Dr. Dillon and his staff have provided the best treatment and services I have ever received from any doctors office. Appointments are on time and the staff runs the office very efficiently. They always return calls and answer questions promptly. I have received nothing but stellar health care from Dr. Dillon and Gotham Medical Group!

Dr. Bungay is the absolute best! He’s an excellent doctor and is so warm, never rushes your appt and is incredibly responsive over email. Highly recommend!

This place used to be amazing to me for many years, but the quality of service has deteriorated greatly over the years. The billing dept head (David) is not qualified to handle Medicare claims & passed the responsibility of fixing it to me. David is irresponsible & should be fired. After a 3year battle with Medicare, Aetna & Quest, they all agreed with me that David & Gotham was at fault. Also I never even received an apology....you have to book your annual check-up 3 months in advance!....their prescription dept got my last 2 orders wrong.....Found great new doctor & facility. I realized that there are more advanced offices out there folks. Search carefully. This place cannot be trusted. Dr Dillon & his staff do not apologize for mistakes

I love this clinic. I started coming here to see Tom NP and really enjoy my experience with him. Front desk staff is always friendly and things are very organized and systematic here. Blood work as well as medical refills.

I was seen here for over ten years without any major issues. They saw me through lapses of insurance and insurance changes. My doctor always assured me no matter what to come. For emergencies if he couldnt see me himself there was always a knowledgeable P.A. available. When he finally retired, my doctor made an excellent suggestion as to where to continue care. Great services from this healthcare provider. Ive been going here for more than 3 years. Even though I mostly only visit for an annual physical, Ive been able to develop a rapport with Dr. Bungay.Unlike other medical providers, this place has been hassle-free for me. No issues with billing my health insurance, no confusing billing statements, in-an-out in about 30 minutes every time.

Very professional staff and doctors.I have been going to this clinic for over 8 years and I dont think I will stop doing so, not just because they provide medical care, but because they treat me like a person.The conversation with the doctors are very comfortable no matter what the topic may be.I highly recommend them.

I dont give out 5 stars because it implies theyre perfect, but I dont have anything bad to say about this medical practice. Ive been a patient here for 13 years and have no plans on leaving. Dr. Dillon is the best!

I have been a patient since the early 1990s. Best Doctors in the North Village! Only problem is a long wait for appointments. Cant get in for emergencies, so have a backup doctor.

Worst medical experience ever, I had a swollen gland for months that was so painful I couldn’t swallow food. I received a confirmation email to come in and I also received a recorded message confirming my appointment. When I got there, this elderly disheveled woman raised her voice at me in front of a waiting room full of people asking personal questions that clearly violated HIPAA. She said I could not see the doctor despite my appointment and escorted me out the door. Later When I called Dr Dillon, he defended her and couldn’t have cared less. Meanwhile, because I’m paid hourly, I lost $250 for the time I had to take off should have been at work.My advice. Stay away from Gotham Medical at all costs. Go to some place that puts patient’s health first rather than the almighty dollar.

I have been going to Gotham Medical for 9 years and I have always been well taken care of. Dr. Bungay is my PCP, and he does everything quickly, while still being thorough. I also often see Samantha Fleischman, NP, like I did today. She asks lots of questions to figure out exactly whats wrong, and always makes me feel like Im getting the best care. I have a long history with asthma, and they trust that I know what I have taken and what has worked. It saves us all time because they listen to their patients. I recommend Gotham Medical Group to everyone!

Excellent providers with a great support staff! One of those rare medical offices where things run smoothly and the staff are warm and caring.
