Enjoyed my first appointment here, entire staff friendly explained the.procedure.plan..My measurements was taken on that day upon my ins. Approval. (Braces)..My appt was sSept.28th and I am still waiting on.my braces..My first four treatments has been completed an I am still waiting. I feel it would be beneficial to a complete recovery if I had them.I have called my ins carrier and sent a copy of my approval letter and nothing has happened.I was so excited about this new breakthrough I modern technology to just be disappointed Im this lack of attention.I hope something happens soon am feeling very disappointed now..

I actually found this place by seeing an ad on TV! Im going to make sure my friends hear about it by telling them myself...One friend has already had a knee replaced and others are complaining about theirs. When I felt a click in one knee and an occasional pulling feeling, I wasnt going to wait till things got bad. Living in Manhattan makes the ability to walk absolutely essential to a reasonable life.They had me fill out forms and then took free x-rays of my knee. An extremely knowledgeable medical person explained the x-rays to me and said the knee I was scared about was very healthy for my age. He explained the situation and how it might or might not change over time, but there were no worries now.Now, this place only treats knee pain from arthritis. As soon as they saw the x-rays, they must have known I was not going to be a patient anytime soon. But still they gave me way more time than most doctors I have seen (when I actually had a condition of some kind or other and they were being paid!)All this was for free. Ive lived in NYC for over 40 years, so lets say I was...wary going in. On the way out, I felt they were one of the most ethical organizations I had ever dealt with. You can trust them to know what theyre doing and to have your best interests at heart.

The staff and dr.s are very professional and welcoming. The treatments are almost painless (just a pinch) and quick.

All of the workers there are very kind very patient and all of them have very good work ethics, mannerism and professional 👏👍😀🙌👌

Very bad experience. I was suffering with right knee pain and the doctor gave me a cortisone shot, which only made it worse. When I called the office a few days later they had left early for the weekend, and although I was told they would call me back, no one ever did. While ad said office accepts Medicare, I had to pay $145 at time of visit but explanation of benefits I received from my insurance company showed I should have only paid $99.

I found the clinic on a tv ad am so glad i made the decision to go to the arthritis center it’s such a deference I walk a lot better in the knee center the staff are so friendly and cautious they make you feel welcome and the doctors are so clear with there explanation they talk and a language that you can understand there are also professional.the center it’s very clean and organized I will recommend to family and friends very satisfied. Very professional and nice. I received shots in both knees. They both are bad but at least they don’t swell and hurt like the use to. I’ve recommended this service to people that I know that is having problems with their knees.

First rate staff and doctors. Office worked on getting the best cost with insurance company and I was satisfied. Drs were great. I had both knees done, my right leg is pretty bad and shots helped some. More relief in my left knee which had less bone on bone. Overall, 25 to 30 percent improvement. Enough to put off knee surgery, at least for now. Procedure absolutely with a try.

Outstanding and professional office staff. The doctor was excellent in explaining every step of the procedure. I am so grateful that I am pain free today. Highly recommend before getting a knee replacement.

This was my second session and this procedure is painless and easy. No swelling or pain with each injection.Before covid I had two shots per knee and that reduced my knee pain by 60%. I cant wait to see the results after 5 sessions.The staff is so professional and can give you definitive answers right away.
