The site is terrible......its super sloooooooooow! LabCorp should find a new provider to do this for them. And no, my internet works fine. I booked my appointment on Quest in the time it took to refresh the first page on your site.

From start to finish, this process was simple and efficient. I was easily able to find a location for Covid testing for myself and my two kids, set up our appointments together, get tested, and receive our results quickly. I just really appreciate you all for making such a stressful situation easier for us.

Ive been having problem viewing my test result online. Finally e-mailed customer support @Labfinder and Im glad I did. Jessa figured it out the error in my account and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Shes very helpful, very professional and definitely knows what shes doing. Booked my MRI appointment through labfinder. The portal is very easy to navigate. I was able to book my appointment on the location that accepts my insurance and the representative (sorry I forgot her name) was really friendly and showed compassion since I was having a severe headache. She was able find a closer location to me for the next day. Got my results in the portal after 2 days. Thankfully the findings are normal but still need to consult with a specialist. Thank you labfinder team!

I booked my mammogram appointment through LabFinder. The website is very easy to use. I was able to book my exam on a location that is close to my home and that accepts my insurance in minutes! The rep who called me to confirm my appointment was very attentive and kind. Best part? I received my results through my LabFinder account within few days and now I have access to it anytime/anywhere! I am so happy with LabFinder. Would definitely recommend to all!

In AZ, had to take my kids to Mesa High for covid tests. Scheduling was quick and easy. Both kids said that the workers there were extremely nice and smiling...theyll remember the smiles and niceness rather than the test. Thank you!

Setting up the appointment on-line was simple, the testing staff was extremely efficient here in Tucson, AZ and were caring and helpful, and the customer service agent that called me to assist on my account issue was bright and courteous.Where the company falls flat is in its IT Department. I scheduled a Sunday morning (COVID nasal swab) appointment at 2:30 a.m., because my sore throat woke me up and I was really concerned!I got in right at 9 a.m., was in and out in 10 minutes, and had the results by 5 p.m. that evening. Super happy with the whole experience!

Horrible experience. I went online to book a mammogram and the doctors page directed me to Lab finder. I figured this was ok since it was on their website. I chose the day and time from the available options and a week later I get an email stating to please call Lab finder to answer a few Covid questions for my appointment. I call and was told they need to place me on hold to contact the radiology office to confirm the appointment.30 minutes later the Labfinder rep comes back and says she has been on hold and someone will call me back. This nonsense went on for a week. I also emailed and chat boxed that Lab finder people and never a response. Today I get a call (less than 24 hours before my appointment) saying that lab finder has the radiology office on the other line (separate so I cannot speak to them) and says there are no appointments for another month. This 3rd part company is completely useless. I could have sat on hold myself and made my own appointment, but instead I had to play phone tag and lose the appointment because lab finder is a complete waste!

Was told I would have same day covid antigen test results. This is what my county paid for to prevent community spread. I did not receive same day results even though I took the test early in the morning.

Very easy to use website and is really convenient. You just book your lab test online, go to the lab test center, and then they put your results in your own account and you can send to your doctor. Its a great service and its free.

Labfinder helped me a lot in regards with my health. Its very convenient to use since I just need to go online to check my results. I love love love labfinder depending on which borough I am in at the time and need blood work done I just log on and put in the zip code of my location and it always find the nearest lab that participates with my insurance and when the results are ready they alert me by email and I am able to print it right away from any computer. It is the most convenient site

I started using LabFinder 2 years ago and I love using it. Its very easy for me to schedule my appointments and keep track of all my medical results. Super easy to use. LabFinder is truly a lifesaver in terms of finding in-network radiology centers and keeping my health records organized.

I made an appointment for my labs White Plains location (less than half a mile from my work). I got confirmations from LabFinder for the White Plains location. However, I got a call from the lab saying they were expecting me at the New Rochelle location (much less convenient for me to get to). When I called the lab, I was told this was a common issue with LabFinder. I would not book through LabFinder again.

Great portal especially for a patient like myself. My schedule seems so hectic at times so I love that I am able to book my own appointments near labs that are convenient for me. Boy does that save me a hassle!

These guys allowed me to make appointment with Enzo, confirmed appointment. When my elderly mother went there, Enzo said they were on lunch break. They had no idea that appointments could be made by this company. Incompetent people at Enzo and at Lab Finder.

I love that I have access to my medical results, so I can keep track of my medical history and health. This company is a scam. The customer service they provide on the website is a trap. The given price range by the customer service for a MMR blood test was 80-150$ (self-pay). But at the end, i was charged over 400$.

If you need to book your radiology test or lab test, then Labfinder is the website to use. Very easy and you can create an account for free. Best thing about it is my doctor is also using Labfinder. If I need any additional tests to be done, my doctor can directly book for me!

Ive had a great experience with lab finder, Its so easy for me to book an appointment online for a lab that is close to my job or home since im always on the go.
