Ms. Cicely was very professional but friendly, we chatted the entire time; yet she was very thorough in explaining every step of my color and cut as she was performing her duties. Best haircut ever!

I contacted Cicely and inquired on a full hair weave. I paid for a consultation and she stated she did not like during full hair weaves but she would make an exception. I told her to look at my hair to make sure it could handle a full weave and she stated it would not a problem so I purchased extremely expensive hair because I had an extremely important business trip and several meetings and I needed superior results.. In addition I requested for her to dye my hair to match the weave. She successfully dyed the hair on short notice and paid top dollar for that service. When she completed the weave , arriving 22 minutes late, it was HORRIBLE because my hair is too thin in the front to cover. I was devastated. I even got a second opinion at they sated my hair hair is way too short and thin to accommodate a full weave without having a lace part. Keep in mind I did tell Cicely I wanted a lace part but she stated she could do it correctly. I informed her and told her to take out my hair because I did not want to take a a chance with a horrible job and look unprofessional. Why would take my money if you could not do proper work. That looks very desperate and greedy. She is a good colorist but I do not recommend a full weave even with a paid consultation. I do not mind paying top dollar for services for this was a total rip off. She recorded my hair from the back not showing the horrible results of the front.
