Upon my early arrival for an appointment made a month in advance, I was informed my appointment was cancelled by the doctor and the nurse did not inform me! Very irresponsible during a pandemic. Traveled an hour, took the day off and waited a month for the appointment and it was cancelled. No respect for my time or me. I asked to speak with an administrator and she never came to speak with me! Malissa the administrator is just as disrespectful as the nurse Chris. The worst experience ever at the 210 Westchester Avenue location. Ms. Jean apologized for the lack of communication. I appreciated that after the nurse Chris refused to give me a letter for work stating I was in the office for an appointment that he didn’t inform me in advance of its cancellation. Unbelievable!
