I schedule a covid vaccine today for my mother at 10 am. This was the earliest time listed on the website to come in. lets start off by saying the place was closed. doesnt open up until 10:30 which no one was there. My mother has been waiting since 10 am- 10:45. the location was not opened by 10:30 or 10:45 . The website is not accurate, no one was there to actually open the door. we had to cancel the appointment and hopefully can try to set another one up for another location. NOT GOOD, PLUS MY MOTHER IS ELDERLY

I had an appointment at the end of the day for a COVID-19 vaccine injection. I showed up and was told sorry, they never delivered the vaccine today, people have been coming in all day and we cant give it to them. I understand that supply chain issues happen but why was I not called and notified in advance about the lack of availability. They had all my info from the online appointment I submitted. The woman who worked there was friendly and apologetic and offered to reschedule my appointment to a day next week. However, that doesnt make up for the fact that I spent $70 to Uber there and back from mid-town after rearranging my work schedule around this appointment. Very frustrating experience.

Went to pick up a package 📦, of course it wasnt opened at the set time on website.

I have no complaints so far only been there a few times but when I do go they have what I need & if they dont a order is placed for what I need, I return in the time they give me for my stuff to be there and its there as promised.. So far they are nice people had no problems with anyone being unprofessional..

I dont have anything negative to say at all. The people that work here is nice, polite, and understanding so far. Ive only been a member for a couple of months but theyre very quick with getting my medicine ready and always smile when I get to the counter.

I’ve used them quite often. They are courteous and the pharmacist is available to answer my questions on medicine contraindications with other meds. I have used them several times when I failed to call the mail service and reorder my meds on time.They also serve as a package delivery point. They are a welcomed addition to the neighborhood! B21A

Very nice people and Im happy to be a valued customer. Unlike huge pharmacies where youre sometimes just a number, the folks here at The Pharmacy know my name!!
