Loved this place! Went for a couples massage and it was everything you could ask for! We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and afterwards had a bite to eat as well as drink poolside. Definitely recommend this spot. You can spend hours within the spa too honestly.

Pretty good spa. My facial and massage were both good. The front desk staff were a little off. They did not seem to understand what was going on.In the mens room there are private showers and supplies like deodernt and lotion. They also have a steam room.

The best place to get a massage love it and for sure be returning. The staff is attentive they provide towels,sauna, showers. Beautiful clean bathrooms , a must go!!

So My husband and Daughter took me to this Hilton for Mothers Day. We came into the spa the afternoon before mothers day and very last minute asked if they had any openings. Although they really were booked up, Tamra and Karen fit me in a little before opening. I was so pleased and very greatful that Tamra went above and beyond for me. Karen was my massage therapist and I had the most pleasant experience Ive ever had tbh. Karen is AMAZING at what she does. All the while being extremely kind and comforting. What an amazing way to start off my Mothers day.I would HIGHLY recommend you give them a try, they are priced very fairly and they truly care about their clients. I most definitely will be coming back for more.Thanks again Ladies

I’ve been to this place a few times with my husbandAnd the customer service and treatment that we have received it has been awful, once they know you bought it through Groupon everything is a problem even to make the reservation they lie to you and said they don’t have anything available. And make you feel very uncomfortable like you’re cheap and are not up to their “LEVEL” I will never recommend this place to anyone.If they dislike it so much, why do they sell this services through Groupon????

Great massage with a highly experienced masseuse. For such a small woman, she had incredibly strong hands and was able to get all the kinks and knots out of my back. The facilities were very clean and the amenities were great. Glad we came and we’ll definitely come again.

Amazing service and one of the best massages Ive ever had. Staff was friendly. Amenities by the pool were stellar and the spa are was immaculate.The only complaint if lack of a unisex area like some other places for me and my wife before the treatment, but easily remedied by access to the pool area!

Great service. They make you feel like royalty with a robe and sandals. There is a steam room and showers. Lots of amenities such as tea and water. If you are a guest of the spa they will give you a pool pass.

Very disappointed. I requested shellac manicure and pedicure , requested shellac removal first. That was honestly the worst nails job done in my life. She did not have time to start my feet that I asked for the polished gel on my finger nails and cuticles to be removed. I had gel polish everywhere on my cuticles at least 3 mm all around, It looked terrible. A child would have painted the way it looked. I asked her to stop the scrub and exfoliation and cream and concentrate on my nails but was not listening I think she got very nervous because I was getting very frustrated. Anyway, she was nice but not skilled at all for nails. Maybe they should make the staff stick to what they are good at, but let me tell you it was not nails. I still had to pay $137.05, that was not even pleasant and I still have gel on both fingers and toes, no polish on and have to get it done somewhere else tomorrow as it is almost 5 oclock now on Sunday. I have an important evening tonight and wanted to look good from head to toes!!! This was a TERRIBLE mistake.

I came into the spa on 2/18 and had a massage with Astor. Amazing would be an understatement! The amount of pressure was perfect and he was just overall GREAT! I will be back 100%

Had a wonderful visit. All staff there were friendly and accommodating. I had a massage and used the facilities in the spa. It was very clean and well stocked. Archangel Winters did my massage and he was phenomenal! Very relaxing and refreshing,

I was at eforea today for a massage and facial. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. My services were scheduled back-to-back and they were both on time. Would definitely recommend!

Got off to a bad start due to scheduling. However the massage therapists did an amazing job for my wife and I. The amenities at the spa were also fantastic. I would definitely come here again.

Booked a couples massage through Groupon. It included free valet parking, access to the pool and a bar voucher. An additional 20% gratuity is added on and some other fees once youre there. So not really worth the Groupon since its ends up being a regular priced massage in the end.After checking in, youre given a tour of the facility, the bar voucher and access to the pool. If you have been to any of the more updated hotels in the area, then the pool area is a tad underwhelming. Theres a slide (no lifeguard present), a lazy river and the pool. All of which are nothing exciting. The bar voucher is good for two drinks. Alcoholic or non-alcoholic.Before the massage, you change into a robe and slippers and leave your belongings into a locker. Not sure what the material of the robe is, but its not soft on the skin. Its very itchy and very thin and see through. Be prepared for everyone to see what your underwear looks like under it.Theres a waiting area once youre changed. It has a jug of water and three different teas to choose from. Theres a steam room and showers. All of which were nice and clean. The ladies bathroom had tolietries for use. The one concern with the ladies restroom was that the lock does not work on the very first stall.The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. The massage therapist were very nice as well. The massage itself could have been better, especially with the pressure applied on the legs. My therapist did spend a few minutes massaging my scalp which was the best part of it all.

DONT GO HERE!! I am honestly so appalled with how I was treated at this god awful place. The manager literally grabbed me by my arm and kicked me out because of FALSE ACCUSATIONS. I’m so distraught and will have my lawyer involved.

My massage was wonderful. Walleska made sure she knew my my concerns and did a fantastic job on my massage. My favorite part was that she finished each section of my body with a hot towel. That was something that I did not get from other massages. Thank you.My facial with Yarelis was interesting. She shaved my face with a new item called Dermaflesh. It took the place of a steam on my face. I have not decided that it was something I liked, or didn’t. It was different.I wish that the facial didn’t seem like a sales pitch. It felt like she was trying to sell me the products more than I was getting a relaxing facial.I enjoyed ordering my lunch. It was the veggie burger. It was great and the person thrhat took my order and served it was exceptional.I did not like that the tip was already part of the bill.Overall, it was a good day.

Really disappointed with this place. I came here with my mom at the end of August while we were staying in Orlando. Funny thing is, we actually own a spa out in PA. Upon telling this to someone there, a nail tech came out and tried selling us a facial machine. We told her MULTIPLE TIMES that we werent interested in it because we have better ones already, but she kept trying to sell it to us, even throughout my service. I got a deluxe pedicure and I really was disappointed with it. My feet werent exfoliated, there was no massage, I could go on. All she did was put lotion on my legs and wrapped it in plastic wrap for a couple minutes. Then when my nails were done drying back at the hotel room, i realized how awful the polish looked! Half my nails didnt even have top coat! Sooooo not worth $85. Then my mom said her massage sucked. The woman shorted her time by like 10 minutes and there was no pressure AT ALL. She said the woman had no idea what she was doing and lightly ran her hands up and down her body. My mom is a massage therapist and gets massaged frequently and not ONCE has she complained other than this. Everyone has different touches, but she said it was very clear this woman had no idea how to massage someone. The only reason I gave this place ONE STAR is because the girl at the front desk was very nice and professional. I spoke to her for quite a while and that was really nice. However, id recommend passing up the opportunity to come here. The technicians were awful.

Couples massage. Absolutely terrible service. The lady working the front desk botched our scheduling twice and then when our groupon did not work actually tried to charge us full price after the fact. The real problem is whoever is doing the hiring, because this was the last person who should be working with customers. It was like being at the DMV, except at the DMV you know youre going to have a bad experience. The massages themselves were actually decent, but the scheduling and dealing with that lady at the front desk undid any type of relaxation we could have gotten.

Words cant express just how much I loved the services that I received at Eforea Spa. I was visiting Orlando for my friends birthday and I decided to treat her to a massage and facial. I experienced multiple flight delays during my trip to Orlando, but Pat from Eforea Spa graciously changed my spa appointment at the last minute. I mustve called Pat at least five times due to the delays, and each time she was so pleasant and enjoyable to speak with.When I arrived at the spa, my friend and I were 15 minutes late because of a birthday luncheon. The times of our services were shortened to ensure that our treatments were complete before the spa closed. I received a facial from Walesca and it was wonderful.I received my massage from Aster and it was the best massage that Ive had in my entire life. He started with medium pressure and maintained it throughout the entire massage. He completely released my facia, so much so that when I returned to my hotel room I was able to execute side splits. Ive not been able to do that in nearly a year due to the tightness of my hip flexors, hamstrings, and calf muscles. Ive danced/cheered for professional sports teams, and I would have to say that quality of Asters massage is on par with the Sports Massage Therapists that worked for those teams. Actually, Aster is honestly better!I also accidentally left my Apple Watch in the pocket of the robe and placed it into the hamper. When I ran back to the spa (after they were closed). They helped me go through the pile of robes and find my watch before it was washed! I was so happy!!Eforea spa was amazing! Everyone there went above and beyond to provide my friend and I with the best experience, which included strawberry champagne. I wish I could give Eforea Spa 10 stars.
