massage that just happens to be shampoo and conditioner! Back to the magical chair of happiness...where she sculpts my hair to my exact request! Style time...so on to my newscaster blowout!! Honestly, I had no idea my hair could be so bouncy...it’s amazing...and well, I can’t replicate it! I was extremely nervous about having anything done to my Virgin Hair, so I did a ton of research and saw a lot of positive reviews about this salon and more specifically about Colorist Gabriela. I made an appointment online and got a call back to confirm it all, went in on Thursday and from the moment I walked in it was an amazing experience! From the girl at the front (who makes the best mimosas!!!), to working with Gabriela, to getting a quick dry (and the most amazing scalp massage) from Steven!Gabriela was incredibly sweet and from the moment she sat with me I knew she understood exactly what I wanted... And Im happy to say its exactly what I got! My hair feels amazing and looks even better! I absolutely love it and would recommend this salon to anyone who is nervous about a change!

Best salon in Orlando. I truly felt like a princess from the moment I walked in. The staff and their customer service was exceptional. I was greeted by the front desk staff and was asked if I wanted anything to drink. Then I was introduced to my stylist Luis (super professional and very friendly). We briefly spoke of what type of hair cut I wanted and he quickly introduced me to the sweet girl who was going to wash my hair. From beginning to end the entire staff at Privé we’re all wearing masks and were constantly cleaning. I will definitely come back again!!

I have been to high end salons across the country and this is the best salon I’ve ever been to. They make it clear that they are there to give you a high end experience and that their mission is to make you look and feel amazing! You’re pampered with a delicious beverage and a robe and then your stylist comes and consults with you. I was fortunate enough to get Marie. She is absolutely incredible! She understood my hair type and what would work best for the the outcome I wanted. Hands down, it’s the best hair cut I’ve ever had! She is professional and KNOWS HER STUFF. She is a world class (not hype, she has credentials to back it up) stylist and I feel lucky to have her in Orlando. Tiffany who did my shampoo was also amazing and it’s was probably the most relaxing shampoo I’ve ever had. Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff all the way around and a beautiful and clean environment. Privé, you’ve earned another loyal customer and I can’t wait to go back!

I am so disappointed with the ratings for this salon. Their time management is non-existent. The girl took 5 hours to put foils in my hair!! All the while leaving to talk to other people or see other clients. They did not wash my hair, they did not massage my hair (part of the service they supposedly provide). I can’t get a wet brush through my hair two days later...due to over drying and damage. They charged me $400.00 for this. The cut was scheduled for much later than my original appointment time. This was done by someone else who again over charged for the service. My husband got color and a cut, but the cut was so amateur, he was not happy. This place does not deserve such high ratings and should not be charging that kind of money for what they do. You’ve been warned!

My first time at Prive salon was great! I moved here 6 months ago & was nervous going to a new salon as my family owns a salon back where I used to live. I think like most people, when my hair is looking good, I feel good. Christie makes me feel like ME giving me the perfect color whenever I go see her. Plus, her reds last! Erica is truly an artist she has been doing my hair for over 10years now! Loved it! Definitely my favorite hair salon. They greet you with such a warm welcome and the environment is so inviting. If you ever want to cut your hair let Danielle do it, she gives you a straight up consultation and advice towards the styling. She is constantly checking up on you to make sure that what you are getting is what you want. And if you want the best hair wash in the world, Melanie is your girl! You get your hair washed binge watching Chanel fashion shows with calming music. Besides my hair having a glow up, the service was amazing! Plus, the cashier, Vini left me with a even bigger smile. This is THE place to go.

What a beautiful clean upscale salon and spa in Winter Park. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a wonderful front desk. I was introduced to my esthetician Amanda who was very sweet and professional. She was very detailed with my skin analysis and my skin concerns. She customized the facial to what would be best for my skin and it shows! My skin feels and looks great. Cannot wait for my next visit.

Lizzy is as exceptionally talented as a stylist as she is incredibly genuine as a person. She has been my stylist for years and always leaves me feeling--and looking--my best self! Natalie is also a total gem--both in her talent and personality. These two take pride in their work and ensure their clients feel radiant after every visit. I wouldnt go anywhere else :)

Gabriela has been a DREAM! I’m convinced I will not let anyone else touch my hair after her. She is so kind, fast and makes sure she brings your hair dreams to life. Got a balayage by Taylor she was awesome super sweet and personable I felt comfortable around her and my hair looks amazing I’ve had so many compliments on it since I got it done! And I got a cut by Barbara she was also super sweet and told me little ways to manage my hair and since I have a lot of it. The cut turned out great and I love my long layers. This place was great and everyone there was so nice! I’ll now recommend this place to my friends and anyone I meet that ask about my hair!!!

I have Great Lengths Extensions, I love them. They are very natural looking. I had mine done by Alexis at PRIVE’ Salon, I would highly recommend her and them if you want great looking hair!! I will be getting these again in 6 months when it is time. I wouldnt recommend anything else. You can wash them, flat iron them, curl them and basically treat them like your real hair. I am 4 weeks in, I Brush them 3 or 4 times a day, flat iron 5 times a week and they do not damage your hair nor do the extensions become fragile. The extensions are heated with keratin to a piece of your hair, and gently twisted around your piece of hair. I have the hair Ive always wanted and love. Thanks Alexis and Great Lengths!

I have been having Lizzie at Prive Salon cut my hair for many years. I drive over an hour each way just to see her. She is awesome! We always discuss if there is something new I want to try or if she has any suggestions. I have always had the best experiences with her and will continue to drive as long as it takes to get one of the best haircuts Ive ever received. She is THE best!!

February of this year will mark my 15th “anniversary” of coming to Privé. The salon is my happy place. If any of y’all have ever watched Cheers ( the show from the 80s-90s where everyone knows your name ) and Norm walks in the doors, everyone there always greets him on a first name basis and a smile. . That’s how I feel walking in to the salon. Sure, I could make this review about how great the services are ( and my goodness, get a shampoo from Mel and your life will be changed) but what makes the salon truly great, are the employees. They TRULY care about making you happy and doing what you want. Everyone there cares about you as a person, when someone asks you “how is your day going”they mean it. I see Lizzie. She has been doing my hair for YEARS, and I can’t imagine a week going by without seeing her and getting a blowout from her. When you decide to book an appointment for a haircut with her, you’re not just getting a haircut. You’re getting an experience. You’re getting pampered. Times are crazy now, and we all need a little time for self care. When you make your appointment with Lizzie, she takes care of you. She makes sure that you’re comfortable, she will spend time with you making sure you and her are on the same page. She has such a calming presence about her. She makes you feel like you are the most important person and really cares about what you say and she listens to you.

I am sooo happy with this place. I have never dyed my hair before so I was very apprehensive about it when the time arrived. I wanted to choose the best place possible and I did right by coming to Privé. I had a consultation with them and i felt they were so honest with me. I felt i could trust them with my hair. This was a month ago and Im in love with my hair. It looks shiny, beautiful, and they nailed the color. They maintained my natural balayage (courtesy of my weekly trips to the beach) and made it pop and shine. Lizzie has been doing my extensions for years and is amazing!! She has done both tape in and hand tied and both have looked so natural you would never know i had them. She always take the time to work with me and the colorists to make sure the blond matches perfect! She has made sure my hair is healthy and stays healthy with the extensions. If you have ever thought of getting them done ask for lizzie because she does a fantastic job.

The pricing is a bit high, but the services are pretty competitive. I would only recommend to friends who enjoy a bit of the pampering treatment but its too boxed up into categories to get any sort of personalized treatment.

Erica was my stylist and I have to say that I am very impressed with her work. I got my hair styled by her and my hair has never looked better! I’m definitely going to return. Very satisfied with the service.

This salon overall is clean and the staff are professional. Erica has cut my hair for years and I appreciate most that she listens well to what I would like and then cuts it to my specifications. She is professional, sweet and very talented. I would definitely recommend this salon!

I had a deva cut with Barbie and a balayage with Gabriella. I have been getting my cut here for the past 3 years, and this is my first time with Barbie. I LOVE her technique on how she cut my hair! She thoroughly listened to what I wanted, and gave me the volume that I had always desired! I used to have lots of random long hair strands that stood out so predominantly after getting cut by different stylists(and I understand cutting curly hair it will not be even), but she measured every strand of curl from left side to right. I highly recommend her to any curly girl that needs a good cut! She will be my forever curly hair stylist! Gabriella, I absolutely LOVE her as well! I wanted to go more sun-kissed in color in a healthier way for my curls. She got the right color and toner to what I had envisioned for my hair color to be! She just got promoted to a SENIOR colorist, and that title is well-deserved! These two ladies are my go-to from now on, and I am so satisfied with the service I received! I am originally from NY where customer service is highly competitive, but Prive Salon kicked all of the NY salons that I have been to, out of the park! Love Prive, and will continue to be their dedicated curly hair client!

I went to Prive and got beyond what I expected. The service was incredible and my hair looks gorgeous. Bryanna did my haircut which turned out so much better than I thought it would as I’m used to having extremely long hair. She really made it so much healthier and brought it back to life. Taylor did my coloring and was able to get the exact color I was hoping for. My experience was great and I would recommend any and everyone to come here!!

Easy to make an appointment. Always timely and fast. I use Queidi for color, and Alexis for cut and style. I have never been disappointed. They always do a wonderful job, and I trust them both to decide for me, when I don’t have something in particular in mind.

I received a Skin Medica facial peel from Amanda. She was amazing! She thoroughly answered all of my questions and skin concerns. She recommended products for my oily skin and was attentive to my skin care needs. I can actually feel the difference in my skin after this facial. Ill be back-for sure!

Lizzy is an incredibly talented stylist and a lovely human being on top of it! I have gone to her for years and have even been known to drive nearly two hours each way to see her now that I dont live in Orlando. I highly recommend her if you want to look your best!

I’ve been going to Prive for years and it’s the best of the best! I see Lizzy for my cut & style and Jamie for my color and they are both SO talented! It’s so nice to have two people that i know I can trust will always listen to what I want and that their work will turn out amazing every time! Jaime always gets my blonde just right and Lizzy always gives me the perfect cut and style. And while I don’t personally have extensions, I’ve seen Lizzy’s extension work and she’s amazing at that too! Truly masters of their craft!

I have been to so many stylists that I was a little leery about trying someone new. However, upon a referral, I went to PRIVE’ and was NOT disappointed. Alexis is BOMB!!! To have someone actually listen to what I wanted in a cut was refreshing! I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Privé team. Everyone was so nice and attentive when I went yesterday for my color and cut appointment. Josh was very nice and professional with the booking process before hand, his response time was very quick. The receptionist staff was very welcoming and friendly creating a great first impression. When I arrived they immediately put you in one of their robes and offer you a beverage (bubbly, wine, mimosa, cappuccinos, iced coffee, anything!). Michael was so personable and absolutely killed it with the color yesterday, and Marie was super nice and had me leaving with the cutest curls. The whole staff was very intuitive, and I could tell they have a great team dynamic. All colorists (and I think stylists) have assistants, so there are always people around to help out. The assistants were very on top of tasks and cleaning, and constantly asking if the colorists needed anything. Especially Steven, he seemed to be a right hand man to everyone there. The owner, Patrick, was also present and talking to all of the clients creating an even more welcoming feeling. It was probably the best service I’ve ever had at a salon. I will definitely be paying you another visit either there or in Winter Park (opening August!). Thank you so much again!

OMG! I have to start saying that this place is a beautiful Paradise!... from the moment you arrived until you leave they make you feel like a princess, front staff is so kind, they offer you cappuccino, mimosa or tea (I must say that the cappuccino is delicious and the mimosa divine) it is a very clean, bright and tidy place.- My color professional was Bee (sweet as honey) what a professional and kind girl (I love her ocd to make everything so neat) she was able to end with the horrible carrot color that was in my hair to make a beautiful multi-toned blonde, I dont change Bee for anyone else now! She is so perfect!- My expert in treatments and washing was Angelica, a very sweet, knowledgeable and professional Venezuelan girl, she explained each treatment to me, more than great recommendations for post bleach care, an amazing professional who made me feel at home.- My stylist who cut, dried and curled my hair was Erica, wow, she understood what I wanted, she made great suggestions and we got a cover magazine hair result.I have to say, that I love the teamwork between them, the synchronization and the professionalism of these 3 girls ... I do not change them for anyone else!See you girls on May 🤗

I loved my stylist, Alexis! She was very knowledgeable and willing to teach me everything about my hair type and answer questions. I had a great time chatting with her as well. My cut turned out fabulous for my curls. The salon itself was very inviting and beautiful. The owner, Patrick was also very sweet and welcoming as well! I have found my new favorite salon for sure!

Lizzy is a pro with hand-tied extensions! No need to go anywhere else. From initial consultation to installation, Lizzy takes the time to listen to her clients and always does outstanding work! She is a master at her craft...I love my extensions and would no go anywhere else.

I’m always offered drink while I wait, which I rarely have to do for long. Great consistent haircut no matter what stylist you get, but, if I had to pick one, Alexis, she’s mygo to, always greets with a beautiful smile with great customer service!! Overall, a very pleasant and easy experience!

I have been going to Prive Orlando for 10+ years. I love it! Lizzy and Bee are amazing (everyone is really good, though)! Lizzy cuts/styles my hair and halo extensions perfectly! She even cut my daughters hair for the first time (age 4) and made her feel like a princess. Bee has turned my hair blonde from black and back to dark brown over the years - always protecting my hair and making it shine! She is amazing! Every time I go to the salon they get me seated/prepped and offer me a drink - bubbles, wine, tea, coffee, etc! They are constantly waiting on me and offering refills. It truly is an experience beyond just a cut and color. It is my happy place!!

I really gave this salon several chances over a couple of years on/off. It is a nice looking salon - both Winter Park and Millennial- and they aim to treat you nice. But the products they use are awful and cheap. I had my hair colored and it came out different variations of color. I was promised a new master stylist and supposed to get a ‘on the house conditioning treatment” due to a call to Josh the manager. My hair was so tangly and not manageable after washing. I talked to Nick, the hair stylist about it, but he ended up running behind with the person ahead of me and I got taken care of by someone else. He did not seem concerned about my complaint. I went back a few weeks later for Nick and found out he is no longer with the company. I had the same tangling issue after getting root touch up again. Last week I went to a different salon and received a hair treatment with my root touch up. My hair is soft and manageable after washing. Totally different experience and the cost of the services were about 1/3 of the cost. I never want to go back to Prive- either location- ever again.

I went to Privé salon yesterday for the first time to get balayage and a hair cut. Michael, who colored my hair, was nothing short of incredible! He was so kind and patient and was constantly making sure that he was doing exactly what I had asked for. He was very friendly and personable and made me feel so comfortable!! Michael did an amazing job and left me speechless! It’s everything I wanted and so much more. After I was done with the balayage I went over to Veronica’s station for the hair cut. Veronica’s kindness and warmth immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was very patient and was determined to give me a hair cut that I would love. Both the cut and style were perfect! When everything was done I couldn’t believe it was me in the mirror! I have never dyed my hair before and let me tell you, I was in a state of shock when I saw the finished product! Absolutely incredible. This salon and it’s stylists 100% deserve even more than the 5 stars I have given them! If you have not made an appointment yet with Michael and Veronica, just do it. You will not regret it!

I cannot express how much I love Lizzy Johnson and Prive Salon. I travel from Fairport NY (western New York area- Go Bills!) to get my hand tied extensions with Lizzy Johnson. She is amazing and the salon and atmosphere is like a home away from home. I receive so many compliments on how healthy and gorgeous my hair looks. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair (obviously).

Prive is great. Erica has been the stylist I go to for years and she is fantastic. Erica is kind and amazing at what she does. The staff is very welcoming from the moment you walk in and salon has good ambiance.

I had the privilege of working with Julia this past weekend, and let me just start off by saying, I am EXTREMELY picky on who touches my hair. I have thin strands of hair that frizzes easily and is wavy, but I have A LOT of hair. It can be easily butchered, and it’s happened in the past with other stylists. I expressed my concern to Julia, and she took the time to examine my hair and walked me through what she was going to do with my hair. From the products she used, to the cut she gave me, all the way to the blow dry/style.. I could not be any happier with my hair!! She did SUCH an amazing job, and she went above and beyond on even suggesting what products I should use for my hair type and how to take care of it. She was easy to talk to, and made the entire experience very comfortable.. even with COVID-19 impacting your typical salon experience.I don’t normally leave reviews this lengthy.. but that’s how good she is!! She has a customer for life, I’m THAT impressed and I’ve only been to her ONCE. I’m so glad I finally found an amazing stylist in the Orlando area! All in all: I HIGHLY recommend Julia!!

I was really putting off writing this review because I am not that kind of person to rant about a bad experience and leave a negative review. I usually just let it go and move on, but I cant help myself this time. It has been a little over a month since Queidi Diaz at Prive salon ruined my hair and left it this cheap looking brassy yellow blond. This was my third time at Prive Salon, but my first time using Queidi Diaz. I dont know if she was just having a bad day or just doesnt know what she is doing, but she ruined my nice blond that I came in with. My visit with her was to add more saturation to my already blond hair and instead she turned my nice icy blond into a cheap brassy blond with orange roots. I dont know anyone who would love a brassy orange shadow root. I would have been 100% happier with the hair I entered Prive with before I sat in that chair and she ruined it.I appreciate management trying to make a right out of this terrible highlighting job and having one of their senior colorist try to fix the color that Queidi Diaz left me with, but to be honest there is no fixing here. This has got to be the worst highlighting job I have ever gotten and I cant believe it was done by a colorist at a high end salon for $400+. My hair looks like a home hair dye job gone wrong. My mistake in trusting Prive and not doing my research before using a new colorist. If you take the time and read more reviews, you will see Im not the only person who has had a terrible experience with Queidi Diaz at Prive.Here I am now 6 weeks after the damage, still with the orange hue and finally with hair healthy enough that I can try and fix the color I have looked at and hated for the last 6 weeks. I will definitely not be using Prive Salon even though I did like the first colorist I had used before Queidi Diaz. I just cant bring myself to give this place another penny after one of their colorist damaged my hair so bad.

I consistently leave happy and feeling rejuvenated with a fresh color, cut and style. I always see Ashley “Bee” Benaissa for my color, as I’m blonde, her specialty, and she is so wonderful! They all are professional, clean, kind and always take great care in their work!
