If youre planning to go to their covid testing site. Hear me out! Someone in my family did testing at their brooklyn site excelsior urgent lab. Absolutely terrible!!! I call them after 3 day being tested, they told me the result is positive. I wasnt sure so I gave them a few call back later in the day but they just WOULD NOT PICK UP! Why is that? My family then get notice the next day said this its actually a mistake. Are you kidding me! They are so unprofessional!
