Very satisfied with the service. I did not know i had the potential to be a hand model.Paris Nail is both clean and relaxing. The service was a little slow since i came with a party of four, but that allowed time for the massage chairs to do their magic. Will definitely recommend.

10/10 would come here again. The attention to detail was phenomenal and the concern over my latex allergy and making sure that they used a different type of glove was very reassuring. Next time I come down to Orlando, Ill definitely be back! Ive already told all of my friends about ny great experience!!

Came here with my wife, the most welcoming vibe ever, I felt like an honored guest. Lol.Neat service, fresh towels to wash your hands.I just did basic clean and the massage at the end was so relaxing.

I found this place back in January and have been coming back since. Lilly is my go to, she’s literally amazing. Everyone is absolutely the sweetest as well. I work in hospitality and never have I had my nails last longer than two weeks until I came here. Love it!

Quick and easy. VERY NICE salon as far as cleanliness and decor goes. I’m the type that doesn’t like to chit chat so much while I’m getting my nails done and this was PERFECT! Quiet and with TVs on for distraction.

I dropped in to get my eyebrows done. My eyebrows look nice, but the reason for the 2 star rating and the reason why I won’t be coming back is in the photos. The whole back room was gross and unhygienic. Please clean.

Was put in the pedicure chair and it was not wiped down for Covid. There was even toe nails still on the footrest. I had to wipe it down myself. I was next for a pedicure but they took someone in front of me. I waited over 30 minutes in the chair and still no service. It was hot temperature wise in the salon too, especially having a mask on too. I decided to leave and they didnt even care.

Waxed my eyebrows far too thin even though I specifically told her not to do that beforehand. Additionally, I received a mediocre pedicure and a horrific manicure. It was clearly rushed and she drew blood from four of my fingers. The bathroom and building was clearly a dump and the bathroom was very dark.

The Service was exceptional but the Medi-Pedi I paid for my wife and I was entirely too pricey. I suggest you shop around. The salon should offer a more competitive discount for dual dual services.

My first visit to this location while on vacation. I was very happy with my nails & eyebrowwaxing. The prices are reasonable & everyone was very pleasant.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my service at Paris Nails. I conveniently booked my appointment online for a 5:30 pedicure. When I arrived to the salon, I was greeted and asked to wash my hands. I selected my color and was instructed to sit at one of the pedicure chairs. One of the nails technicians quickly put a tub liner and ran my water for me before servicing their next client. At this point it is around 5:45. I sat in the chair for about 20/25 minutes or so before the technician doing my nails came. He did thank me for waiting. He then proceeded to ask me what service and I informed him I wanted a regular pedicure. He then insisted on gel but still chose regular. He then insisted on a more expensive pedicure, again I chose the least expensive. My pedicure was rushed; he quickly removed the old gel I had on my toes, filed my nails down, applied the cuticle lotion, trimmed my cuticles, and scrubbed my feet. I felt there was no care or precision. My nails weren’t shaped to uniformity and the cuticle on one of my big toes was cut down to low. I am an Orlando resident but wanted to go to a salon that was closer to the hotel I was staying at for the weekend. I will not be visiting again.

Terrible. Stoped by to take off my acrylics since I don’t have the tools to do it myself. The lady just grabbed another plastic nail from the box, started pressing and pushing between my real nail and the acrylics and was just ripping of the acrylics, it destroyed my real nails and it was painful. She didn’t use any tools to file off or anything. Straight up just ripped them off. Still had to pay $10 dollars. Would’ve done it myself if I knew that’s how she was going to do it. Ridiculous.

I had an excellent experience at this salon. They have you wash your hands upon entering so you know they are keeping safety as a priority. Have the mani-pedi combo and my nails turned out beautiful. Very happy customer!

I brought 2 girls with me and neither of them were given their color choice. Also their techs kept trying to upsell them to gel nails. Um, they arent paying! So I didnt appreciate that conversation not being had with the adult who brought them in. Not okay. My tech was good though.

Made an appointment for 4 of us. Still had to wait. A bit pricey. Not to mention one of my acrylics was broken...they fixed it and it doesnt at match the shape of my other nails at all.

Orlando native here. I was recommended this place (girl...) as I was staying elsewhere. I had basically the same experience as Thalia. I came in about 2:25pm, was seated in the pedicure chair and wasn’t served until about 3:15pm. Only reason I sat for so long was because I wasn’t about to walk across their tile to dry my feet off. Another lady (no mask by the way and wasn’t told to put one on) came in and was told there was no wait for pedicure - well within 15 minutes of her sitting and waiting. She put her feet into her sneakers and left.The only nice thing was my nail tech was sweet. I get ingrowns a lot and she really took her time making sure I wasn’t in any pain and that she got it out. I got a gel pedicure and they came out cute, shaping a lil off but cute, I guess.

Absolutely satisfied with the services 💛💛 Took time on my nails AND toes. Amazing prices and absolutely relaxing. Super nice people! This will be my go to from now on!!

This Was my first time there. I booked an appointment at 3:15 the day prior. My pedicure was great Rose did amazing. When it came time for my manicure it just went downhill from there. She had cut my cuticle which bled even after the paint was on. I also asked for The square shape. I had to remind her at least three times for them to be Square and she still continued to round my nails. She also didn’t put the clear gel top coat on one hand of my nails. I went home and squared my nails Myself and bought my own gel top coat. Waste of $60. Still tipped $5 anyways.

This is my regular salon for years whenever i get my nails and toes done. The staffs and services were excellent. Thank you Lily and Isabelle for giving me great services when I needed.

I absolutely love this place! Great location, not too busy. Everyone there is very friendly and attentive. Isabel, my nail tech provides great service. My nails are always nice. No breaking, no chipping. Pedicures last more than a month. Complimentary drinks, spa pedicures, and a foot massage is a must after a very long day!

I highly recommend this nail salon. The techs are professional and they do amazing designs from ombré to 3D. They never run behind on appointments and also take walk-ins. I drive 1 hour to get my nails done by Isabelle because she’s the best! Pedicures are also fabulous. 5 stars for sure. Great spot for tourists looking to get fly while on vacay!

Finally found somewhere thats the most reasonable in price, is quality and quick. I get my gel fills here and they do a great job. THIN coat, and my fill doesnt even start growing out until mid week 2 and my nails grow extremely fast. $35 without tip. they do a great job.

Ive been going here for a few years now and my nails are never nothing short of amazing! I always get a ton of compliments about how clean cut and smooth the polish looks. I live about an hour away so I have tried places in my area. I have to end up getting them fixed by Paris Nails every time. I have 1 favorite nail tech there now but they are all very good!

Twice I went and asked for a manicure with a certain color.. Both times they waited until my color was off until they told me they did not have my color, the second time I asked 3 times the woman blew me off and said sit down sit down and said yes and the same thing happen. So twice I paid for a manicure with a color I did not want. I will not return.

My nails are crooked and uneven. It took forever for them to give me a pink and white that was beyond messed up. They also horribly messed up my friends nails....

Absolutely fantastic service ! My husband , friend and myself got pedicures here .They are fast and do a really great job. They offer a vast variety of pedicure services, including a delux relaxation package which I highly recommend with the lavender option . I had Duck (I think that was his name/nickname) ,he was very fast and fantastic when doing my pedicure and my gel, French acrylic set. Ive been to many nail salons in Orlando and I can honestly say that this is definitely one the best and most affordable nail salons in Orlando. I promise you wont regret coming here .

Had gel manicure and eye lash extensions done here and the only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because my lady was nice and price was good but also too good to be true .. at 35 bucks for extensions you got what you paid for .. she layered so much glue and harsh glue on my eye lashes that when it was time to have them taken off my natural lashes were so short !! I even asked her if glue was harsh etc and she assured me my natural lashes would be fine ..and second my gel polish was lifting and peeling under 2 weeks and I usually can get 3-4 weeks out of them :(

I have been using their services for over a year and never been disappointed. Chin does an outstanding job without engaging into a small talk when I dont feel like chatting.I noticed after my visit to this place my nails look manicured longer than if I were to choose a different salon.

Went in for a full leg wax got home and had so much hair that I had to pluck out eventually went and bought more wax definitely not worth the $55I was asked to check as to Hair being completely removed in a Dimly lit room so it was very difficult for me to see if all the hair was totally removed

Did the hot rock pedicure and a shellac manicure and it was amazing. The massage was great and my nails are on point.

Within 5 days of a gel manicure the polish is chipping off multiple nails in chunks. The people are great- just dont expect your polish to last longer than a week

Terrible Service! Rude employees that get aggressive with you when you show them imperfections. They will smile as long as you quietly walk out with spotty nail polish and crooked nails. They are impatient and will definitely berate you in their native language as well as in English. All the kind employees who knows how to deliver good work has left the business and I’m definitely not surprised. I will NEVER go back and I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

This place is amazing; the tech that does my nails is very friendly and savvy. I drive 35 miles across town to go to this salon. Everyone is friendly and most of all, we can understand each other. They are experts in their fields.

I visited this establishment and the experience itself was wonderful. My nail tech was very caring and paid attention to detail. The pedicare was as wonderful as a luxurious spa experience. The only down fall was that I called ahead of time and attempted to make an appointment at 7:40 (they close at 8) the lady on the phone told me the latest I could come was 7:30. Needless to say if you close at 8 then I feel you should welcome clients until then. I am still choosing to give it 5 stars because the staff was friendly and I overall had a great experience I would come back if in the area.

Nail services were as good as any nail place. techs were not able to communicate too well with me. waxing applicator stick was re-used by tech & I had stray hairs left ;-( Overall the nail service was good but I would not recommend their waxing services

This is the best place in Orlando to get your nails done, and BeBe is the best specialist ever. She is super friendly, does a great job on my mani, pedi and eyebrows and is always just a pleasure to see. The best manicures I have ever gotten; cuticles cut low, polish that lasts and she can do some crazy and beautiful nail art. I go to her for every holiday to put something fun on my nails. You will not want to go to anyone else after you get your nails down by her. So go!

They charged me an extra five dollars for a service I didnt get or ask for. I knew I didnt get it because my friend had gotten the honey scrub treatment and I definitely didnt get the honey scrub. When I said I didnt get it, they wouldnt remove the charge. The top coat was just a kind of sticky top coat. Recommend painting over with seche vite. I think they did a nice job with the Mani pedi tho.

Horrible service. I had my acrylic nails removed and she ripped two of my nails. Plus they charged me for a manicure when she only shaped my nails (not well) and didnt even remove all of the nail polish off. I didnt get any color put back on because I return to work this week.
