I went the clinic for a consultation and it took so long for waiting to have two minutes consultation with the Specialist. Advance booking doesnt work this clinic and their front desk staffs are very rude. I paid cash $20 for copay and unfortunately I didnt get a receipt. Few weeks later they sent me a letter for outstanding copay balance. What the f*uk!!! How can I dispute it!!! Be careful with them.
