I went to this pharmacy to get some medication for my upkeep. This is the most reliable because they offer a high-quality, low-cost product. They also provided free delivery, which was quite convenient for me.

So, Ive been a customer of Arrow for over 10+years for my pain meds for Sickle Cell Anemia. I live in Westchester, NY and for a spell used a local CVS pharmacy for convenience and was beyond disappointed once CVS refused to honor my refills that they filled for a year, same doctor, same script and all. Stu spoke with me, spoke w my doctor at the time and welcomed me back as if no time was lost. Never do I feel minimized or harassed or judged for what Im medically prescribed to manage my pain. Arrow is such a good pharmacy, that I’m willing to travel 40 blocks away from home to get there. They always manage to sort out insurance issues, come up with alternative OTC meds when the Rx is exorbitant, they’re super fast, and the staff just couldn’t be more friendly or courteous. I love Arrow.

Absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. I don’t live near but only trust them since they truly care about you as a human. They know my medications and will advise if they know something I’m taking from one dr may interact with another drs prescription for me. I’ve been going here over 17 yrs and although I live in Queens and don’t always have the luxury of working close by I truly believe they have saved my life. They were the only ones to figure out why I was having a reaction to my cardiac medication. Everyone thought it was because I was in my 20s that I was OK but they listened to me and figured it out. To all the amazing pharmacists (Christa, Valerie, Maria)who answer the phone within a few rings to answer any of my questions to having Veronon or Johnny welcoming you upon waking in and knowing your name to grab your prescriptions. This place makes it bearable to take these life depending medicines since they always put a smile on my face and will do the same for you. They are the BEST Pharmacy in NYC!!!

I inquired of the pharmacist at this pharmacy about the best medications to use for stomach problems. Thankfully, the pharmacist was able to assist me straight away. I just wanted to express my gratitude to the pharmacist for assisting me with my stomach problems!

This is your old school pharmacy. The pharmacists know everyone individually. Theyre all about service and customer care. It blows my mind because pharmacies like this just dont exist anymore. I moved an hour out of the area 4 years ago and tried local and even mail pharmacies. I could never get anything close to the same service as I get from Arrow. Im happy to drive back to NY for my medicine but, when I cant, they send them by mail. These guys are so the best. VALUE-ADD! Id give them 15 stars if I could.

This is THE BEST pharmacy in NYC, PERIOD. I have used other compounding pharmacies but since finding Arrow, I have moved my prescriptions to them. Their customer service is BEYOND exceptional, and they treat us beautifully. They answered questions and were patient. If you are in NYC, you have found the only pharmacy you will ever need.

Best Pharmacy in NYC! If you want to be treated like a number go somewhere else - if you want to be treated like family come to Arrow. The staff here have been so kind to me and my family (like the time Stu the pharmacist opened up the gate at closing time to get me my asthma inhaler) I cant imagine going anywhere else. Dont let the small size fool you - this old fashioned pharmacy is well stocked with whatever you need. In a city of disappearing small businesses this place is a gem.

They are the most caring pharmacy I have ever known. Like something from a different time and place, maybe 1940s NY, only super current and knowledgeable. This is really the only place I would ever go for anything related to drugstore needs. Its a real drug store like what you would create if you wanted the perfect one.

There are not too many mom and pop stores around independently owned. But this drug store his One in a Million because if you have any kind of a problem with your prescription they everything in their power to help you in any way they can you do not leave without an answer and 95% of the time it is a positive answer. Probably the best pharmacy Ive ever been to! The employees are courteous and very smart, there has never been a time that they couldnt give me the correct answer when I had a question concerning a new medication thats been prescribed to me. I recommend this pharmacy over the CVS`s and Duane Reade`s.

The best. Friendly, helpful, and well informed. These guys can obtain pretty well anything you need, however obscure, in twenty-four hours. Everything a local pharmacy should be.

I really like dealing with Arrow Pharmacy because they are an independent pharmacy and give concierge service.I order prescriptions for my daughter when shes in town and can do everything over the phone and have a messenger pick up the package.They make it very easy.

Remember a time when there were places lovingly referred to as Mom & Pop shops/stores/businesses? Where the people who own, run, and work there know more than your name, care more about you then how much youre adding to their cash register by shopping there, and can be reliably counted on in an emergency because they care about you, know you, take pride in what they do, the quality of the service they provide, and the impact it has on your well being? Thats what Arrow Pharmacy is, thats how the owner, pharmacists, and customer technicians that ring you up, treat you and their work. I consider myself lucky to have found this pharmacy almost 10 years ago, and even if I moved I would try to set it up so that my medications can continue to be processed here and mailed to my new location. In a world where healthcare can have scary moments, its good to know that you have a business on your side that takes care of you as though you are one of their own. This is the best pharmacy in Manhattan. I travel from lower east side to get my prescriptions here because there is never any annoying pharmacy bullshit like at every chain pharmacy ... i.e. We dont have that (very common medication) in stock, we dont take that (very common) health insurance, etc. LGBT friendly as well. Support an LGBT-friendly small business and come here with your next prescription!!

This is a small, serious pharmacy with an efficient, respectful and personable staff. They are accustomed to neighborhood customers as well as those who come in from nearby St. Lukes Hospital and they know what they are doing. If possible, I would never use another pharmacy.

The friendliest people! they take most insurances and even waive co-pays for people who cannot afford them. they are open M-Sat and you can fax your prescriptions! and they have a notary!

I moved to Brooklyn a year ago but I still keep my prescriptions here.- my PCP recommended it to me initially- they are incredibly friendly, quick, discreet and helpful- its actually a pleasure to visitAlso, I have to acknowledge that they have some rather attractive gentlemen on staff.

Wanted to help a mom-and-pop shop, but they were rude and not going back again. They had trouble filling my prescription and was probably a bit more pricy than CVS and Walgreens nearby. I wanted them to be more friendly, just not really what I expected from a mom-and-pop pharmacy.
