Lilly did my hair wonderful and fast. She did exactly what I wanted and the turn out was Amazing!!!

Lily completely botched my hair cut. Asked for a trim and long layers. This is the horrendous after math. I paid $35 for a wash, cut and dry and she refused to dry my hair because “my other clients are waiting” 15 minutes before my appointment ended. She stopped mid cut to answer her phone to talk to someone as well. It was a rushed and sloppy job. DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I could get a refund, and the lady who did my hair needs to lose her cosmetology license.

First let me begin by saying I’m very picky when it comes to mine and my daughters hair. We both have very thick curly hair. Lily is amazing she makes our hair feel so heathy and silky. Love the results after she blows out my hair.

I absolutely LOVE elegance hair salon! Lily is by far the best tho ❤️I go every 2 weeks and she literally makes my hair look like a silk press with lots of bounce and volume!! If you want some beautiful natural hair, this is your place!!!

This is my 5th AND LAST attempt at trying to leave a review. It keeps erasing my review whenever I try to post it. I would have given up if it werent for the great service Yoli gave me...so I owe it to her to try yet again. Here I go...last attempt...sigh!Anyway, I am a black woman with 4b hair type, plus I have extremely dry scalp from all the heavy medications I take due to having Sickle Cell Anemia. I just got out the hospital and needed a miracle done on my hair, but couldnt get to my usual salon. My daughter referred me to Elegance since she had good service there & it was real close to my house. I called & explained to Yoli what my concerns were(my scalp) and what I wanted done...a deep conditioning, blow out, and trim. I went in needing a miracle and came out with flowing, bouncing, silky, light, & very healthy looking tresses! My before and after pics are in the photo section!Yoli gives the best scalp scrubs/massages during the shampoo process. Shes real thorough and she took her time on my scalp, which was greatly needed! Although it burned like hell, lol, she got my hair straightened from root to tip with that blow dryer & curling iron in no time! If you are black, on the east side of Orlando in the Waterford/Avalon area, and need a stylist who can manage your hair, visit Elegance and ask for Yoli! Thank you Yoli! 😘

This is the best place i have ever been to cut my hair!!!! I am 100% satisfied with my cut & style. I am damn sure they won’t let us to regret. Though this is my first time here, i am completely happy. Before stepping into the salon, have some ideas meaning that your cut and style. They have different staffs for different cuts, so ask your type of cut (short, medium, long). I did my haircut(Short) with Maria who is a very professional and very good experience. She nailed it!!! I felt that cost is little expensive but I would recommend to everyone for sure!!!! I am sure this salon gonna be the No.1 in Orlando...

This was the worst experience Ive ever had in a hair salon, and Ive been to many hair salons. First, when I got there for my appointment at 4 they made me wait 30 minutes because my hair stylist was still with her last client. She was also taking long because she would go back and forth from the receptionist to the other hair stylist, gossiping and wasting time. My hair stylist Lily S. was the worst hair stylist Ive ever met. I booked an appointment for her to cut and iron my hair, which I checked in the website before I got here, it was: 30 for woman haircut with shampoo and conditioning and 30 for blow dry and style. While she was washing my hair she tells me that my hair is very dry so shes gonna shampoo and use a thick conditioner in my hair (never asked me if I wanted it, never told me how much it was). While she was ironing my hair she was only doing the top coat of my hair, ignoring the back of hair only blow drying it. She was too busy talking to her co-workers about her halloween plans. The finished product was a mess, with only the top coat of my hair ironed. Then when she went to charge me, I found out they were charging me 97$. I was very confused since I double checked the prices before I got here. She just proceeded to tell me that the conditioner that she put on me was a 30$ up charge. When I told her that I never asked for it she proceeded to give me attitude telling me that she let me know that the conditioner was an up charge and she asked me if I wanted it (which she never did). Then she told me that I probably wasnt listening, which isnt her problem. Ive never experienced such a horrible experience in a hair salon like this. I came in with the intention in spending money to get my hair cut and ironed and ended up spending practically 100$ for a horrible stylist who scams you out of your money and gives you attitude right after she takes it from you. NEVER COME HERE. trust me there are way better hair salons that will charge you less and give you better service then Lily S. gave me. I am never coming back and I will make sure none of my friends and family come here either.

Went to get my hair cut today and the staff was very welcoming and nice. I did not have an appointment and they still provided service. The salon is kept very clean. I loved the hair cut and was a reasonable price.

I question the verisimilitude of any establishment that backs out on an agreement set days in advance just minutes before a scheduled appointment. My girlfriend was forthright and clear with the owner pertaining to exactly what she was wanted and what we could afford and said owner seemed happy to oblige up until the moment she came in for her appointment. $250 for a balayage, a little on the expensive side for the job, but reasonable if the work proceeds the reputation of the establishment (as we were led to believe). We were hoping to have this done for an upcoming interview she had the next day, but the owner demanded an extra $100 to proceed before starting the process without cause for reason apart from the usual my shop I decide the price . Despite the outrageousness of this, she made every honest attempt to reason with him, but as one could hope from someone as dishonest and unprofessional as the man who claims himself the owner of this salon he refused to see reason or seek compromise and sent her away with little more professional courtesy than what you might expect from a spineless snake. I strongly urge anybody whos looking for an honest and respectable salon to bring their business to SEEK ELSEWHERE, less you let these deceivers con you out of more money than whatever youre looking to have done is worth.

I am so glad that I found Lily at Elegance Hair Salon, she has been my stylist for years and I absolutely love her. A great stylist w range and always with a smile. Ive been coming to Elegance Hair for about a year. I love it. Its owned by five sisters so its always clean, spacious, modern and friendly. Lily has been my hairdresser since the beginning and shes awesome. Great super straight blowouts, Keratin treatments and hair cuts. The prices are good too. I definitely recommend this place!

I took my 8 year old daughter to get her hair washed and cut by Nataly, who was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I wanted for my daughter and delivered. I knocked down one star for only one reason and that was because on their website they advertise that kids haircut/wash is $20. Keep in mind I brought my own shampoo and conditioner and her own comb. when I went to pay I was told it was $30. When I asked why, another lady told me its because they havent updated their prices on the website, so she told Nataly to give it to me for $25 (wasnt to happy about that because thats not how I like to do business) but the atmosphere is really nice. I would still highly recomend this salon. I would just call and ask for prices before going in so your not surprised with the amount since the prices on their websire is not accurate. I believe $30 is somewhat on the higher end for a kids cut especially when you are supplying your own things. Salon is big and beautiful, also Nataly disinfected the chair my daughter used when she was done washing her hair BIG PLUS!! And even though I wasnt to happy with how they changed the price on me, the experience and how my daughters hair came out is why I will go back again.

Mary-Luna recently gave me a wash and layered haircut this morning. My hair instantly felt better upon touch and much healthier! At my arrival, I was greeted by the owner and led to my stylist (Mary). She was very sweet and understood the type of cut I wanted based off a description and Pinterest screenshot I had (I asked for a V-cut with textured layers to show off my natural waves). I was nervous because stylists usually dont know how to cut thick/wavy/voluminous hair and I end up going home and fixing their mistakes for myself.Mary did a beautiful job of taking off two years worth of split ends, giving me the angled cut that I wanted and seemed fit for my hair type and gave me wonderful choppy layers. I left the salon with no blow dry because I wanted to see how it would fly with my natural damp hair and its been air-drying all day and Ive gotten compliments from my coworkers about how much shape my hair now has! Will definitely be back to put my strands in Marys hands!The price was fantastic too! Very affordable. The salon was simplified and clean and bright and the staff was welcoming. I hope to be a returning customer there.

I visited the Elegance Hair salon for the first time today. My hair has not looked this good in years. Had so many of my friends/coworkers commenting on how fantastic it looks. Glad I made the decision to change to this salon. Lilly listened to my needs and perfectly executed it. I had some trouble with my natural hair at the roots and some curls at the bottom right from my last perm. She made my hair lighter and natural looking again by creating a soft layer all throughout. I just appreciate how much attention she puts to what her clients want and need. I highly recommend everyone who goes to this salon to ask for Lilly.

The staff are very experienced with haircuts, blow-dry, flat-iron & color. The fact that this salon has almost 5 star reviews is beyond me. I came in for a haircut today and simply asked for a 3 on the sides and scissors on the top. I told the stylist exactly where I wanted her to stop trimming and she still managed to do that wrong. She ended up shaving way past where I told her to stop and tried to style my hair into something completely different than I asked. Not to mention she spent 30 minutes using a razor to trim the back and stung me about 15 times with the corner of her razor.If you’re looking for a salon that will charge you $20 just to ignore everything you ask them to do and you want your hair to be ruined then I recommend going to elegance hair salon in Orlando.

When I came in, I had hair all the way down my back and was looking to get it cut shoulder length, but was nervous for the change and nervous for how it was going to turn out. My appointment was with Janet, and I couldnt have been happier. I was donating my hair so she made sure to help me get that situated with ease and packaged so that the hair keeps well. As for the haircut, she did an amazing job and I hadnt felt that pretty in a while. She told me that she has over 20 years of experience and it showed. She knew how to best cut and style my hair for how curly it is and Ive really loved it. I will be returning, probably to her specifically.

I went to this salon showed a picture of a natural short hairstyle was told I needed a relaxer. I informed Lily on the phone I wanted my hair natural, no relaxer and that my hair was thin and fine. I was told to come on into shop. I arrived and they cut my hair so short and can no longer even put in a ponytail and I also now have to wear wigs until my hair grows back. Before the attempt was made to do my hair I informed her that I wanted to get up and go with my natural fine hair without the use of wigs, weaves, braids or anything else anymore. Well this salon (Lily) made it so that I will have to continue to wear wigs until my hair grows back. Very disappointed and I Do Not Recommend this Salon for Black women unless you have a relaxer. The saddest part of all is that her hair is somewhat the way my hair was suppose to be, but it definitely is no where near it. Ive been looking for a good hair salon for my short hair for about 6 months, with no luck. I just so happened to google map this place after finding out my normal stylist wasnt going to be able to cut my hair that day. I walked into Elegance and Im very happy I did. Michael did a great job on my trim and I definitely see me going back. Everyone was very professional and happy. Id recommend it to anyone.

I went in for just a basic hair cut and was received very quickly. The place is very clean and organized. Lilly did an amazing job on my hair, she was very outgoing, friendly, and offered suggestions which I found very helpful especially since I have thick heavy hair. Definitely recommend!

Desperate for a last minute haircut and style, I used found them online and used their app to make an appointment. Zee was my stylist and she was amazing. She was so sweet and gave me a lot of advice for my hair. (Note: Advice, not sales pitches.) From what I could see around me, all the other customers of other stylists looked great too. Super thankful I ended up there. The salon was clean, reasonably priced and super easy to find.

I had a great experience here with Lilly. They were very accommodating with me not having an appointment as I just walked in. Lilly was very pleasant and did a wonderful job with my hair. I am glad I found Elegance because they offer excellent services. I will definitely be coming back.

Ive been going there for the past 6 months now and Im very happy. Lilly is a great stylist. She has helped bring the life back to my hair and does a beautiful job with my hair cut. I came in with some damage because I was between stylists and hadnt been able to really maintain my hair, but she has done wonders in caring for my hair and giving it back its thickness and healthy glow. The salon itself is nice and bright. However, I did not like the haircut I received. I went into the salon with my hair just past my shoulders, I asked for a trim with layers on my long bob (I planned on growing it out). Long story short, the hairstylist cut my hair to my chin. Granted, my hair looked good afterward but I didnt get what I wanted. And just for reference, shampoo/haircut/style was $45 plus $5 tip. I wont be going back.

I love this hair salon! This is the first time someone was able to properly blow out my hair. My hair is natural curly and very thick but it was no challenge for them. I absolutely love Lilly, she is the best. She always leaves my hair with so much body. She slays me every time!

The worst haircut in years by CECILE. She paid more attention to her boyfriend bringing her orange juice than my hairstyle and cut it TOO SHORT. Nothing fixes too short . I walked in with long hair about to my mid back. I told her to cut it shoulder length and she cut it to my chin! I told her to layer it underneath and she layered on the outside instead and cut it even shorter! I was VERY specific about what I wanted and how I wanted it cut. Nothing was done the way I wanted and it will take months for my hair to grow out to the right length. I have an event in two weeks and she just ruined my entire month. I am furious and will never go back. If you want a stylist that listens to you dont come here.

Beautiful salon, well kept and clean. Smells nice and no chemical smell. Came three times as a walk in. First time, they charge me $40, second time, they charge me $55 and the third time $50 for the same exact work, wash/dry. They should have a certain structure were they keep the prices fair and consistent. My hair is not even that long, does not even reach half my back. Too expensive for the kind of service they provide. I feel like the prices are depending the mood of the stylist. Then if someone else has an appointment and comes in 1 hour after you, they take them first while you are with your hair half dry just playing musical seats game from chair to chair. Even Dolce Vita which is one of the best salons in Orlando, charge me flat rate $40 for hair wash and dry. Im not coming here anymore or reccommending to anyone I know.

Horrible! I called and made an appointment with lily. I go there and the lady starts cutting my hair and I was thinking that she is lily. Nope she was not, and they didnt even mention it. Her name was Dianne and she was horrible. I asked for a trim. She cut my hair in levels no tapering, no blending it looks like stairs.DONT GO THERE!

I am always pleased. I am not a big advocate for blow drying my hair. So, when I decide to have my hair done I trust Lilly. She knows how to converse with me inorder to get me to relax and let her do my hair. It always looks ptetty and perfect.🤗

By far the best hair salon I have ever gone to and will continue to go to. My stylist Melissa is the best, I have never been disappointed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Not worth it!I went in for an appt and asked how much they charge for wash and blow out. They didn’t want to give me a price because they wanted to see how much work they had to do with my hair wet. I didn’t mind because I know my hair is easy to work with. After the blowout the lady did an okay job. Wasn’t very impressed to go back again. So when i got to the front desk the guy asks the owner (idk what she was) how much to charge me and the lady told him the price in spanish. Even the guy at the front desk said thats too much like 5 times but she was firm with the price. I paid it but def won’t return. They charge too much for no reason. And it looks like the owner just makes prices up on who she wants to charge the most. Ive paid between $30-40 my whole life on blow outs and they want to charge me $50-my hair isn’t even long. When the receptionist knows its too much you know thats messed up.

Best experience ever, when it comes to a hair salon, this was my first time visiting but not my last. I have to say that it can be really scary at times, when you visit a new hair salon, because you don’t know anyone, but I felt Awesome and feel Amazing now with my hair, thanks to My new hair stylist Nataly R...... “Thank you Nataly you are Amazing, your service was Exceptional!!!...

How do I even start. Six weeks out from my wedding, I wanted to get a trim (no more than a 1/4 inch). In deciding on the salon for my cut, I figured that this would be a good place, since Ive been there a couple of times before for a blowout, BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART. Went in, provided explicit instructions, and the hairdresser (the owner) did what she wanted. I didnt feel good about the haircut because it was a lot shorter than I asked for, and this is 6 weeks out from my wedding. I went home, and realized that not only was it too short, but it was also uneven, I instantly broke down crying. Because it was uneven, I spoke to the front desk person and he said to come back in and they would fix it. Went in the next day, sat in a different hairdressers chair and again was disappointed. They ended up using clippers to even it out my sides and basically I walked out losing 3 inches of hair (I only went in for a TRIM). My wedding hairstyle is no longer an option, was going for the roaring 30s and now I am rocking a Rihanna. So bottom line, this is a limited salon, only good with blow-outs.

Over processed my entire hair. Began to come out in chunks! They tried to hide how bad it was, only admitting to what I could see in the front. It wasnt until I got home that I noticed strands of hair that were uneven because they had broken. If you love your hair and your money...dont waste your time here. Go see a real professional.
