As someone that has immune issues I appreciate the cleaning, spacing of clients and staff mask wearing during this time. I feel safe and still come out with awesome hair. I made an appointment and waited 3 weeks to get in. Suzanne the manager took my appointment and I told her I used to see Eric. She was short on the phone but knew who I was. Today I show up for my appointment at 9 and she comes out to my car to inform me the hairdresser called in with a fever. She called a number that was years old after taking my new number at time of appointment. I asked if there was anyone else who could do my hair and the answer was no. She clearly is someone who took her feelings towards Eric out on me.I drove from. Mt Plymouth an hours drive. It is truly sad how people treat each other.

I walked in and got a hair cut with Marie. I was very satisfied with the hair cut and especially my bangs! She took the time to ask me questions and really understand the look that I wanted. I felt comfortable and was not sitting there wondering whether my hair would come out good or not. This is definitely my new spot.

After being completely let down from a previous appointment at a salon in Baldwin Park, me and my daughter frantically searched for a second choice, we searched near by salons and this was the first one that popped up and had some great reviews so we gave it a try! Viktoria really took the time to understand what my daughters (14 years old) expectations were and she also explained why it wasnt something her hair could handle. (It was in bad shape due to over coloring and heat) and my daughters was VERY VERY RED! The staff was AMAZING! Very nice and welcoming. Very educated and fun. The restroom was very clean. The salon was little but nice and cozy. I heard it will be remodeling soon and I cant wait to see the results! Highly recommended! great prices! I had a blast and didnt even get services! Will be returning soon! First time customer discounts on hair products too! ❤

Im glad I finally made an appointment with Fusion after being in the area for so long! I got a cut and balayage from Omar, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The price is really affordable for a quality salon, and all the stylists I met seemed like friendly, experienced professionals. I was especially grateful for the strict masking and distancing protocol, which made me feel a lot more comfortable having my hair done as an immunocompromised person. Good experience all around and I plan on going back!

I have been going here for at least 4 years now and I love them. They have been amazing with the pandemic, but beyond that Bart is fantastic.I love going to him with a vague idea of a color I’m looking for, he always takes the time to think of not only what color would look good but also not cause too much damage to my hair. He is talented when it comes to how he has colored and cut my hair. He does give the best scalp massages I have ever hade, he is worth going to for just a wash and style. He never disappoints me and always impresses me with his knowledge and innovative color and styling techniques. Love this salon! Suzanne is my stylist and she did an amazing job! My hair is thick and frizzy but, after my cut and color, I was in love again! Being stuck in the house for months was depressing. Nothing like a new cut to feel great again! The salon was very clean and I watched as everything got sanitized after each use. Everyone working was so pleasant and professional. I also got some great products to try out at home.

I have been going here for about 9 years, which says something in and of itself. My stylist, Bart, is one word an artist. He is definitely a master of his craft, the best colorist and stylist that I have ever seen. Bart and the staff there bend over backwards to insure sanitized conditions, which is important to me as an immunocompromised person. I could not recommend this place, and especially Bart, more. They are truly gems.

Omar was amazing. I gave him a few guidelines of what Id like and my budget and asked him to do whatever he felt would look good and WOW. I love my hair!!! I havent been this happy with a highlight, cut & style in probably 15 years!!

When I made my appointment I told them exactly what colors Id need. When I showed up, I was told they didnt have enough dye to do what I asked for. Then, I was told if they bleached it, it was going to take 4 hrs and they had another appointment coming in. So not only did I have I have to settle on a style I didnt want, it also wasnt done correctly because someone else was coming in. For what I was charged, something should have been done right.

I really liked this place, my stylist did a great job with my hair, and she made me feel comfortable. From the beginning, I was met with a friendly greeting, and a beer in hand.Parking is not the greatest, so you have to sometimes park on the side street, but I would say thats the only downfall.I can understand why these guys are one of the top rated salons in the country. I will go back to them again.

I LOVED my experience at Fusion! Im very last minute scheduler, but because Fusion offers extended hours on Friday, they were able to fit me in almost instantly! Not only was the staff very accommodating and flexible with my schedule, they were very patient with me when I was trying to decide/ explain exactly what I wanted. My stylist was Mandy- she was superb! She was very patient and realistic with my requests. I also had my eyebrows done by Victoria who did a fantastic job! Both stylists exceeded my expectations! To top it off, I found the price to be very reasonable:) I usually cringe at the end of a salon day after I am given the bill. However, at Fusion I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the total expenditures. I felt like the staff genuinely care about their clients budget, something I greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend Fusion and will be going back!

Love the place. Its very trendy and know the latest techniques in color and cuts. Eric has been cutting my hair for 14 yrs now!! Eric is easy to work with, and always gives you exactly what you asked for. The entire staff are great too!! Always offering you a beverage, or magazine. Its a pleasant environment to come and relax while you get your hair styled. I highly recommend the place!!

I was introduced to Fusion Hair Design about 2 years ago. I lived in Orlando for over a year without getting my hair cut because I am so particular about who touches my hair. I was referred to Shannon, as I was told that she is good with curly/thick hair. Nervous as I could be, I went in for my cut. Since I left that first day, I realized that no one has ever been better with my hair.Growing up, I got used to the same cut, never changed a thing. I let Shannon explore and do something different. I can honestly say that I am in love with my hair, and couldnt have asked for ANYONE better. She is so patient, confident, and took the time to know what I am comfortable with. I have gotten more compliments on my hair than I ever have before, thanks to Shannon. Best of all-- shes the nicest/coolest hair stylist youll ever come across. I referred her to one of my closest friends and she too fell in love. If you arent going to Shannon, youre missing out!

I wouldnt have been going here for over 6 years if it wasnt awesome. The staff is professional, friendly, and laid back. Ive been going to Sheri, and shes always patient, takes her time, willing to experiment, and offers to go the extra mile. The staff constantly offers new services and upgrades their qualifications. Theres even free cupcakes on the weekends. I couldnt say enough about this place!

Have gotten my hair done with Victoriya twice and both times have been amazing! My favorite salon in Orlando because it truly is worth every penny, and its not even that many pennies!! They are so friendly and do high quality work. My problem is always split ends and she makes sure to solve that problem and OTHERS while keeping the length. I dont understand the magic behind this. Will let you all know if I find out.

Having short hair and having some really bad cuts in my life I am extremely picky on selecting a hairdresser. I did my research and called many salons only one listened to my concerns.
