Horrible please see the review I left on the 38th street location

Horrible is the word that describes them. I just contacted my credit bureau and they told me my credit score went down because theres some collection agency. Have reported unpaid bill. It takes me back all the way last year when I gone through coma because of heart failure and I needed the cardiologist because I was experiencing heart problem. When I called the office they told me it will not cost me anything if I will go to them. Apparently that was a lie afterwards they have bombarded me with bills and when I called them all they said that I am responsible. It was meaningless to tell them that this is the fraud that theyre committing because they are fooling customers and if this is how they make their business they wont go far but they didnt care. And its not as if I was satisfied with that office in fact I was very dissatisfied with the services. The doctor have made me go through so many tests and at the end told me that I have no hard problem while I was sitting in there and was going through pain. heart problems are very problematic and it could cause you something like, and its not something that people should take it very seriously. Doctors particularly know exactly how fragile heart is. To bombard a patient who didnt receive any services is shame because all of those bills made me have a problem with my health especially my heart. These people on the front desk or billing department are completely careless what youre going through. All they want is money. They will tell you that your insurance will cover it and then you will be faced with charges. They will turn that down to collection and the debt collection will Report it in your credit bureau account. So you have to decide for yourself what exactly you want. Because theyre not going to expose to you all the charges that will happen after that you will see the doctor. I feel sorry for those who were before me and those who will come after me. Shame on them. And the fact that Im calling them and theyre giving me attitude hang up the phone on me transform you over while Im talking is really disgusting. This what is lack the most simplest understanding but theyre dealing with the health problem population especially the cordiolology department. No respect no understanding of your situation all they want is their money. this is really really horrible

I love Dr. Friedman. I will follow her to the ends of the earth if she ever changed locations. HOWEVER, the front staff is absolutely awful. No eye contact, no courtesy, no warmth, nada. You are just a money maker to them. Lots of fill this out, step aside, have a seat, sign here, pay here now. But, all of that changes once you get called in, so if you can get passed the unprofessional and cold treatment, then go for it.

Ive been a patient of both Pauline Higgins, Physicians Assistant, & Dr. Christina Kwon (OB/GYN) for over a year. Both are pleasant and have a good bedside manner. They are extremely competent and I never feel like I am getting sub-standard care. Scheduling a same day appointment seems highly unlikely, being seen later on the week is the norm. Wait times vary - sometimes its 15 minutes, sometimes its 35.To help make the waits more bearable, free WiFi is offered here.As for test results, if you sign up to use the online patient portal blood-work results can be sent directly to you via email. You can also schedule appointments online.

Spend your time and money going to a doctor that actually puts the well-being of their patient first. You wont find that here.

The staff and doctors are very courteous and professional.
