I went here several times over the past 4 years because its the closest place to my home with a doctor. Each time Ive gone a different doctor would check me and the wait times were bad. They also never have a doctor on staff if you need a check up that day. The staff is all too eager for their patients to go elsewhere for help. Not great people, wouldnt recommend.

Dr Lurio has been my PCP for almost 10 years now. Hes one of the wisest, most kind and caring doctors I have ever met. Hes the kind of doctor that takes the time to make sure youre never rushed and always feeling better by the time you leave. I cannot recommend him enough.

I really prefer clinics like The Institute for Family Health because of all the locations they offer. My previous doctor here was Dr. Pike. She was awesome! Ill miss her. But my new doc, Dr. Sinclair is a pro. Ive been taking horrible care of myself of late and hes not going to let me slide. Hes not going to let me get away without getting my flu shot either. Hes straight, no chaser. I like that. He also gave me a referral to a great radiology center that accepts my insurance. Bonus points.The Madison Ave. clinic has a pretty bad waiting list for therapists for some reason, and I just lost mine. Come to find out from Dr. Sinclair that theres a therapist in residence at this location. I can practically fall out of bed for my appointments now! Awesome!So now Im going to get my mind and body right. You only get the one. Better take good care of it.

I changed my PCP to this clinic and saw Dr. Cohen for an initial visit. Unlike some of my experiences in other places in the past, I had a great experience at this clinic. From the receptionists to the medical professionals, they are warm, and friendly. They listen and try to work with you . Dr. Cohen made me feel comfortable and at ease. I felt much better when I walked out of the clinic. Two days after my visit, she wrote me an email on the patients portal to follow up with me. I am so grateful for her attention and care.

This place is EXCELLENT! The best care from the best PEOPLE.

I have used this clinic since i was a young girl and now i am using the clinic not only for myself but for my son and while equiment supplies have had an upgrade and some staff are new the care and attention keeps getting better Dr. Cohen suprised me when she called the next day to see how my son was doing after the visit and to be honest no one has done that before and i am very happy with their services and care thus far so thank you.

Doctors and staff are very nice and have never had to wait long. Highly recommend.

Even if one books the first appointment of the day, there will be a long waiting time. Some staff members ate unusually unpleasant.
