I’ve been coming here since I moved to Orlando in August of 2017. I’ve been seeing Mildred and only Mildred (she’s Dominican 🇩🇴) and my hair has never been better! I have thick curly hair and she prices me very well considering that quotes from others salons were in the 100s for a wash alone. She charges very well and my hair is healthy! I definitely recommend her and this salon. Pro tip: You can also get your nails done here!

Wont take walking nail salon just to clean and manicure nails

May be ok for hair but not for nails. It says walk in welcome at the door but if you dont have an appointment they dont even talk to you. No customer service skills at all, they ignore you if they dont know you.

On Tuesday I went to make some highlights with Negry and left there with burnt hair because I left in the hair drying chair for so long that I felt that my scalp was burning and I had to get out of the machine to Avoid something worse. The worst of this is that the lady seeing what happened did not let me know what happened and I came to realize at home that the hair was broken and burned. I made the complaint and treated myself as if I was being dramatic and gave me no solution.

Very bad experience, first with the nail tech marielis that the first 2 appointments wait for her like 20 min up to 30 minutes and the last appointment was forgotten and I was expecting her as a fool and she had no idea that she had an appointment with me. Then I started to attend with Erika and I waited for the first appointment for 30 minutes, today I lost patience with Erika, my appointment was for 10 am and it was 10:45 and I was like a stupid waiting. For that I go as a walk in that appointment because appointment and walk in is the same for those two unaccountable over time. You are human, you get tired of waiting 45 minutes when you are dating. If the clients cannot attend the time they say, then work as a walk in only because obviously these 2 do not know what an appointment is.
