I came into the salon to see Robin as I recently relocated to Orlando and needed a new hair dresser. I needed to re-establish my color and the shape of my cut. I have very thick hair which is really tricky to manage. Robins suggestions were spot on. She recommended a treatment during the coloring and shared the very reasonable pricing with me before she did it. I wanted to change the color a bit, and it turned out perfect! She cleaned up the cut amazingly. I will definitely be back with Robin in 6 weeks for my next appointment! Thanks Robin! Excellent work and great value.

Listened patiently to how I wanted to my hair to look and also gave me good suggestions. Haircut turned out amazing! I love coming here to get my eyebrows threaded. They are very professional and friendly! I drive 40 minutes just to come to this location. Their service is worth it! It’s hard to trust anyone with your eyebrows but they really go above and beyond.

I’ve been twice now and Robin is officially my new go-to stylist. I have difficult to treat tight curly hair and she evened my color, gave me cute highlights, and was able to properly cut my curls without needing to straighten them first while also keeping them soft and healthy looking. This place isn’t the cheapest, but I love the service enough that I don’t mind.

Had a great experience yesterday with Haitham. I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he ran with it. He was very detail oriented and particular. It was obvious he takes a lot of pride in what he does and the end results. Loved my new hair cut/color and felt refreshed!

I went to the salon last Tuesday with my mom to get our facial hair removed. I ended up getting some wax to remove hair on my chin and sideburns also. this lady didn’t know what she was doing because she burned my face, I didn’t feel it until a couple of days after when I noticed my skin peeling. I have been treating the burn and it looks better now, but I hate that this happened. I won’t go back again.

Visited this salon specifically because of their great reviews and convenient location. I made a last minute Saturday appointment online and so happy I gave it a try! Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming, and my stylist Eddie was FANTASTIC! Eddie listened to what I wanted, asked questions and did not try to up-sell me needlessly. I had a root touch up and honestly one of my best trim cuts ever! Simple, easy and fast!

Mona did an amazing job on threading my eyebrows! Before doing anything she educated me on what she would like to do on my brows as far as where she was going to be threading and shaping up. She also left some hairs to let my brows grow thicker but still managed to make my brows look clean, snatched and most important natural! I will be definitely going back to her !

My daughter went with appoinment and have to wait a lot. And she came home crying because the hair dresser did not listen for what she asked. She was charge an abusive $35 dollars for a deep treatment that I paid 2 weeks before for 10. So she paid 100 dollars for a choppy haircut. I dont recommend this place to anybody.

This place is so much better than before. I remember when they had that manicure system which charged you a ton if your manicurist was “seasoned” which made me stop coming here for years. I went in and it’s completely different. My eyebrow was threaded beautifully. I am very peculiar about my brows... so I had high expectations. Overall I recommend this place for eyebrows. I have no experience with hair so I can’t comment on that.

My daughter and I went and I had a great experience with Deborah :) My daughters hairdresser constantly exclaimed loudly how thick my daughters hair was and charged me $120. AFTER washing my daughters hair she came back to me and asked for $150. I was embarrassed for my daughter and agreed. I hope that quick buck made her happy but she lost a future client

I moved from Miami almost about 6 yrs ago. I’ve gone to a few hair salons where the stylist always tells me what i should do instead of listening to what i want done. I don’t usually trust anyone with my hair and the few times I’ve gone to other salons, it’s mostly a blow dry or a quick trim. One afternoon, i happened to finish doing my shopping at Target and saw this hair salon. I made my appointment online for the next day. The comes and i arrive 15min early on my appointment, the staff welcomed me very sweet and professional. Ed was my stylist and he was sooooooo amazing. I loved how he listened to what i wanted done without disagreeing or saying what i should do. He said to sit back and relax and he got this. After my color/cut/blow i felt 10x better. he did an AMAZING job and I’m so happy i got my hair done here,Definitely going back to him and this place.

I went with a Groupon coupon to this horrible place. The lady there says I should need to pay an extra if I come with Groupon coupon and she wants to see the email. I showed her the voucher and she insisted that she wants to see the email which I don’t have to show to her. I have gone to so many salons and never ever experienced this kind of worst customer service in my life. I feel like I disturbed her leisure time(which I assume they gets a lot) of using social media. There was no other people in the salone except me. I guess everyone gets this kind of experience there that’s the reason nobody goes there.Evenif they need extra money there is a polite way of asking it. Not recommending this store to anyone.

Robin is AMAZING! I didn’t know what color I wanted my hair and told her to pick for me. I couldn’t have chosen a better color! I love the way it looks and it matches my skin tone wonderfully. I can’t speak highly enough of her! Definitely come see her!

Aisha is super recommended for eyebrow threading! I only trust her and have been going there for over a year. She always asks how you want your eyebrows, thickness and arch. Does a great job, despite my overgrown eyebrows (it won’t let me upload a pic but she did great). The salon is very clean and friendly!

My stylist was exceptional and thats why I am rating it a 5. She cut, style and did a keratin treatment. However the groupon discount was a waste of time because they turn around and charge you when you get there additional monies. So the discount was not a real discount. What a waste of time getting the groupon.

I have been coming to this salon for 5 years and I went in today and got my eyebrows threaded with MONA and she did a HORRIBLE job. She threaded the whole end of my right eyebrow and now I look ridiculous with mismatching eyebrows. I have to now wait for the hair to grow back and get them done again but not with MONA, worst experience, if you go here ask for someone else.

Very efficient, fast and courteous. I was in and out in about 10 minutes for my eyebrow threading appointment. They have a rewards program, so the more you go the more you save. Everyone was so welcoming and professional plus the place was very clean and sanitary.

Right as I was comfortable in my chair, I was offered a water and felt very appreciative that her priority was my comfort. We talked as if we were old friends and it was great. I went in for a balayage coloring with a cut and blow dry and I left with such satisfaction. She took her time making sure every little detail was to my satisfaction. Deborah did an AMAZING job selling my hair. Everyone was wearing a mask and the salon was clean. I made my appointment online and when I walked in I mentioned I was coming in during my lunch break. I brought a picture for her to reference, and after double checking that I wanted the length in the photo she got to work. Very fast and efficient she didnt waste a single minute knowing I had to get back to work. Super friendly staff. I LOVE the cut.

Had My eyebrows threaded and they look fantastic, 1st time getting a henna tint super excited to see the results.

Received a consultation by a master stylist and was scheduled to return two weeks later. I was given a quote and a discount as part of a promotion for their new salon. Day of appointment arrives and we are approached by another stylist and are told to have a seat so we can start our consultation. Obviously we are confused as we were expecting to see the first master stylist who gave us our initial quote. We were informed that he no longer works there. We were told by Jennifer to approach the front desk and consult with them. When we attempted to speak to the front about what we were quoted Jennifer comes back to the front and looks at the computer screen and begins to rudely yell that whatever was originally quoted she will refuse to do. She points at what was displayed on the screen and yells again that she won’t and she refuses to do anything that we asked for. Long story short we were paired with another master stylist who obviously is color blind as from the beginning we stated we wanted teal for hair color. She managed to convince us to pay an extra $50 for color that she “recommended “ to achieve what my daughter originally wanted. When stylist asked my daughter if she liked the color my daughter was honest and said no, very insensitive woman as she was quick to blame my daughter and reminded us that we would have to pay for more dye to fix the color. Very unprofessional, rude and they don’t honor promotions. Very misleading. Will never return.

I came in to pamper myself as an early birthday gift to myself. I was greeted really nicely and the wait wasn’t long at all. I first sat with Mona to thread my eyebrows. She did an incredible job. My eyebrows look really great. She Paid attention to my eyebrows and was very detailed she made sure to leave a few of the still growing eyebrow hairs, which I loved because I’ve been trying to grow them out for a long time. Then she proceeded to do the eyelash tinting. It went well and the color looks really nice and natural. The only somewhat negative thing I have to say about it is that it began to burn about approximately 7-10 minutes into the process and when it was time to take it off she was a bit too rough and hurt my left eye a bit. Aside from that I would most definitely see Mona again for my eyebrows my eyelashes not quite just because I’m not the type to keep up with things like that. I just wanted to experience it and see how I look. After the tinting I was taken by Zee to one of the back rooms to do an eyelash perm and curl. She also paid great attention to detail and was very gentle with my eyes. I felt really relaxed and literally almost fell asleep. On the flip side she didn’t take off the sticky solution from my eyelids properly. My eyelids at the moment are literally sticking to each other. And as I currently look into the mirror I’m noticing that my left eye is more lifted and curled than my right side. All in all the service was pretty good, they were all really kind and sweet. Oh one more thing I have to mention is the pricing their website says something completely different from their brochure and the price they gave me when I went to pay. The eyebrow threading cost $12 which isn’t bad at all, really worth it. But with the eyelash perm and tinting the prices were everywhere. On the website it states that both services start at $32, but on the brochure it says nothing about eyelash perming and the eyelash tinting costs $25 but I was charged $35 for the tinting and $45 for the perm/curl. The tinting would be much better at $25 since the lady told me it only last for about 2-3 weeks. And the eyelash perm, idk I’m not an expert but I believe my eyelashes should of stayed up for longer 7 minutes. My right eyelashes are looking more depressed as I continue to write this review. But anyways, Aisha isn’t a bad salon at all they’re all really great and super kind. Thank you Mona for giving my eyebrows LIFE again lol You really did so well on them. And thank you Zee for your patience and care.

It had been over 10 years since my mom trusted anyone to cut her hair. The texture of my moms hair can be problematic for a lot of stylists but Lucy is the ultimate professional! Lucy took amazing care of her and by the end my mom felt like a superstar. Everyone was so complimentary and reassuring. We were thrilled with the results! I had to go home and pass a flat iron bc it was not sleek ! I didn’t realize how bad it was untill I got home. You can tell the people who run this salon have no idea what they doing .
