On 12/18/18 I visited my doctor for a sore throat accompanied with high fever. He prescribed me 2 different types of medications and 30 minutes prior to my visit to this drug shoppe I called and told them I’d be there soon to pick up my meds. A lady who answered the phone said it might not be ready in 30 minutes maybe a few extra minutes. I arrived at the shoppe at 11:48am I was told it’ll be ready in 10 minutes so I waited. 20 minutes later I’m still told it’s not ready. Since I was in so much pain I decided to leave and told them my mother would pick it up around 6pm. At 3pm my brother was home so I told him to pick it up instead. He goes and is given only one of the medication. At 6pm my mother also goes to pick up the other one and is told to wait another 30 minutes again. She leaves also and my father ends up picking it up later.A few minutes of wait turned into 7 hours of wait.

Ive been with drug shoppe since my transplant and they go far and beyond to make sure my medication is on time. And I can be assured that an event of any changes they will be able to provide me with my medication.

I love these people, they are my family!

Horrible pharmacy overall. Their so unprofessional and unorganized it’s ridiculous.
