I would like to thank New London Pharmacy for going above and beyond with my compounded prescription. This pharmacy was recommended by my GI specialist and is stocked with many unique goods (i.e.: Shu Uemura shampoos, specialty soaps etc) reminiscent of European pharmacies. The Pharmacy is great with awesome customer service. Just dont ask Joanne to notarize anything. I went there today (since they advertised as one of the services they provide) and she refused to do it and gave me no reason at all. When you refuse service to a minority group and does not tell me the reason you are doing it, for a service that you advertise, I am left to wonder the reason why... It was my Will, I had my NYC ID with me so there was no reason for her not to do her job. A let down since Ive been their customer for a while.

Mohammad the guy that works in the Specialty Pharmacy upstairs is it outstanding person very helpful and very kind and I am very much appreciated that he is employed by New London Pharmacy because he is an asset to your organization. Downstairs one of your friendly cells people is Alex I find him to be very helpful very kind and all around a great person. I have been coming to this pharmacy for about 4 years now. I’ve since moved further downtown but I still make the effort to pick up my prescriptions here. I’ve never seen a more caring pharmacy staff that actually works with their the customers. They are so knowledgeable about what they do and will ensure you are well taken care of. By far the best pharmacy in the city.

There’s a really rude (I believe Indian) pharmacist who works in the back and repeatedly shows attitude to the customers. As a healthcare professional I’m appalled she can be so insensitive.

One of the only “Mom & Pop” stores that remain in Chelsea, no doubt because of its exemplary staff, and particularly the pharmacy department. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient are just a few adjectives to characterize the gracious employees working at New London. I transferred all of my prescriptions from CVS to New London several years ago. That was the best decision I have made. Many, many more decades of success, New London!

Very nicely laid out pharmacy. It smells nice and had more upmarket and organic products than the bigger chain drug stores.

Staff is exemplary, so knowledgeable articulate + polite. The prescription dept. is exceptional with staff operated under the wing of the lovely Marina. BRAVO to all of you!

I will say this , they have really upgraded and bin way better , they have always helped me out in tha Pharmacy department and tha staff is good , i cant say anything bad to be honest , before they werent so good but they have gotten better , i 100% recommended this place , thank u to all tha staff even tha woman are super helpful .

Two cute cats greet you.There are many European drugstore cosmetics that are common in Korea.In the US, the euro exchange rate is not as good as in Korea, so things are a little bit more expensive than in Korea.As a guest, an unusual Asian boy came in and watched it for a while, and it turned me into CCTV. I feel bad.
