Wanted to walk in. Owner was extremely rude.I called the store and i told her i wanted to do highlights. She then told me to go to the store to figure out the price. I went to the store and she told me immediately that she doesnt do highlights. What was the point in having me drive all the way there for a service she doesnt use? Very poor professionality, extremely rude mannuerisms.

Love this place! It’s a local business and Kim (owner) is so nice and fast and yet perfectly well done, and I am very special with my and my husband’s hair.Also prices are super affordable!My fav in town.

Ive lived in Orlando for 30 years and this is the best mens haircut in Orlando at a reasonable price. Each of Kim Longs hair cuts is a work of ART. She is a hair ARTIST for all Im concerned. For the service you get, the haircut should be double the price. If you go to any chain hair salon in Orlando for your barber style mens haircut, try this place instead. I think youll be glad you tried it.

This has quickly become my favorite place to get my hair colored and cut. Thanh (Titi) is such an expert at working with Asian hair and listens carefully when I express my needs. I love the calm atmosphere and always feel relaxed when Im in the shop.

Hair cut is too bad, the woman is too confident but doesnt cut it well. Never return to cut even once, talk too much but always thought it was good, too bad to cut. 😡😡😡
